Dear Community, I am a Canadian physician and a meditation teacher. I have taken vows of confidentiality, and I choose to support people who are fragile and vulnerable due to poverty, illness or both. Yesterday, I had a conversation using my Zoom account with my teaching assistant partner, who lives in  Malawi, one of our planet's poorest countries, and a friend from Ireland. My friend in Ireland is exceptionally private, and she shares with me confidential information she shares with no one else.  I had not realized your nosy AI feature was recording as these two people shared their challenging situations.  I pay for insurance for counselling and teaching meditation on Zoom. I am unsure if it covers such a horrific breach of confidentiality and privacy. I nearly had a heart attack when a transcript of our highly confidential  conversation came  to me in an e-mail . How do I make sure that your snooping AI is turned off and Not collecting

Hi there,Is it possible to obtain a summary of all my meeting coach statistics on a monthly basis? A report of some kind? I'd like to see if I've improved over time. 

Do I need to OPT OUT of sharing my Zoom AI Summaries in an Open AI platform?  We are a private company, and do not want the contents of our meeting held for research purposes and/or sharing with others.

I don't see AI Companion as a tab under settings.  The docs say it was released on January 27th.

I purchased a paid subscription to use the online translation feature from AI Companion:"Zoom AI Companion can translate your Zoom meetings into over 30 languages in real time. This can help you communicate with people from all over the world."However, I don't see anything similar in the settings or interface. How do I enable it?

It seems this is a known issue, but I have not seen anyone from Zoom confirm this is a known issue. My name is Leigh. My pronouns are he/him. I have set my pronouns in my profile. They are always shared. AI Companion regularly uses she/her in the summaries. Can you advise?

Hi Everyone,I hope you're all doing well!Our company pays for Zoom, and part of the package includes the AI Companion feature.During meetings I host, I'm able to activate AI Companion, and other attendees also receive notifications that it's enabled. However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled. Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Is there a way to set the lifetime of meeting summaries on Zoom?- eg delete after 10 days?Or is there a DELETE meeting_summary API in development?My organization wants to be able to delete zoom meeting summaries after a certain time or via API call without requiring users to manually do this.Thanks

I am new to hosting Zoom Webinars. Although I host many Zoom meetings and rely on AI Summary to capture the content and create a summary, after hosting my first Zoom webinar, I was surprised to not see the same report. I do find the transcript within the video recording page, however do not see a way to export it. Is there a setting or permission in order get the AI Summary after a webinar, as after a meeting, or, must I copy and paste the transcript within the video recording page to a document? Any easier, more efficient ways to get that AI Summary?

I activated AI Companion in my account settings and turned it on at the beginning of a meeting, but received nothing and no summary is showing up in the meeting logs.  It is a recurring meeting. It generated a summary for the first meeting.  Does it not work for recurring meetings?  If not, what else might be happening?  I'm totally confused, Zoom information is terrible about their AI Companion and their Help agent even worse.  I appreciate any advise.

Hi,I have a Workplace Pro account. It says I have access to AI Companion. When I set up a meeting a meeting, I select the meeting summary option under Advanced, I think. However, so far I have not been able to locate the summaries. I also record the videos and can find them.  Help please!

Hi I was the host for a meeting and I tried out the AI summary tool.  Then, I had to leave and although I handed over the hosting to someone else, when I looked at the transcript/summary that was provided, it was only up until I left.  Is this normal, as it wasn't much use to me?  

I enabled Meeting Summary in the admin's backend but can't find the functionalty anywhere in a ongoing zoom meeting. I have the "AI Companion" button and can start a chat with it, but there is no "Meeting Summery" Button or Functionality anywhere. No matter what I enable in the backend. Please help

So I have cloud records on Zoom but I dont know how to use AI to summarize and minute the records. How to do it? 

The AI Companion icon is not showing when screen sharing on Windows and on the Mac but it is showing when screen sharing on a Linux machine.Anyone knows why? For my tests I've used the following software- Windows 11- macOS Sonoma 14.6- Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)- Zoom app 6.3.6 (6351)

I enabled automatic summary generation on my Zoom account but initially kept the sharing option disabled. When I tried to share one of the past summaries with attendees, I noticed the share button was grayed out. I then enabled sharing in the settings, but the share button for the past summaries remained inactive. Additionally, when I attempted to share from the summary history, a pop-up window appeared stating I don’t have permission to share, even with my own (host) address.Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hello,I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion.  I didn't record the meeting.  When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts.Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting?  I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript.Thank you.Kate

I pay for Zoom.  I host Zoom meetings.  I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings.  I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept.  Why would Zoom leave out such a powerful and useful option?  I can understand not making it available to non paying Zoom participants but come on!

Hi all I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox. Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?
