Payment deducted   from my account but my but zoom account not upgraded  kindly give me customer agent  support on call else my account update, give me solid feedback if reason deduction money of ₹1534inr. 

First, I was really shocked when i told that i cannot use live support! I was about to renew my subscription to Zoom, and i only had one question regarding the currency options!    But it seems that i will change my mind after this very poor respond and the unprofessional way of dealing with people who have potential to buy a product!

Good morning, Zoom users and administrators!   So, I've been taking advantage of a discount on a monthly subscription which recently expired, and I cancelled my subscription because I wanted to upgrade to an annual plan but couldn't with a coupon code applied to my account.  I was officially cancelled with an expired coupon code as of yesterday.   I was having trouble taking advantage of the 40% off annual plan offer directly, so I figured that I had to sign up for a regular monthly plan first.  I did that and paid for a month of Zoom One.  Then, I almost immediately paid to upgrade to an annual plan, which processed and seemed to work correctly.  I've paid for the year, but when I look on my Account, it seems I'm still on the monthly plan?  Will this update?  How can I make sure my annual plan takes effect, given that I've paid for it and that's what I want?   Thanks very much for your help and c

Hello, I am using Symantec .cloud email security solution. I did not set it up separately, but other accounts receive code mail, but only that account cannot receive code mail when registering as a member. I have also registered the zoom-us domain on the whitelist.

I had taken a Zoom Subscription and made the relevant payment. However, the subscription is not reflecting in my account? I have been trying to connect with Zoom Support but haven't been able to. What can I do?

Is anyone else getting emails all the time telling you to change your password or they will change it for you? This is ridiculous as I have now had to change the password at least 5 times in a few weeks.  Is there a work around or someone to actually stop this on Zoom's end? On October 15, I paid for the monthly subscription. A week later, my subscription was cancelled. Why did my monthly subscription expire so quickly?  

I have a licensed account. Recently it has come up for renewal. I paid the yearly amount a few days ago. A banner above my profile still advises my account will be lost if I do not pay. I have waited on the chat box for over an hour without any support. Only this message: "We're still waiting for the agent. I'll pass your message along when they connect." No one ever answers. How can I rectify this situation when there is no one to speak to?

Good morning. We have received an invoice number dated 07 October 2022. As we need to pass them on to the company's tax books, please could you let us know what is the tax registration number and what country is zoom based in?

They keep sending me this message: "We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service..." And there's a time limit: "If the password for your account has not been reset in the next 24 hours, we will reset your password as a safety measure to prevent any potential unauthorized access to your account." But nothing has been compromised; it's just that I routinely use two different computers to log onto Zoom. It's a huge pain to keep re-setting my password! How can I make the people at Zoom headquarters stop asking me to change my password? (Or if anyone knows how to actually reach a Zoom representative, that would be useful too.) 

I want to generate a generic email and password to be accessed by any member of my executive from their home computers.  Is the account I generate at my own computer IP address specific or can it be accessed by another member if shared.  

I have just purchased another licence as occasionally I have meeting times that clash which can be assigned to my business partner to manage. Should I have purchased another licence which would have given me a new Zoom ID rather than add another licence to the my existing account?

Hello,    Is there a chance to change the information on the invoice once it was paid? I updated the card info, clicked "Save" and it already proceeded with the payment. I didn't update the billing information before though.   After I edited the billing info, it was too late and the invoice is showing me previous data.  Is there someone I can contact within the company (administrator etc), who could edit the data?   Nela

Hi,I'm trying to settle a payment via Paypal, but it does not get through.I get no error message.There's a pop-up that says don't close this window until the transfer is completed, then the pop-up closes, and I'm still on the order page.Tried it both on Firefox and Google Chrome. 

Hello,   I recently purchased zoom pro and webinar annual subscription but i did not receive any mail confirming the subscription / invoice and my zoom account shows that I am a basic user even after i upgraded to pro.    I have tried raising ticket but no response. I don't know what to do.    I am scared as I invested major part of my savings in this. Please help me. 

the issue after I check out comes up with this error. "Subscription data is not correct."
