Hi zoomies 🙂  Our organization is currently hosting Zoom webinars for up to 500 participants and we are interested in customizing the registration confirmation email and registration page. Basic options are pretty substandard.We are using Zoom OnePro and have seen that it is possible to edit the email template under account management > webinar settings. However, we are wondering if there is a drag & drop option available for this customization, as it seems quite complicated.Additionally, we have been able to edit the registration confirmation page, but we are curious if it is possible to also edit the registration page itself, and if so, how and where can we do so?Basically, the questions are:1) Is it possible to customize the confirmation email that is sent to registrants upon registration? In my department we sometimes need to share pre-recorded webinar content while traveling. We share using the "Advanced Share" option to share an MP4 file on desktop. I would like to have that same option on mobile, either iPad or iPhone, so we don't need to be tied down to our laptops to run a webinar while traveling.

I've attempted to do this but have not been able to since recent update(s).- Any guidance is welcome.

For webinars, is it possible to: - see who registered- see who attended- see until when someone stayed- see if they missed the webinar And transfer that info to ActiveCampaign to segment contacts into different lists and send personalized emails? Or can Zoom send post-webinar email followups based on attendance and engagement? Thanks!

I want to check if it is possible to subscribe for a larger audience after a webinar registration is full to cater for more. This means that the webinar is already set up and registration has started but the actual webinar has not yet happened. Thank you!

Hi There, We have an event that we estimate will have around 1300 people signing on. The Large Meeting packs only go to 1000 people, and a 3000 person webinar is just way out of our price range. Can we stack a 1000 and a 500 participant large meeting pack? Or what is the alternative?

Hi all,My question is, how could we improve the viewing experience for users on mobile devices? It's hard to tell attendees to log in via PC or laptops nowadays as they would rather opt for convenience with phones and tablets. I still do get complaints from attendees on mobile devices that the broadcast is blurry. Recently I ran a Zoom Webinar for a client and I used Mimolive to mix remote panelists and slides before broadcasting it into the webinar. We did not used screen share and we have a 1080P HD account.We were monitoring the broadcast and confirmed that we were streaming at full HD. The Webinar settings, we had "Always send 1080p video to attendees" enabled.However some users on mobile devices commented that the video was blurry and they could not see the text on the slides. They were on their WIFI connection. PC users did not have this issue.

When someone registers for my webinar, they are not getting their link to login.  Instead, they get a message that it is not on their calendar.  What do I do?

Hi, I just had a webinar session.  I had 4-5 panellists in the session so I expect our attendees to see as if the "Active Speaker View" in the zoom meeting such that The Active Speaker in the biggest window with smaller windows of other speakers on the top.  So I set the Attendees View as Speaker View. But when I cross checked my attendees login from my iPad and Mac, the Speaker View only show the single speaker in the whole screen. Did I set it up wrongly?  I could not find any clue. Edit: Quoting Managing attendees and panelists in a webinar - Attendee view controls Speaker: Speaker vie

Hello! We are hosting our first Zoom Webinar and I want to be sure the recording settings are correct. First off, is it best to record a webinar to the cloud or locally? I will need an MP4 of the recording in order to distribute the recording to registrants. Also, I am the host and we have 3 panelists joining with video on and some slide share. I need to play the role of the host but also want to be sure the attendee's view is gallery mode to show all panelists at once (not spotlighting a single speaker) and that is the view that gets recorded. Which layout I should I select?    Thank you in advance! 

I am currently working on a project that invites Zoom Webinar participants across many districts in different areas, and I would like to allow the registrants to select the area, and then a list of districts associated with the selected area will appear for their further selection.  Example: Area "A" has associated districts "1" and "2"; where area "B" has associated districts "3" and "4".Two custom questions: one asking to select the Area, another asking to choose the district.Is it possible to choose "A" in the custom question for Area, and the answer for district will change automatically to "1" and "2" for selection? Choosing "B" will have "3" and "4" for user selection? May I know if this is possible, or if there is any way around this? 

Hi, I need to share multiple screens with multiple clients for my webinars. Actually I send mainly texts in 3 or 4 languages, and I would like my clients to choose themselves which language they want, and make them seeing only 1 language and not pages with 4 languages together. Is it realistic to make possible to split the screen to be shared, for instance in boxes of texts, giving a number to each box and making the clients choose the box n. 1, 2, 3, 4 etc? Is there a smart guy who can imagine how to achieve this goal? Would be a turning point for my job. Thanks for the attention!

I want to get the people who have watched my webinar replay for more than 2 hours

Hi, I understand that zoom recently restricted the multiple registration to add sessions in the same webinar series directly from the public link the host provided. Attendees who registered one session, and trying to register the future sessions, they have to initiate from the first confirmation email or 'registration attempt' email from zoom. And then there are many steps to be able to add sessions and seeing PayPal window. There are so many people struggled with this procedure (because previously, people could add as many as they want from the public link in one step) even i created detailed instruction.Question is, are there any settings the webinar host can change for attendees to be able to add future sessions much easier way within the same webinar series?Please give me any solution!!! Thanks-

In all Zoom webinars, I've been unable to join as panelist, even though I clicked unique links sent to me in e-mail that should have allowed me to do so. Am I misunderstanding how Zoom works, or are there workarounds for this?🙂

We recently created a webinar zoom account and I am setting up the recurring webinar template, when I click to have the registration on it's not allowing me to do so. Can anyone help me with this? I need to be able to manually approve registrants to be a part of the webinar.

I'll host a Webinar tomorrow and we will have 3 presenters but only 1 slide file for all of them.How can I share my computer's slides and the 3 also manage to control it?Is there any way? Thanks! 

Hi, I have A Zoom webinar that will be for up to 500 hundred users. I need when starting the webinar that only those people who have paid the subscription to the course be able to join the webinar. So, I need to know first:- Which license should I buy? - I need to double-check with something that is: to allow only users who paid to get into the system, - I first have to enable registration, and then enable authentication and disable automatic approval, and then from my account as a " owner role" allow people who have registered to log into this webinar. Are these steps correct? 

Hi, I am a regular user and need Language Interpretation during the meeting I join.  I am not able to choose different language to listen and option to enable the Language Interpretation is missing the profile too.  Can you help please.

Hi!I am hosting a webinar with a group of panelists and would like to be hidden for most of the webinar. I can't find a way to hide myself. "Hide non-video participant" only affects my personal view and other panelists/attendees can still see my name in a black box. "Stop my video" also does not work as others still see my name in a black box. Any ideas on how to stay hidden during a webinar? Thank you for your help!Kathleen

I want to host a Webinar with 2-3 Participants, and I want all participants to be seen and recorded the whole time, not just the person that is speaking at any given time. Is this possible? I can't find a setting to make that happen. 

I am hosting a webinar and several people on my team will be on the webinar for introductions only, then will turn off their video.  I assume that means that they will *not* show up in Gallery view for the participants?  I also don't quite understand what Hosts view means?Many thanks
