I frequently pay for audiobook acting lessons which my teachers record on Zoom and send to me as Mp4s. For two or three years, I have had no trouble playing those recordings on my Macmini computer (2022 model). I have a free Zoom accountSeveral months ago I began having awful problems whenever I played back a Zoom recording sent to me. The recording screen would freeze. The recorded image and background screens in other applications (if they were open) would bounce around the monitor screen. The recording screen would disappear and reappear. My cursor would disappear so that I wouldn't be able to close windows. Often the sound would continue okay, I just wouldn't be able to control my screen anymore. I certainly couldn't open or close other applications while the recording was going. The only way I could get any control was by shutting the computer down manually. When I booted up the computer and re-accessed the recording, it would playback well for a while, then the same problems woul
I paid the webinar package (for a month) but there is no webinar function activated on the webinar page on the zoom portal. Please help asap!
How can I set the Participant's Video to turn ON by default in Webinar without making them Panelists?Any help is highly appreciated. Cheers!Shashank Lakhotia
We have two licensed webinar users on our account. But if either of us creates a webinar, the other user can't see or edit it on their account. How can I see the webinars created by my teammates?
I have signed up for webinars for various companies and do not receive the email confirmation with link. Please advise.
I'm encountering an issue when trying to retrieve webinar poll question results using the endpoint past_webinars/{webinarId}/polls/. Despite following the documentation, I consistently receive a blank array of questions.I've confirmed that the questions are indeed present by exporting the polls report directly from the Zoom website. However, when attempting to access them programmatically via the API, I'm encountering difficulties.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or found a workaround for this? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
Hey guys,I need your help to setup my event page.I planned a webinar every tuesday on the same event during 6 months, the thing is that i'd like to hide all the different sessions on the event page.Any ideas on how i can do that ?
Ich würde gerne öffentlichen Ereignissen über den Kalender beitreten aber es funktioniert nicht Fehlercode: 404
Zoom events currently do not support India as a region and does not event allow INR as a currency. This is strange as Indian audience is using Zoom and have been organising events on Zoom. I would like to request Zoom to add other payment gateways to support multiple currencies and not just Paypal and Stripe. Globally Indian Rupees is set to replace dollar, but we are still dependent on USD. Indian companies use user friendly UPI payments which is easiest to use with highest security. Let's see how we can change and support the largest market for Zoom.
We are currently utilizing Zoom Webinar and need to restrict participation to specific individuals. To accomplish this, we must import participant data such as email addresses and names. Could anyone confirm if the imported data (email list) is secure and how it is safeguarded? Our concern primarily pertains to the security and privacy policies associated with the email lists of participants we import into Zoom to regulate access to our webinars. Considering that these lists contain emails from various companies whose members will be attending the webinar, we are particularly concerned about the potential risk of data leaks.
So in the latest update, after clicking the first / normal "Click to Join" button, it brings up a second screen with the zoom window to the left and a panel to the right were the user can change their name / email, but they have to click on Join a second time. This is breaking our website / UX. Anyone know how to remove this or if in fact it is actually removable?
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it's possible to update the zoom registration page link to start with a company domain instead of Zoom's. My company is hoping to run some paid ads on Google to boost attendance numbers, but Google does not seem to like that the registration links start with "https://us02web.zoom.us" . We would like it to start with our company domain, then followed by the rest of the URL. We could redirect traffic to a landing page, then Zoom, but ideally traffic goes directly to the registration page. Anyone have a similar issue that they were able to navigate? Can the link be updated/personalized? 🙂 Many thanks!!
Hi Big problems in our webinar broadcast on Zoom this morning. I was sharing my screen playing a pre-recorded video. During that session, I was to attend to Chat input, but every time I opened Chat, this happened – this is what the audience saw. It isn’t the first time either. Can you tell me what it is, why it happens and how to avoid this happening again, please?
I'm frustrated when I'm participating in webinars where everyone else has emojis, but I don't. The option in Settings for Allow participants to react to meeting chat messages using emojis is ON. I am on a Pro account, and I want to be able to use emojis when I'm participating in webinars, and everyone else has emojis but me.Help, please.
I attend webinars daily. There are a lot of people (over 100) in them chatting. I have such a hard time interacting in the chat because the chat is constantly moving with the activity. Is there a way to get the chat to not move on its own? I want to move it myself when needed. I can't even reply to comments without the chat jumping on its own.
Hello dear All, In my webinars, I only see a sea of black screens and I want to change that into being able to see my participants' / attendees' faces. Chat support/ Agent didn't help me because they told me to go to Account Settings - meetings and turn video on for meetings NOT Webinars!!!Tried to schedule a New Webinar after the change in settings but nothing changed. The video option exists only for hosts and panelists! I Just Want To See My Attendees! It surely can't be that difficult! Please HELP!!! Any Help will be Much appreciated,Thank you in advance,Vicky

I am following these instructions to migrate from the old Salesforce Zoom App to the New one.https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057654 It seems the bit about "Disable webinar triggers" is wrong.Zoom sent 6500+ emails to my customers alerting them that their registration changed. Even for webinars in the past and folks who didn't even attend. Should this article be updated to check the box for "Avoid Webinar Tigger"? Or is there some other way to prevent the messaging from going out?I haven't done the attendee migration yet because of this.
We're hosting a webinar where we only want people to attend who we know. We want to avoid registrants from sharing the webinar link with people we don't know, who might turn up to the webinar even though they haven’t registered. I did a test webinar, which showed me this is possible to do. Is authentication the only way to avoid this? We're having trouble with authentication because people aren't familiar with it, they're trying to register for the webinar using a different email with that associated with their Zoom account/profile, or they don't have a Zoom account/profile to start with. And we're worried some might find they've forgotten their Zoom password at the start of the webinar if they haven't used it for a while. In short, authentication is an obstacle for those who aren't super-familiar with Zoom. Anyone else found this? Any suggestions?
Hi All, With webinars, is there a way we could have someone else receive the email when someone registers other than just the host? I have tried to put an additional email address in the email contact but it didn’t seem to like having more than one address. One option is to forward on the registration when we get them but we can’t think of anyway it could be done automatically. - any ideas? Thanks
I have puchased a Zoom webinar licence for my org but want to allow others in my team to view and amend or set up future webinars. How do I go about doing that? Do the individuals need to have a Zoom One Pro licence? Or do they need to have a Webinar licence? Seems a bit much as we are only holding one webinar at a time.
We regularly receive invitations to webinars from one of our suppliers. When we try to register for the webinars, we receive the following message:The e-mail address *********** cannot be used to register for this webinar. We do not have a Zoom account. What can we do to be able to participate in the webinars again?
Hello community, We are trying to organize a hybrid event (physical and online) using Zoom webinars. Our idea is to have a general session for everyone and then divide the groups into 2 different breakout rooms. My questions are:- I currently do not have the rights to add breakout rooms in webinar format. If i create a webinar now (without the rights) and then get the rights to add Breakouts, will I be able to modify the webinar already created? So as to keep the same ID.- Can we record the breakout sessions as they occur?- Can attendees choose their desired session on the spot?- When the attendees arrive in the breakout sessions, can we already have a host in the session before launching it? If anybody could help me that would be great!!Thank you
