Hi Zoom community, I have recently recorded a couple of webinars and the speaker's camera is not displaying on the recording. I must have unknowingly changed a setting at some point.  Does anyone know how to turn on the speaker view on a Zoom cloud recording?  Thanks!

I inserted a new panelist for my webinar and iIsent him the link invitation.I noticed later that the name I inserted is wrong! But there is no option to modify the names of panelist in the webinar organization form.Do you know if it's possible or not?Thanks!  IS

Hi Support team, Today I support a webinar Zoom meeting, we aleady add the users into the Panelist list but there are 3 panelist members (in the red boxs) can not join to webinar Zoom meeting as panelist member (only join as attendee), I fix 2 cases by remove and and them again to panelist but the last one Hoa Ngo can not fix. The meeting I am trying to join has a licence for 500 participants and it has locked people out at 100, saying the maximum has been reached. Please help ???

How to make webinar attendees to be able to show video?

I'm hosting a virtual event for 500 pax and I need breakout rooms and simultaneous interpretation.I used to use Zoom business licencee to do this. And now I just saw Zoom Event. Does Zoom Event support breakout rooms? I have already scheduled the Zoom meeting under a pro license and sent out invitations . If I buy Zoom Event license now, does it work with my meeting already scheduled? Thanks in advance!

Zoom allows us to enter and invite more than 300 panelists but 300 is the limit on my webinar license.  Will people using the custom panelist invitation simply enter as attendees once we exceed 300 people in the webinar? 

Good afternoon, We are hosting 3 large seminars this and the coming weeks.  We will have 250-350 attendees in any given webinar.  These webinars are for a continuing education program.  Attendees have to answer 4 polling questions each hour to get their credit. 85%+ of the users login to the webinar correctly with their first and last names showing.  However, we always have users who show up in the attendee list with only a first name, anonymous thing like "owner", or something else that doesn't easily identify them.  When we see a user with a name like that, we first try to chat with them and ask for their last name.  Then we rename it.  However, there are always a few people who don't answer the chat.  And almost always, there is a small percentage of people who can't see the polls - almost always because they are using Zoom in a browser rather than the app.  We try to educate the

I need to be able to temporarily pause a webinar during a meeting for a closed session. I need to make sure no panelists or attendees can see or hear anything during the closed session (there will be in-person attendees who will be participating in the closed session). I tried it last month and it did not work. I paused the recording and muted the laptop but remote participants reported they could still hear the closed session conversation. I unpaused the recording after the closed session and I ended up with two separate videos instead one one with a pause in the middle. 

Is there a way to make the size of the speaker larger than the size of the still image or presentation slide while hosting a zoom webinar or call? If so, does anyone have a link to a video showing how to do this?Example below. We would like the speaker to be the larger image/view on the screen and the still slide to be smaller. It seems like right now it is configured the other way around and we would like to be able to customize/change it.Thank you!

when webinar capacity is full and redirected to social such as youtube what reports can zoom provide can zoom get me all emails for those redirected to the youtube channel?

Hi there,   I have had that for a while on my PC: When I receive a link for a Zoom-webinar and click the link ..... nothing happens. Desktop-zoom (which is installed of course) .. is not opening.    Sometimes I could copy the ID of the seminar from the link, open the destop version of Zoom and paste it in there and participate in the webinar.    I think there most be some problem with windows. Reinstalled Zoom. Checked the standard-Apps, but could not find a solution so far.    Can anybody help, please?

Dear all,I was wondering if is possible redirect zoom-webinar's link to a Company Website after the end of my event. I Know the setting that permit to redirect the participant to another web page when they leave webinar . But this not the setting   I'm looking for. I need that the participant can use the zoom's link to join the webinar while it is going on. After the meeting's ending , if someone click the same link should be redirect to another web page. Is it possible in your opinion?

Hello, I purchased a license for Zoom Events and I don't know how to start editing the event, which is a 2 seats Conference. I do not see any new tab on my profile but what I already had: meetings and webinars. I don't need to sell tickets, just to set up the event technically.The "support" is not helping me.Anyone can help me, please?  

Hi, We received an auto-generated email shortly after our conference submission saying that our conference was suspended as we had violated some terms of service + community standards.  Unfortunately we've had no correspondence from zoom to say exactly what the issue is.  We've been waiting more than 3 days for a response to our appeal.  Tried multiple times to contact customer service online without any luck - only have been told to wait for the relevant team.  We have  a conference to run but zoom don't seem to interested in providing any customer service to us despite us being on a premium plan. Initially, I launched a webinar with the registration and observed expected participants to be registered, but for a convenience to instant participants, I switched to no registration required just before the webinar. However as a result, I now not enable to access the registered participant data.Is there any way to access the data registered before switching?

Dear community, whenever I try to open a poll during a webinar the original presentation (in my case Keynote) is closing down - doe anyone have an idea why this keeps happening? I generally share my screen with the advanced and portion of screen option. Keynote is opened in rehearse slideshow mode. I then click on polls and when I try to launch it keynote is closing down completely.  I have therefore given up on using polls, which is not really the perfect solution. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello all, An invitation: I am running a test event using OnZoom today (Wednesday) at 12PM (noon) CST/US. It’ll just be a meeting (or rather Webinar) to exercise the ticketing and entry (free) and the OnZoom wrapping, and any differences actually in Zoom when in an OnZoom event. The meeting (webinar) itself will be a discussion about the findings and results. Tickets are free. Anyone is welcome to join, and to come in as a panelist - or to remain as an attendee. Entry either way is free (OnZoom can be used to charge). To join the panel, you can either raise your Zoom hand once connected as an attendee or let me know in advance – and we can test out the panelist pre-invitation mechanism. (you can let me know here, or by DM) The event will also be in Full-HD at 1080p. So it will be a useful way to see that quality, if you haven’t already, and to test your cameras and setup

Under the Webinar section in my web Profile, it says:   "You can host a free 30 minute webinar today on OnZoom! Contact your IT Admin to enable you to host. Learn more about how to get started here."   When I go to https://on.zoom.us and go to "Become a Host" it says:   "If you are the owner or admin of your Zoom account, go to the account’s web settings to grant your account access to become an OnZoom Host." I am the account Owner and Admin - on a Business Account.   But where do I give myself the OnZoom Host privilege, so I can use my free 30 minute OnZoom webinar?   I do not see it under Settings or Role management.   Thank you.
