Hi Will I be able to keep my webinar ID if I unsubscribe and then re-register to the webinar add on after a couple of months? I´m going to pause running the webinar for a while and I´m wondering if all my webinar settings and ID gets lost if I unsubscribe for a while. Or when I reregister will it then be there as before? So I don't have to update the information everywhere? Thanks in advance.
Is there anyway to add images or customize the autogenerated email templates of webinar? I want to add image in the template but I am unable to do so. Any help will be appreciated, thank you."Webinars"
we enabled webinar breakout rooms for both meetings and webinars. but when start a webinar, it does not show any settings which we could create breakout rooms
If I change the title of a webinar, how can I make sure that previous registrants have received the invite with the new title on the invite they receive?
Do you know why Zoom requires an attendee to a webinar to give their name and email address before they are allowed in the webinar - even though they are clicking on the link I emailed to them as a registrant.?
Two days ago the email notifications we receive when a user registers for a webinar on Zoom changed. Instead of normal links being embedded within the emails, they now include a link string that is 8-10 lines long (on a computer, not a phone) which begins with a SendGrid URL. The email is from no-reply@zoom-us Any idea what could be causing this?
Hi All,We book Panelist links for webinars via API call, which then provides the link back to us.Recently there has been a really inconvenient issue, where we will check the Panelist names on the UI, all are there, but on the day of the event, at least 1 of the names de-registers. We have no API call setup to run to delete, remove a panelist. It seems to only be happening to the person that will be the moderator for our event (though there is no way to show this in zoom). I'm wondering if this could occur if maybe they try the link early, or anything that may cause an issue for it to be removed?Has anyone else encountered this at all? Many thanks in advance!
Hello, I am trying to get Zoom Webinars to be created as Campaigns in Salesforce. I am using the same email address both on Zoom and in Salesforce. All Zoom permission sets have been to this user. Marketing user enabled. I have authorized the connection under the 'Zoom User Config' settings in Salesforce. Also enabled the 'Create Campaigns for Webinars' under Zoom Webinar settings. The user in Zoom has a role - 'Owner' assigned. I do not see the webinars as campaigns in salesforce. How can this be resolved. Thanks
Quick question:Does anyone know if the practice session webinar and the actual webinar registration links are the same link, or are they different links?@ links to members, practice session webinar vs. actual
HelloI have a series of webinars coming up with a short turnaround between sessions. Can I start a practice session whilst a webinar is still running? Thanks
How do I get the webinar to automatically show the duration of the meeting?
I have the new zoom downloaded and have changed all the settings - but the new chat features only appear in MEETING and not WEBINAR. thanks
How do I change the facebook page linked to my zoom account?
How can you remove the zoom logo/branding when broadcasting a webinar live on Facebook/YouTube? We have opted in and paid for Zoom Sessions, which allows us to brand out our meetings/webinars, however, when we broadcasted our latest webinar to Facebook, the zoom logo was branded on it.
Hi all! We are new to Sessions and just found out we have NO chat support. So...can someone let me know how to MUTE all registrants when they enter the Zoom Session/webinar? OR is this done automatically?
I bought Zoom Webinars for 500 participants. If I start a conference, will I have up to 500 people at the conference? The second question is what can they do in the conference?
When our web app calls Webinar API, https://api.zoom.us/v2/webinars/ to register attendees, always return 429 error, too many requests. We have Zoom pro plan. So for light APIs, we should be fine if our requests is less than 30requests/second. Our multiple zoom meeting accounts and one webinar account have the same account owner and use the same account number. Will this setting effect the request limit? Does each account have their own request limit? Where can I check those information? Can anyone help? Thanks.
Hi All! We have a webinar scheduled for 4th April and we have 60 registrants for it already. Now we are thinking of casting it twice at two different times but we don't want our registrants to register for it again. How can we do it?
Hello - We have a webinar scheduled in the next few weeks. We've received more interest than originally anticipated when creating the event. Is it possible to upgrade our account and also increase the number of attendees possible in a webinar that is already scheduled and for which people have already registered? I don't want to change the link for those who already have it in their calendar.
I don't have any information about the type of device, alas. But I am very curious about what the registrant described below could have been doing. We had a webinar set up with registration that sends the confirmation and reminder emails. In those emails we instruct the registrant to click/tap the big, blue "Join Webinar" button to attend the webinar. The person who was signed up complained:"The code didn’t work for [the webinar]. It was in a loop sending me to register. I was already registered that’s how I got the code I hope you get the problem fixed before [the next webinar]." What could this person have possibly have been doing? I guess I need even more instructions for people who need additional help.
I am a Zoom one pro subscriber. I recently had a webinar subscription for a month but that ended after my webinar was complete. I am still a pro subscriber. I need the Q&A from the webinar. However, it seems like I cannot access it now that my webinar subscription has ended. Is there anything I can do (I don't need the webinar subscription again for the moment). There are people waiting on answers which could not be addressed in the timeframe of the webinar. Any help appreciated - thanks!
Are there any recommended ways of adding a zoom link to a recurring Eventbrite event where I have already created the tickets, apart from manually one by one. Thanks
I am a Spanish language interpreter. I interpret zoom meetings/webinars through a headset. I raise and lower volume on my headset or through the computer keyboard as needed. I don’t use zoom volume settings. Recently I zoom interpreted a live event in another city, which had a sound technician on-site. The sound was inaudible. The technician made adjustments which resulted in the sound being incredibly loud and impossible to turn down on my end. I could turn down in headset or on keyboard straight past the point (and icon) of silencing, and it remained loud as ever. Any thoughts or explanations ? Thank you
I want to be able to show my webinar participants the live count of the votes on the poll - I'm sure I have seen someone do this but I can't find anything about it online. Would be very grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction.
Has anyone been experiencing the need to register twice for the same webinar? I hosted a webinar earlier today and found out that one or more of the attendees were required to register twice to actual join the webinar. In addition, I joined a separate Zoom webinar through a different company shortly after in which I had already registered, which is why it was on my calendar, but when I clicked the link to join was required to register again. It's really a bad user experience and I'm concerned it will deter people from joining in the future. Is there some kind of setting within the setup that needs to be checked/unchecked? This is the first time I've run into this issue and I've setup and hosted many webinars via Zoom. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!
