I inherited a zoom admin account at a new job. I am not a zoom expert... The account type is shown as PRO. It has 5 paid licenses for 5 users in our company all who have the same domain name.  I invited the other employees of the company to the zoom account, everyone has the same email domain name. Some employees had setup paid Zoom accounts with their domain email in the past (not part of the 5 mentioned above). When they accepted the invite those paid accounts show in the organization as basic. If I remove those new accounts that are licensed and they login into them the account shows as licensed. It was my understanding that under these circumstances, those paid accounts invited in would retain the license that they have paid for. What am I missing?

Hello!We have account with current Business plan and it is locked to Reseller Partner for Billing and plan changes.Our company should make procurement of Zoom service in accordance with the legislation on procurement. And the winner of the tender are not current Reseller Partner.How can we unlock our account from current Reseller Partner ? Zoom support didn't respond to chat and emails. 😞

I'm an account owner. If I change settings at the account level, do those changes apply only to users who join the account after the changes have been made, or will Zoom make those changes in existing users' accounts?

Hi, I am locked out of the email account which I registered with Zoom.I have created a new email account to use for Zoom. I need to make that email change here but my password is invalid. I can't request a password reset because the rest email will go to my locked email account.

Just got w11 and despite Zoom trying to install various versions the only thing that opens is a mini truncated window witha close button. Window won't resize, maximize or do anything besides closing.   please help!!!!

I was reported and zoom decided yo van meCould someone clarify how did they check that the reported complaint was true? I have never been participating to a recorded session and i can't remember any written chat that could be considered as problematic.

I am using zoom pro(zoom one-zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard) with monthly subscription. When I have tried to cancel my subscription (zoom one) I got the message "You should firstly cancel all additional subscriptions." Hello all,I early have an zoom account wit an email.I can't login to this account, because  the code to access is on this mail, that have been  broken. I couldn't access to this email, so that I could not recover it. But this zoom is paid (every year) from my card. I want to change this registered email to the new email without accessing the current one. I already tried to contact Zoom support, and received the guidance to create a support ticket. I am using a macbook to log in to the zoom account using safari. I have tried to turn off OTP and two factor authetication to be able to login without the OTP or two factor auth... However, despite turning off the option from the Advanced > Security tab, the app will not let me sign in without an otp or two factor... Please help
