Upon the conclusion of a meeting, we get the AI Companion Summary (which we love), but it doesn't include the attendees or some field that we can use to link this and import it or add it to the CRM system.   We have explored multiple ways to get the AI Summary on the Contact in FreshSales, including Zapier, which currently doesn't support this. The only solution we see is manually attaching the AI Companion Summary to the Contact in our CRM.   We looked at the Zoom Workflows and then using Zapier to put it on the account.  We would forward the AI Companion Summary to a designated email address, and when we forward, we would include the contact's email address in the body that should be put in our CRM.  Then Zapier would run this into the CRM.  This still requires a user to remember to do this, and at that point, they might as well manually attach it to the CRM.   

I participated in a meeting where the usual host was not present and so someone else was chairing. The meeting is usually summarised with Ai companion and Meeting Summary function by the usual host. But the stand in did not have the feature enabled on his account.  Despite this, I "requested" that they enable meeting summary for this meeting by just clicking the button on my side. This showed it had sent the request, and then the Ai star was visible throughout the meeting as usual.  Prior to the end of the meeting, the original host left, and the hosting was handed to me for a further 10 mins.  When I asked the stand in host to access the summary that was made (as he was the one who enabled it for the meeting), he said he hadn't enabled the settings for Ai Companion yet, and that when he went into the account section where summaries are stored, he was just greeted with a "this feature is not enabled,

Hi everyone!I'm new in the Zoom Community.Recently a provider send an AI summary of our Zoom session to me and I'm considering the possibility to use it in my services.My question is:Is it possible to have a AI summary if I didn't set up AI companion in the session?Or this is not possible 'a posteriori'?I would love to see the accuracy of the summary checking with previous recordings with clients.Thank you in advance for your answers!Montserrat

after i amend the zoom AI summary and save it, it asks me to share and when i enter my email, then does not email it to me. how do i get the updated AI summary emailed to my email address?

I hosted and recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday, but did not turn on the AI summary. The meeting is saved in the cloud. I would now like to generate an AI summary of the meeting.How do I do that?Thanks!RickR

Dear Community, I am a Canadian physician and a meditation teacher. I have taken vows of confidentiality, and I choose to support people who are fragile and vulnerable due to poverty, illness or both. Yesterday, I had a conversation using my Zoom account with my teaching assistant partner, who lives in  Malawi, one of our planet's poorest countries, and a friend from Ireland. My friend in Ireland is exceptionally private, and she shares with me confidential information she shares with no one else.  I had not realized your nosy AI feature was recording as these two people shared their challenging situations.  I pay for insurance for counselling and teaching meditation on Zoom. I am unsure if it covers such a horrific breach of confidentiality and privacy. I nearly had a heart attack when a transcript of our highly confidential  conversation came  to me in an e-mail . Hi there,Is it possible to obtain a summary of all my meeting coach statistics on a monthly basis? A report of some kind? I'd like to see if I've improved over time. 

Do I need to OPT OUT of sharing my Zoom AI Summaries in an Open AI platform?  We are a private company, and do not want the contents of our meeting held for research purposes and/or sharing with others.

I don't see AI Companion as a tab under settings.  The docs say it was released on January 27th.

I purchased a paid subscription to use the online translation feature from AI Companion:"Zoom AI Companion can translate your Zoom meetings into over 30 languages in real time. This can help you communicate with people from all over the world."However, I don't see anything similar in the settings or interface. How do I enable it?

It seems this is a known issue, but I have not seen anyone from Zoom confirm this is a known issue. My name is Leigh. My pronouns are he/him. I have set my pronouns in my profile. They are always shared. AI Companion regularly uses she/her in the summaries. Can you advise?

However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled. Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Is there a way to set the lifetime of meeting summaries on Zoom?- eg delete after 10 days?Or is there a DELETE meeting_summary API in development?My organization wants to be able to delete zoom meeting summaries after a certain time or via API call without requiring users to manually do this.Thanks

I am new to hosting Zoom Webinars. Although I host many Zoom meetings and rely on AI Summary to capture the content and create a summary, after hosting my first Zoom webinar, I was surprised to not see the same report. I do find the transcript within the video recording page, however do not see a way to export it. Is there a setting or permission in order get the AI Summary after a webinar, as after a meeting, or, must I copy and paste the transcript within the video recording page to a document? Any easier, more efficient ways to get that AI Summary?

I activated AI Companion in my account settings and turned it on at the beginning of a meeting, but received nothing and no summary is showing up in the meeting logs.  It is a recurring meeting. It generated a summary for the first meeting.  Does it not work for recurring meetings?  If not, what else might be happening?  I'm totally confused, Zoom information is terrible about their AI Companion and their Help agent even worse.  I appreciate any advise.

Hi,I have a Workplace Pro account. It says I have access to AI Companion. When I set up a meeting a meeting, I select the meeting summary option under Advanced, I think. However, so far I have not been able to locate the summaries. I also record the videos and can find them.  Help please!
