hello'i paid 149$ for pro. and it steel cut me meetings/what should i do?

Hi all, I tried to export the details report and found that it only shows the participants who only attended Zoom. Is there any way or option to add a report that automatically shows all registered participants even if they didn't attend Zoom? Thank you in advance for your kind support!

I have a Zoom pro account that allows me 100 people to join.  I need to be able to let an employee take over a client meeting, so that I can leave and start a new meeting, without kicking them off when I start the new meeting. What type of account will allow me to do this?

Hello! can't get why I can't add another user while I have annual licensed profile. It keeps saying me, that the second user will have basic opportunities. Could you give a hand?

Hello dear Zoom Community, I have received mails from Zoom asking me to renew my Pro account, which is strange because I assumed that the account would be renewed automatically. Also, the mail claims that if I don't renew my current subscription, my annual subscription will be converted to a monthly subscription. Do I actually have to actively renew my account? I find this quite ridiculous. Thanks in advance!

I paid for Zoom Pro yesterday. They said they are still working on the purchase and that I will receive an email with further information within the next 1-2days. I guess something went wrong because usually you get immediate acces after paying.

I currently set a monthly salary. Paid. Yet they want to charge my card for the previous annual fee.

My account is still basic even though I paid 149$ for pro account

they said i'd have a 50% discount but then they charged me full price, i really don't know what to do  

I have paid for the annual zoom pro but it hasn't been upgraded to Pro.. it is still showing basic... I have raised the ticket also but no resolution to my problem.. Zoom customer care service is pathetic. We can not connect to Customer care unless we have a pro account.. Please help me.. my clients are facing that 40 mins problem since yesterday.. 

I’m trying to make a payment and it won’t allow. I tried on different devices. Disable pop up blocking and used different cards for payment. Please advise

Can't add the Large Meeting plugin to cart, I Have Zoom one pro paid subscription.Im pressing in 'add to cart' and its just not working (others add on are working if im trying to add them to the cart)

I was looking to sign in to Zoom with my work email but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to sign an educator data release form, which does not apply to my organization/the work we do. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I'm using my personal email to post this since I am fully locked out.

My original sign in email address is no longer active and I cannot access it. I went to settings and updated to an active email address but received a message to contact Zoom help in order to activate the change. I tried Zoom chat but was told I do not have access to live chat support and was given no option to fix the problem. What now?

I need to know how to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card. 

I want to prepay next 2 months fees by today, but there is no way to prepay for it? Due to next Monday is the paying day and i don`t want to delay for the working day if some delay happens.Please help to instruct how to prepay next months fees..

I am unable to down an updated software version onto a Galaxy 727 phone.  I am getting a message saying that they are "Staging an app" and asking if I want to install, which I say "yes".  Then I get nothing.     I have tried to go through online support, and get hung up in the "Chat bot" function, and cannot get a live person to help me.     Does anyone know how to get a live technical person at Zoom on the phone????     TIA for any help you can give me.

I have the Basic plan.  A user with a licensed account invited me to be Admin. But I only have Basic privileges in that account.  Meetings I schedule have the 40-minute limit.  Is this by design?  Do I also need to be a licensed plan?
