We are on Events, hosting a webinar series with multiple sessions. I know somewhere there is a function allowing you to send a direct notification to registrants - not the canned notifications, but a one time message. I know I have seen it somewhere, but now can't find it anywhere. Anyone?

Having challenges with assigning hosts other than myself for webinars - challenges that I don't have when I have been made host on others' Zoom webinar accounts.   I am default host for my account when scheduling the webinar. During setup I try to add an other email to assign as co-host/host and get this error:Unable to assign ("email address") as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this timeClarification #1: The email I am trying to add is not affiliated with my Zoom account, but I don't think that should matter?   Since I couldn't assign an alternative host at setup, I logged into the live webinar and made her a host at the beginning.  After I dropped off, she was then trying to make a panelist co-host during the live webinar and it would not let her do so - even though this is something I have been able to do as host myself on another Zoom webinar account just last

Do I need to hire a third party to transcibe in Spanish for a meeting tonight that will be in English? If yes, who are these 3rd parties?

I was running a webinar last night and could not get the speaker video to appear. I have only run about six or eight webinars, but never had this issue before.  It's been about eight months since my last webinar. I am not sure if something has changed with Zoom or if there is potentially a change in my corporate security setting that may have caused this. Advice is highly appreciated.

Hi Expert, I am a newbie. I have installed Zoom and done authorization in Salesforce. I want to sync Event in Salesforce with Zoom. However, the new Event I registered in Zoom does not update to Salesforce. Anything I have missed? Please advise. Bass

Hello. I added the Zoom for Salesforce integration to our CRM and am finding that registrants that are added to a webinar when registering through the zoom link are not showing up in the Webinar in Salesforce. They are showing up in the Webinar on Zoom's actual platform/website but do not in Salesforce. Is this something that can be fixed??

I booked an (expensive) virtual conference. I have a neurological disability that means I need to watch the session videos on playback in slowed down mode at c. 0.8 speed (due to my delayed sensory processing disability).But when I click on the playback speed toggle there are only options to make it go faster none are slower - help!This is a critical feature for me to be able to participate at all, so at the moment I'm in a lot of distress and despair as due to this problem I am completely blocked from joining the whole weeklong conference event. 😭I think it's a bug or design fault as on a friends iPhone a slower speed option is shown. But even then only I option 0.5 is offered, which is far too slow and not the 0.8 or 0.9 that I require so even that is no good to me and still not actually disability accessible. Standard desigm would be a toggle or slider to allow user to pick the right speed for them in either direction.The Virt

When I'm reviewing our registration, in the Zoom portal it says we have 73 registrants however when I pull the report, it only has 15 people recorded as registering for the session, can anyone tell me why this happening?

Hi, Today, we hosted a Zoom webinar, and unfortunately, many attendees experienced disconnections, forcing them to rejoin the webinar. Some participants were unable to rejoin at all, encountering difficulties while stuck in the webinar. We regularly host multiple webinars each day, but it seems that this issue has arisen after the recent Zoom update. We kindly request your attention to investigate and address this matter promptly.It's worth noting that not only attendees but also co-hosts are facing the same issue of being kicked out of the webinar.Additionally, I've observed an issue related to polls. It appears that after creating a poll, the system saves it for all subsequent webinars. Consequently, we need to manually delete the polls created for the previous webinar each time. We conduct training webinar sessions with our customers and are required by our corporate privacy policy to hide participant names from other participants in our training webinars. However, when we answer a question in Q&A, the question and answer with the participant's name display to all of the other participants on the "All questions" tab. We don't want to force all questions to be submitted to us anonymously, because WE (the hosts) need to see participant names (for internal reporting and tracking only), but participant names should always be "anonymous" to other participants and guest panelists (outside of our organization). Am I missing a setting somewhere? Is there a setting somewhere that will help us achieve this? This seems like such a basic thing, and yet I cannot find it.  Thank you,Lisa

Hello,   I regularly use Zoom and publish recorded meetings and webinars, we always use the shared screen with speaker view. This used to appear as 3/4 shared screen with a smaller image of the speaker centered to the right of it. Recently since Jan 2023 this has appeared as the shared screen with a small thumbnail in the top right corner. Please see the attached examples.   I have tried troubleshoot this myself but haven't come across any information on it and can't see any settings that may have changed.   Can anyone advise whether this is an update, or is this simply a setting that has changed.   Thanks, Eliza

Hi all, There used to be a toggle button against the library of historic poll questions, that allowed you to 'switch on' chosen questions for inclusion in a webinar. This function now appears to have been removed. After a lengthy online chat with a Zoom agent, it seems that the entire list of historic poll questions will now appear in the poll function during a webinar, necessitating either scrolling through the whole list to find the question you want to launch, or deleting all the irrelevant questions once in the practice session or webinar. Can somebody clarify for me if I have understood this correctly, as this seems like a really useful function (the toggle button) has been removed, making the poll question library a much more unwieldy and un-user-friendly function. Any input gratefully received!

Hi all,  I have an issue with the new survey function. When I created one poll, it overlapped with all my zoom webinars. I can not delete these overlapped questions.  

We recently hosted a webinar and temporarily removed the required registration for the time the webinar was running. After I added the requirement again to provide it on demand, all the registration data was gone.I can access the attendee report, but obviously I'd also be interested in the registrations as now we cannot send e-mails e.g. to those who didn't show up, to watch the recording. Is there any way to recover the data?

Is there a way to make sure that closed captioning is always available for all participants on any webinar, meeting, or event?  I think that zoom should have closed captioning as a default for all of its services, but for some reason, it must be enabled by hosts; many of whom have difficulty either remembering to use this service or to enable it.  And since I am not always able to contact a host about this accessibility tool, it is not always available and makes participation for those of us with hearing issues very difficult.Any suggestions?Is it possible to ask the zoom company to just make this a regular feature, so that it appears, with icons for chat, Q & A, etc.

What are the zoom settings to allow for an attendee to hear live music (not through the speakers) free standing singing bowls. 

New Zoom user - setting up webinars for the first time. Are you able to customise the footer wording at the bottom of a webinar registration page. This currently reads as: "Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy."  I can't see how to customise this wording to include my own organisations specific data protection requirements

I have scheduled a webinar next month and am prepared to send potential participants invitations. How do I ensure registered participants' email addresses can be captured and indicated in the attendance report generated after the webinar? Pre-registration and authentication for participants being Zoom users have been enabled. What else do you think should be done? I would appreciate your professional advice on this.

I am trying to add panellists to a webinar that has alteady been created. When I go to edit webinar I do not have any invitation  or other tabs at the bottom of the webinar page. Can you help please? 

During a Zoom webinar yesterday,  I lost my mic and speakers connection.  The yellow or red exclamation on the icon.Thanks for taking my question. I'm using W11 on a Lenovo ThinkPad P14s.  I'm also using a USB digital mixer Behringer  Flow 8.  Everything is updated and zoom recognizes both the mics and speakers.  Then for whatever reason it gets dropped.  The only way I could get the audio bac was when I disconnect the USB cable from the mixer, wait a few seconds and plug back in. Thanks in advance for your help. PeterD

Can anyone advise of the settings to use that will enable a speaker, sign language interpreter and slides to appear on the screen for recording purposes, also how to increase the size of the box so that the Sign Language Interpreter can be seen more easily rather than being a very small box that will require binoculars for a Deaf person to watch the Interpreter. I held a webinar in which almost 70 people attended. The webinar contained 5 polls. After exporting a report, it's showing about 10 attendees don't have any record of attendance, but Zoom did record them as completing all 5 polls. Why would attendance NOT be recorded if they completed polls? I need to reconcile this in order to release certificates.
