Olá , contratei o webinar 500 , mas ele não nesta habilitado . Inclusive possuo Reuniões para ate 300 pessoas .. Alguém pode me explicar porque não está habilitado ..Obrigado

I am planning to host a Townhall community meeting in rural north carolina, my understanding there is T1 line with 100 Mbps, my question is, is this speed enough for me to hosting a 600 - 800 zoom call, or the speed is too slow for that many people log in at onetime, i am not tech savvy, any suggestion would be great appreciate. jz

When I schedule a meeting or webinar, people tell me that it is complicated or impossible to register or get in.I was doing webinars with up to 160 people registered and suddenly, none.I tried moving parameters but was impossible.Furthermore, I decided to move the presentation to a meeting and again a similar thing happened. What can I do?I am paying yearly for both meetings and webinars, and it's been months since I can't use them and/or find a solution to be able to use it.What can I do?Regards.

Hi  I have a problem to export the data for the participants who registered in the webinar. I got the emails but when I check the report looks like nobody has been registered.  Could you help me?

Hello, Since the webinar attendees has been changed from 100 to 500 attendees, I am planning on using Zoom as my live stream tool when we begin in-person webinars sometime in the future. Can that be done or do I have to use Facebook Live or YouTube to accomplish this? I would prefer to use Zoom and set up live streaming this way. Does anyone have any recommendations for a camera, PC, and software required? What inputs are required to do this -- HDMI or what? Thank you for your input.Jim Patin

I've added registration questions to general webinar settings as well as to  the template we use for our webinar series. Will those registration questions be applied to webinars that were already scheduled? (It does not appear that they have been.) Thanks!

I accidentally auto-approved all invites (uploaded via CSV) and now I can't run a list of who actually registered (bc they are all "auto-approved". No directions on Webinar Reports, etc, etc,  Help!

Every time I run a webinar I get this message in the lower right hand screen. It doesn't appear on the recordings but it appears on the live webinar. How do I remove it. See picture. It says "3000 webinar account"

We have currently made prior registrations via mailchimp before we were able to upgrade our account to add a Webinar. Now we have a webinar link, we have imported the .csv file from mailchimp to the zoom registration with ease. We have also informed new registrants that they can now register in the registration link that zoom generated. But after all of this, the registration link in mailchimp is still getting some "new" registrations and we were able to generate another csv file of up to  fifty (50) new registrants in mailchimp.  A little hesitant to import this "new" .csv file from mailchimp as we dont know the behavior of the "import via csv function," thinking that it might override the current list that we have that is now around 400 people. If we do another upload via csv for the 50 new registrants (from mailchimp), will zoom now add our registrants to 450 people already or will it renew the

Hi community, Need an urgent help.Is it possible that while I'm live on 500 participant webinar, the attendees increase and i've to increase the plan to 1000. Can I do it DURING my webinar is live?I mean while my webinar is still going on, Can I increase the capacity by upgrading the plan?

Hi, we always like to test the connections before the webinar stars. But the panelists cannot log in any earlier than the scheduled time, at the same time the attendees start logging in as well. Only the host seem to be able to log in earlier. Is there a way to the panelists could log in an hour/30 minutes before the scheduled time? Are we missing something here? Thank you in advance!

Hi Zoom community, I have recently recorded a couple of webinars and the speaker's camera is not displaying on the recording. I must have unknowingly changed a setting at some point.  Does anyone know how to turn on the speaker view on a Zoom cloud recording?  Thanks!

I inserted a new panelist for my webinar and iIsent him the link invitation.I noticed later that the name I inserted is wrong! But there is no option to modify the names of panelist in the webinar organization form.Do you know if it's possible or not?Thanks!  IS

Hi Support team, Today I support a webinar Zoom meeting, we aleady add the users into the Panelist list but there are 3 panelist members (in the red boxs) can not join to webinar Zoom meeting as panelist member (only join as attendee), I fix 2 cases by remove and and them again to panelist but the last one Hoa Ngo can not fix. How to make webinar attendees to be able to show video?

I'm hosting a virtual event for 500 pax and I need breakout rooms and simultaneous interpretation.I used to use Zoom business licencee to do this. And now I just saw Zoom Event. Does Zoom Event support breakout rooms? I have already scheduled the Zoom meeting under a pro license and sent out invitations . If I buy Zoom Event license now, does it work with my meeting already scheduled? Thanks in advance!

Zoom allows us to enter and invite more than 300 panelists but 300 is the limit on my webinar license.  Will people using the custom panelist invitation simply enter as attendees once we exceed 300 people in the webinar? 

Good afternoon, We are hosting 3 large seminars this and the coming weeks.  We will have 250-350 attendees in any given webinar.  These webinars are for a continuing education program.  Attendees have to answer 4 polling questions each hour to get their credit. 85%+ of the users login to the webinar correctly with their first and last names showing.  However, we always have users who show up in the attendee list with only a first name, anonymous thing like "owner", or something else that doesn't easily identify them.  When we see a user with a name like that, we first try to chat with them and ask for their last name.  Then we rename it.  However, there are always a few people who don't answer the chat.  And almost always, there is a small percentage of people who can't see the polls - almost always because they are using Zoom in a browser rather than the app.  We try to educate the

I need to be able to temporarily pause a webinar during a meeting for a closed session. I need to make sure no panelists or attendees can see or hear anything during the closed session (there will be in-person attendees who will be participating in the closed session). I tried it last month and it did not work. I paused the recording and muted the laptop but remote participants reported they could still hear the closed session conversation. I unpaused the recording after the closed session and I ended up with two separate videos instead one one with a pause in the middle. 

Is there a way to make the size of the speaker larger than the size of the still image or presentation slide while hosting a zoom webinar or call? If so, does anyone have a link to a video showing how to do this?Example below. We would like the speaker to be the larger image/view on the screen and the still slide to be smaller. It seems like right now it is configured the other way around and we would like to be able to customize/change it.Thank you!
