How can I add other language in Interpretation menu ?
Я купил вебинары Zoom для 500 участников. Если я начну конференцию, соберется ли на конференции до 500 человек? Второй вопрос: что они могут делать на конференции?
Hi all. It looks like Zoom made a recent change to how polls are displayed. We offer monthly educational webinars and have polls specific to that webinar topic. When we enter in the polls for one webinar they show up in all the webinars now. This will get very confusing. Is there any way to not allow/disable this?
I just had a quick question, for the Simulive webinars...for the pre-recorded video does it have to be a zoom recording? Or can another video be uploaded for the Simulive? Thanks!
I recently created a webinar and its registration page. I am customizing the registration page using branding. While adding speakers, I mentioned their biographies in the bio section. The bio includes the "&" symbol, but after saving it, when I check the registration page, the symbol is converted into "&". How can this be fixed? I have attached the screenshot below. While adding : On registration page :
Hi everyone, I'm facing a recurrent issue when I use a Practice session...when panelists join they have the unfortunate tendency to click "Start the Webinar", and the consequence is that attendees could see and listen. Is there a possibility to remove this banner message on the top when practice session is running?? and let just the Host have the possibility to start the webinar...
When pulling registrant reports from Zoom Events, the data is sometimes in the wrong columns. Example: instead of job title, there's a phone number or instead of phone number, there's a zip code. There were issues with 40 out of 900 registrants for our last event. Has anyone else experienced issues with registration fields showing up in the wrong column in reports?
I try to save Gallery view in settings for the recording but it always goes backt to active speaker.
During a 1-2 hour webinar, I have multiple attendees who will get kicked off the zoom webinar and will be unable to rejoin. What is causing so many people to get kicked off? Usually, we have anywhere between 200-700 people that attend our weekly webinars, and anywhere between 10-40 will get kicked out during the duration of the webinar.
I currently anticipate 90 attendees, but what if the number exceeds 100 after I've already distributed the Zoom link? Can I promptly upgrade to accommodate more attendees, and will this upgrade affect the existing Zoom link?
I have just installed the new Zoom for Salesforce Lightning integration app into my Salesforce instance. Before this install I had created many webinars into the future the people are already signed up for. I don't see any mention in the documentation on how to sync these pre-existing webinars to Salesforce. There is no 'button' in the Zoom portal page for each webinar to 'sync to Salesforce'. And in Salesforce, I can only create new webinars which will automatically sync to the Zoom portal, but I see no place in Salesforce to grab existing webinars from Zoom. Is there any way to accomplish this?
I was in my Zoom account yesterday adding/editing webinars when I received these messages across the top that say:Adding Role sn_esm_user to (my user name)Adding Role task_acivity_reader to (my user name)Adding Role sn_apptmnt_booking.appointment_booking_user to (my user name)Adding Role snc_external to (my user name)Primary email device created for (my user) I was able to close them using the x at the end of each message but I have checked with others that are testing things with our API and others but no one seems to know what they are.
I am taking a webinar. The teacher's face is always slightly blurred. Is there a way to fix this?
We have a webinar license and always use the practice session before allowing the audience in. Up to now, only the host can open the practice session while the panelists are directly put on a waiting list until the host is online. How can we prevent this and allow the panelists to open the practice session themselves? This is very useful as the host cannot always be available. Please describe the procedure to do it this way. I hope it's possible. Thanks
Is there a way to re-direct people that register for a webinar back to the next step in my funnel? context: I have a landing page with a pop-up, or a link to the zoom webinar registration page. Once they register for the webinar, I want the system to automatically take them to the next step in my funnel before the scheduled webinar date. The setting in my account seems to only allow me to redirect someone after they've watched a full live webinar. I need to be able to redirect them as soon as they opt in for it... Please help.
My webinar panelist cannot log in to our webinar and is locked out after too many attempts. Can anyone suggest anything? Thank you!
Is it possible to force an individual out of a breakout room? If so, how?Is it possible to disable the ability for an individual to turn on their camera and audio, both in the main session and breakout room? If so, how? Thanks!
Hi everyone,I am having difficulties visualizing the answers to customized questions included in the webinar registration form. The Excel sheet provided by Zoom does not show all the questions/answers. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.
I am trying to host a webinar for my organization. When I log into Zoom and click the 'Webinar' option I only see the option to access OnZoom. Is there a different way to host a webinar? It seems like the OnZoom options are limited compared to what is outlined in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCqDxTPEz9I My account is licensed.
I have the ability to create webinars on my account. I've successfully created the webinar with "Authentication" NOT required and only requiring the webinar passcode. When a user goes to https://zoom.us/join, they can enter the Webinar ID and click [Join].Then the "enter password" dialog appears where they enter the Webinar Passcode and click [Join]. But then, despite having set it for NO "Authentication", it still prompts the user for their email address! How do I have it stop prompting for their email address? NOTE: I have found that the email address isn't validated; it just has to look like an email address. But it would be preferable -- since NO "authentication" was specified -- that the user not have to enter an email address at all.
How to I enable attendees to turn on their camera in a webinar breakout room? Attendees can unmute in breakout rooms but I'm not sure how to give them access to share their camera in their breakout rooms.
I need some clarification on recording break out rooms, I was toldIf the webinar is being cloud recorded, it will only record the main webinar and none of the breakouts will be captured, regardless of what room the webinar host is in. Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms. - -i don't understand this? soo basically breakout rooms cannot be recorded, whether a cohost or host in in the room and even if its recorded on the computer? Also, once participants are in the breakout rooms, do we have to unmute them so they can talk, or can they do it themselves?
How do I change the standard text, when people recieve confirmation? I can change a part of the text, but not the one that says the following:Thank you for registering for [Meeting topic]. You can find information about this webinar below.
I have created a single session (webinar) event using my Zoom Events. It is a free, registered event. I have a list of emails I would like to send a direct event invitation to. I have created an "Event Invite" email which provides a direct link to register. I can click on the email and have the option to "send" , but it sends to no one as I haven't uploaded any emails. How do I add attendees to invite and then send them this email?
When we try to share a webinar post to LinkedIn, the header image is very zoomed in and you cannot read what the header image says. Is there a certain size that header images should be so it properly fits in a LinkedIn post? Right now we are using the recommended sizing.
