Paid for Pro, account still showing Basic

I have paid for the annual zoom pro but it hasn't been upgraded to Pro.. it is still showing basic... I have raised the ticket also but no resolution to my problem.. Zoom customer care service is pathetic. We can not connect to Customer care unless we have a pro account.. Please help me.. my clients are facing that 40 mins problem since yesterday..

    Same here. upgraded to monthly subscription but still facing that 40 mins problem.

    PFA email of the "Payment Processed" intimation from Zoom team with the processing number
    still facing that 40 mins problem.
