I want to know why my account appears as basic, but the payment for the plan of 149 dollars has already been made and I don't have the service. Please someone help me with this urgently, I don't know what's going on. I need a help

It would be helpful, from an administrator's standpoint, to be able to see what type of MFA a user account is setup to use when connecting to Zoom. This would allow the admin/support person to walk the user through the proper MFA procedure after resetting their MFA, if that was necessary. As it currently is, there is an indication that they have MFA setup, but not what type. This would also help if an organization wanted to standardize on what MFA type they wanted their staff to use.

We have 3 licences, but we can only use 2. What can we do?

I don't have access to my old email anymore. I am looking to change my email address but it says that it sent an email notification to my older account. How can i change to new email address if It's still asking me to access my old account which i cannot anymore???

Hello there i had zoom pro subscription around 2 years. Last year i didnt renew my subscription and expired.   I had lots of cloud recordings. I received an email 1 month ago telling that if i dont renew my subscription all my data will be deleted in 10 days.  If i renew my subscription now can i access my recording?  Is there any way ro access my old cloud recordings?  

when i am trying to do sign in from any new device zoom sending otp on my registered gmail id. i dont want. otp to login into my zoom account while doing login from multiple device. how can i disable OTP login?

At my work I have inherited 3 seperate Zoom accounts. I need to close down 2 of them. When the 2 members of staff left, their emails were removed from our system, meaning they no longer exist. Those staff emails had been used to make 2 paid Zoom accounts. I now can't log into those accounts as the 'Verification Code' is going to email accounts that DO NOT EXIST.  I can't get in touch with Zoom customer support as I can't log into the accounts to have access to the support.  Any help appreciated! Can I turn off the Direct Debit and Zoom will eventually shut us down for not paying? I'm in the UK and the accounts are standard 'Zoom 1 Pro' accounts (though they were set up in 2020...)

I have two questions related to non-admin users in the account: 1. Where can I find/edit a non-admin user's personal Zoom link?2. As admin, am I able to login as a non-admin user?

I have an admin role on our company's Zoom account. The owner wants me to monitor if anyone new had signed up for the weekly Zoom Meeting we have posted on our website. The problem is, despite my admin role, I can't view the scheduled meeting and as a result, can't view who has signed up. Is there a way for an admin to view that scheduled meeting? And also, can a "new sign-up notification" be also emailed to another email address and not just the account email? 

I am having trouble assigning users. We have 30 licenses and NONE are assigned. When I try to assign one as I normally do, it tells me there are none available.  I even have eliminated all of the users, I have now only 2 users, 30 licenses, but it says: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit" .  Can you please help me?

Ahora bien, si realizo upgrade a la versión BUSSINESS, con sólo pagar la diferencia de USD 50 al año o USD 5 por mes, lo tendría resuelto. ES CORRECTO ESTE ANALISIS?

What happens if account is due and there are no sufficient funds.Does Zoom automatically disconnect or give a grace Period.Secondly, can bank pay and charge fees on behalf if one paying through paypal using debit card?

Hello, I will be working from Europe and my manager is concerned that there will be an additional cost associated with me using my company-issued zoom account from outside of the US. Is there a cost associated with hosting a meeting from a country that is not where the license is billed too? If we have a business account is there a limit to the amount of meetings I can host in a billing period?  

 Now I have 2 licenses but I can't add 1 more license (1 avaliable) Could you please fix it for me? Urgent!!! 

Hello, I dislike this feature and more off, I dislike the fact that it was forced on me.  It slows me down as my iPad kicks me out of my account every time I try to use my Zoom and this feature never works because the notification never sends to my phone: How can I disable this feature?  I have a good password and I don’t care how unsafe it is to not have it on.  It’s more of a hindrance than a help. Thank you for your time.
