Hi, I have a problem. I have set up an automation - the information about the people signed up for the Zoom webinar should, thanks to this automation, be sent to the list in Pardot (automation done by Zapier)Unfortunately, people signed up for the Zoom webinar do not always appear in Pardot. What could be the cause?
I did a poll in a webinar. But now I can't see the results afterwards (only the detailed report). But I am searching for the overview of the results. Although the webinar is finished and the voting is completed, it shows me the status "not completed" under "previous" webinar for the poll. Thank you for your help.
I get an invitation to a Zoom meeting or webinar, sign up and am told I am registered. But the information on how to access the Zoom meeting never comes through. I say that I have not gotten the email, request that it be re-sent and never get it. It is not in my spam folder and Zoom is a protected entity in my email. It feels like Zoom is blocking my email, even though I have a Zoom account.
In a webinar, is there a way to have an ASL interpreter appear smaller than the main presentation window or give people the option to minimize the interpreter if they do not need ASL?
We are holding an Events Webinar later this month, and have just learned that registrants who used their email (rather than Zoom) to register are not receiving email confirmation, despite the system saying that one was sent. I tried registering for the event using my personal email and got the same result. Didn't go to the Junk folder.
Scenario: person A has a 3000 limit webinar license, person B 500 webinar license. Person A schedules a webinar making person B the alternate host. Person B starts the webinar.2 questions:1) Since person A isn't on when the webinar starts, which license limit is used - for Person A or B?2) If the answer is B (and 500 people are joined), what happens to the license limit when A logs in? Will the count automatically go up so anyone who wasn't able to join will now be able to?
For the past few years I've had the same MLM company contact me for ZOOM webinars. This company will not take no for an answer and they continue to send out webinar links. Can ZOOM please for the love of god do something to stop MLMs?
How Can I export a list of who attended or signed up for my webinar? I see this report, but it does not show who registered.
I have a question regarding Zoom reports. I hosted a webinar, and according to the report, there were 1,598 unique viewers and a total of 2,150 users. However, when I export the data, the attendance report table contains 4,685 email addresses. If I select all entries with a join time, there are 1,608 email addresses. If I select all with the status 'approved', there are 4,677 email addresses. So, my question is: How do you perform your evaluations? Which number is the correct count of participants?
I set up my webinar to take people's name, email, job and company. However, when I export the registration list it only shows me name and email - is there anyway to see the job and company?
Please help. Trying to host a webinar. We need both the host and co-host to always remain visible even when the host is sharing screen. Tried pinning. Didn't work. Tried making both on the panel. Didn't work.
I do not see a way to record my Zoom webinar. Is there a particular setting to enable the recording of a webinar as the host?

Webinar is coming up in less than 48 hours, Zoom support team is useless and did not transfer a webinar from an inactive hub to an active hub so now, I am afraid that something will go wrong on the day of the webinar. Has anyone even ran into this? Biggest concern is that I just realized that no one can receive emails for registration confirmation and/or 24 hours notice, is there any way to fix that? It seems that I can't move this webinar from the Inactive hub to the other one we have for the company because it's technically a "zoom session". Does anyone know at all how to reach the Cutomer support team to make sure that this webinar will work day of?
I currently have a recurring webinar set up to occur once a week, every Wednesday night. The current registration setting on the webinar is "Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences." Under Email Settings for this webinar we have it set to send a Reminder email 1 day before. My question is, if someone registers, will this registrant end up getting a reminder email 1 day before *every* occurrence? Or only one email, 1 day before the next upcoming occurrence?
Hey there! Danke!
We've created a webinar using zoom and after trying several times for registration, we've found that we sometimes face the issue below when to try registration via form. ErrorPost Registration time-out, Please try again latter500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_2a9abe19ccb94e27 Additional info- We use pardot form to let the participants to enter their info and put the zoom webinar registration link in the thanks mail.- We also intergrate with Pardot for registration, attendee and absentee list. What I'd like to know- How to solve this issue- What are the possible reasons that this error occurs.
Hi Zoom Team and Community,I’m reaching out with a critical issue that has significant implications for our workflow and webinar management. Currently, there is no functionality in Zoom Webinars to end a session for attendees only, while allowing panelists to stay on for a debrief. This limitation is highly inconvenient and counterproductive, especially considering the additional cost of the Zoom Webinars add-on. Current Setup and Challenges:Subscription: I am subscribed to the Video Webinars plan with a capacity of 500 attendees, at a cost of €74 per month.Limitation: There is no option to end the webinar exclusively for attendees, which is crucial for post-webinar discussions among panelists.Upgrade Issues: Upgrading to a Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions subscription reduces the maximum number of attendees to 100, which is insufficient for our needs.Impact:This functionality gap forces us to find cumbersome workarounds, such as scheduling separate follow-up meetings, which disrupts
I am hosting a virtual conference on the Zoom Events platform in August. Everything is set up for the most part, but we need a virtual producer the event and to do a quick dry run with the presenters. I have tried to find a virtual producer, but so far NO ONE is familiar with Zoom Events. They are only familiar with meetings or webinar. I really need help finding someone or information on how to run an event on Zoom Events for the live event or even to do a dry run. Great platform, but most people are not familiar with it. Help, anyone?
How to best provide a webinar speaker with a timer to view during their presentation? Holding a timer up to the camera seems a bit basic...
Our webinar automatically ended without anyone clicking "end webinar." It ended right at the scheduled time. However, we've had past webinars go past the schedule time and it didn't automatically end. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there away to fix it?
We used to be able to create and host a traditional webinar with registration page to capture attendees' info like email and other questions. We found the only option available to us now is OnZoom event which requires the user to have a zoom account and only available for US users. Can the OnZoom event be like a traditional webinar? If so, how do I change it?
I am unable to share sound from my computer when hosting a webinar. The option is grayed out and unable select.
Me ajudem por favor, é possível habilitar o vídeo (câmera) dos participantes do webinar?Eu sei que é possível ativar o microfone, mas não consegui nada sobre a câmera do participante.
This account was in charge of recording a webinar, that happened yesterday, although the meeting started with a voice stating that it was recording, In the middle of the webinar, it prompted that the recording stopped, so l had to press record again. Now after the meeting, the recorded video that only appeared to my laptop was the second half of the meeting. I need help getting the first half of the webinar. Please email me here if you have a workaround: ***********
