Hello,    I'm writing this to report an issue related to Zoom recording. Currently, I'm using a free Zoom account and I'm facing difficulty accessing my recorded Zoom sessions in the Zoom Cloud due to the limitation of my account. Hence, I'm seeking your assistance in resolving this issue.   I would like to know if upgrading to a licensed account and adding the Zoom Cloud feature would allow me to access my earlier recorded videos from the free account. I have a UAE bank card linked to the site. The payment does not pass because of the GEO restriction. From which country does my card get debited to pay my ZOOM monthly subscription?

The only option I have is to totally close/cancel/delete my Zoom account - can anyone suggest how I do this?  I've gone into my profile but the terminate account function is no visible! I'm unable to access my password & unable to do tech upgrades, however without this info, Zoom is still signing me into my Australian account!... which isn't allowing any functionality. All I need is a UK account and then sign up to Pro, but there are clearly problems in the back end.I'm not able to call Zoom and the Chat function is totally confused with my issue. What and how do I communicate with Zoom about this problem? Many thanks in advance  

The Payment for the last 2 Months were not Paid. I got a Email that i need to Pay About 36$. I want to pay it but now matter which method i choose it always tells me that there is a Problem with My Card or Paypal.

Добрый день.   Деньги снимаются и уходят непонятно куда уже несколько месяцев. Как это отменить и вернуть деньги?  За что и куда плачу? При этом когда нужна была услуга она не подключилась, о чём писали в поддержку, но деньги снимаются теперь ежемесячно. Мало того что подвели сняв деньги не предоставили в нужное время услугу и пришлось решать через другой сервис. Так ещё и деньги уходят в никуда ежемесячно. Отменить не возможно потому что ничего не подключено к аккаунту. На письма поддержка отвечает "Ваша заявка закрыта" без пояснений и деньги продолжают списываться. Сколько можно воровать? 

 Hi, i'm from Indonesia. I use dedicated internet with static IP public. One time I access zoom.us, it takes a very long time to load. I ping zoom.us, no problem. After I investigated, it turned out that this was caused by the web zoom.us using css on a subdomain, namely one of them: https://st2.zoom.us/static/6.3.12953/css/home-v2.min.css When I open the URLhttps://st2.zoom.us/static/6.3.12953/css/home-v2.min.css, it doesn't open either. It means that my guess is correct because access to .css is blocked. After I traceroute, it turns out that when I entered the zoom server IP it ran timed out. The solution from our ISP is to change my connection's public ip. Hi!I was downloading the app and by mistake I said no to the permission to access my files. It said the installation had failed, I tried again but the same note appears,  it says I need to contact the software manufacturer for assistance. Hello. I have a problem with my Account and I recognize now, that i have two accounts, which i need only one accoiunt. How can i clarify this situation, because for one account I am paying mothly, but for the second account, i do not need this account, but still a bill is be sended to me. thanks

I have a company account with 20 licenses. I asked my reseller to renew my 20 user Zoom license as usual however they just advised me that they have had a "falling out" with Zoom and said they no longer will be dealing with Zoom. The issue is, my account is linked to this reseller in Zoom (I don't have the option in my Zoom account to pay by credit card, when I try to buy a license anywhere it says "contact your reseller ***********". How do I change my account from a reseller to credit card? I tried contacting Zoom support yesterday but they haven't responded. 😞

Can someone help me to change the e-mail adress for my wrong registered pro account? I can't login with the account I created with wrong e-mail adress, money has been taken from my bank account but I can't access the account. I always get promoted for verification code that are sent to the non existing e-mail adress.

I am having difficulty changing the "payment method" in "Billing Information" to an annual automatic payment from my "ACH." The only payment options I can choose from are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Google Pay. The "Edit" option is not there.  Also, I just signed up and am using the free basic account, but I want to upgrade to zoom pro.   Has anyone resolved this? I tried contacting customer service. 

About a month ago, as far as I was aware, I cancelled my Zoom Pro account because the reason I needed it had ended and also, I am now unemployed and need to manage my expenses VERY carefully. Today I received notice that I have been billed the full amount for one more year. The email is not one I can respond to - how do I reach someone to close the account and reverse the payment?

i cancelled my subscription but i was still charged £22.12. I’m certain that this was scheduled to be cancelled on May 26, 2023. I don’t want zoom anymore and i want this amount refunded and my account downgraded to the free version or closed.

I have the same issue as another person from yesterday.  I attempted to start a meeting this morning, and was told I needed my IT person to update my account. I paid an annual subscription in March, so payment shouldn't be the issue. I tried to follow the chat instructions to update. However, I was told to click on my profile picture, and a pop up list would appear, one item of which is updating. That pop up list does not appear.

i have had a paid premium account for a while but now want to go back to the basic free account, can't make that happen. my paid membership is through the 9th of june and i can't even set up a meeting for this week!

I want to have more than 100 people at a meeting but I am on the 149/ year plan. I don't want to buy 10 licenses for just me. Is there a work around for this?

I have a paid subscription to Zoom and somehow cannot get in to my account today.  It does not recognize my email address.   When I go to Support it asked for 10 digit Zoom meeting number (which I have) But, I do not have the 6 digit profile # and can't sign in to find it out....How do I proceed?
