Hello !I am trying to change the Default Access Level from "Only Invited Users" to "Anyone" but it is said "Your admin has disabled this setting for your organization". What can I do to change this ?Many thanks for your help.Xavier

Hi, I have a new account that I have set up.  I believe it is a private account with paid Zoom One Pro Annual license, with the paid unlimited whiteboards add on as well.I am the account owner and only member.  When I try to share a white board with one of my clients after a meeting is done, I get the error "sharing with users from this organization is disabled by your admin"Well I should be the Admin of my account, right?  But I can't find any settings to do with this anywhere and I am frustrated.  Does anyone have advice on how to enable myself to share my whiteboards with whomever I please?Thanks.

This way you will be able to understand what is happening on my Zoom. How can I send them to you? Is it possible to speak with someone from the Zoom company directly to resolve the issue. I hope that someone could help me Thank you for your reply.

Hello, I was wondering how the zoom whiteboard works. We want to be able to post questions in there and have people answer them. Is there a way to make it anonymous so no one can tell what another person posted or commented?

HiI can't figure out how to disable participant from messing with my board. I wish that only host can draw or write on board. Disabling comments didn't help - users can still mess around with things written.Awful change.

I'm having trouble with the "new" whiteboard.1) How do I open a blank/empty whiteboard WITHOUT a template?2) In the new whiteboard, how do I erase all? I found the eraser but it does not erase everything. I want to be able to completely clear the whiteboard of all previous drawings, lines, etc.Please help. Thank you.

In the past, I could switch between full screen zoom meeting, and the whiteboard, and what I put not he whiteboard would stay on the whiteboard as I switched back and forth. Now, each time I leave the whiteboard and return the it sets up a new whiteboard.   I do see that I can select an 'existing whiteboard' and that act of doing that each time as I switch back and forth multiple times during a meeting is an extra step I'd prefer not to take.  Any helpful thoughts on returning to how it was? 

Hello, I am the sole account holder and administrator. I have the French version of ZOOM ONE PRO – 173 1952 (subscription) and, I paid for Whiteboard (subscription also). I can't collaborate on the whiteboard with my students. I cannot give them permission to write on the whiteboard. My students are spectators (blocked). I can't put them in Editor. Here is the message = you have disabled collaboration with users outside your organization. In (Whiteboard Sharing Default Settings), there is no box to select (Internal users can share with external users) There is no box to select (external users can invite others.) There is only one box available to select (users can share at or below their permission level). Box checked. Hellow,I'm using OneNote as a whiteboard during my Zoom meetings. It works better (it reacts faster when I'm writing or sketching) than Zoom's Whiteboard.My question is that if I share my screen on my Macbook and connect OneNote from my iPad, the screen share  itself is small. It only covers up a part of my screen on my macbook. Anybody knows how I can adjust this so it covers up the full screen?Thank you!

This update has severe errors.One of them is erasing randomly -phenomenon.  it's terrible for techers who use writing tools. When we erase the writings using the eraser (writing tools), other contents is erased together randomly.It has occured persistently and we have suffered from your poor update.I want to stop paying you.Whenever you update, several bugs have existed but you didn't care much and didn't respond quickly.Please check and revise bugs which I mentioned.

Any one entering to my room can write on my screen i need to solve this issue 

The witheborad will be used for interactive discussion with the meeting participants host i have more options in the editing tool than other. some of functions could not be displayed in the edting tool of whiteborad for the meeting participante.g. upload of file is not possible by the meeting participant, how to resolve the problem

Since the whiteboard has been updated, the users with whom I share the whiteboard no longer see what I write using the text tool.What could be the cause? I have tested with some colleagues, but they see everything I share perfectly. I use blackboard to teach. Thank you in advance to those who will try to help me!

Hi there,Since I changed my ipad, i have a trouble to use whiteboard collaborations with meeting participants. I no longer give any permission to participants to edit any contents on the board while in the meeting. They can only view what contents i present them. Whenever I add participant's email to allow them to edit or input on the shared board, the message says my organization disabled collaboration from anybody outside of my organization. I don't know how I can enable collaboration with anybody to share, view, edit and input the whiteboard. Anybody can help me out for this please?

Hello! After the latest updates there is no "more" option at the screen sharing controls, just "apps" instead. Where can I disable comments when I share the srceen now? I work with kids as an English teacher, I sometimes really need to stop them from drawing 🙂

The meeting participants can't edit anything and when I tried to change the settings I get the message that the "admin has disabled this setting". I am the admin, it's my paid account. Hi,When I share a whiteboard to the participants (meeting), they can't edit it. They can only watch it.I check the settings and allowed participants to share and so on.But there is a setting which is in gray and maybe it is in connection with my problem (see screenshots). Can you help me ?I have a Zoom One Pro.Thanks in advance

I left Zoom some time ago because the whiteboard was not allowing me to write small circular letters with my XP-Pen tablet. It seemed like it was perceiving it as selecting something. Google Meets came along with a new whiteboard, but it was lacking in features, but at least I could write on it. I came back after feedback from one of my colleagues suggested it. I was happy to see that the whiteboard has really added a lot of the features that Google Meets had. Unfortunately, I think the same issue exists with the compatibility between the tablet and the white board. Now, I get a double arrow that points left and right when I am writing. I can click on the pen and the cursor changes to a pen for a bit, but then changes back to the double arrow. It is very annoying and will probably be a deal breaker unless I can find a solution. I can't be the only person running an XP-Pen tablet on here.The other issue that I have with the whiteboard, is that I have to login to save the board

Hello, I want to ask if I can still use classic whiteboard and if not how do the participants could write on the board I share..?

Why has my white board changed?  It is now a dot board.  I cannot save the boards the way I used to.  Can I get the usual white board back please?  Today I had to take photos of the white boards with my phone, email them to myself, download them, and then send them to clients.  This is absurd!  Please help!

Last night my whiteboard was updated, it looks great, but I'm totally lost.  How do I save whiteboards to my computer?   When I'm typing and press Tab, it increases the font size.  I tried changing the settings to classic whiteboard, but I still get the new version.  Any suggestions?

Hi all, I have chosen 'who has access as 'anyone' and then go to choose 'access level'... it does not allow me to click 'editor'. ('commenter' and 'editor' are greyed out and cannot be selected).I want anyone on the zoom to be able to be an editor on any whiteboard and this is just not letting me do that! HiI've had some difficulties with the new whiteboard, but the main one is that some letters disappear when I export the whiteboard into a PDF, during the meeting.I write in Latin letters and Hebrew letters on the same whiteboard. The Hebrew letters appear as rectangles on the PDF. I precise I've never had this problem with the classic whiteboard.Enclosed are the PDF whiteboard and the whiteboard as appearing during the Zoom meeting and in my Zoom account on the website.Can anyone help?

I am a tutor. I am getting so frustrated with Zoom I am thinking of cancelling my subscription. I cannot invite my students to collaborate, they can't write, type or annotate on the whiteboard. They can't even see a bar. The videos and the photos on here do not match up to what I have on my MacBook. I can't change the settings. I need someone to get in touch and help. I just paid the extra subscruption as I thought that was the issue but it clearly was not. 

Bonjour,  J'ai créé un tableau blanc lors d'une réunion. Malheureusement le paramètre par défaut est configuré sur utilisateurs invités uniquement et j'avais envoyé une invitation groupée aux collaborateurs de l'entreprise. Donc il n'y a pas d'utilisateurs invités spécifiquement.Je n'arrive pas à modifier ces paramètres car il est noté que l'admin a bloqué cette fonction. cf capture d'écranMais l'admin c'est moi (la titulaire) et je ne sais pas à quel moment j'ai bloqué cette fonction ni comment je peux faire la modification.Merci d'avance
