Unable to login to old zoom account and change subscription
Hello,
I recently changed emails and got rid of my old email which I am no longer receiving emails.
However, on my old email account I was on a Basic Pro plan for Zoom that unfortunately did not transfer to my new email. I don't know how I can transfer without needing to login to the old email (it no longer is active).
or could I just upgrade with my new email and not get double charged?
