Hi we are struggling to find out how to upload registrants to zoom events, where people have registered on another system. It is easy on zoom webinars but seems impossible on zoom events. Does anybody know how to do it?

Our Company contracted webinar 7 hours ago. but not available.Administrator did activation to my account(about Webinar).After activation, From when can be used usually?

I have a question about capturing the participation time of ZOOM webinar attendees. We will be directing ZOOM webinar attendees to an external survey form where they will be given a confirmation test on the webinar content. Do I really need to run 5 separate reports to get all of my webinar session data? Is there a way to generate one report that pulls in all session data for: - registration answers - attendee info - Q&A details - Poll data - Survey answers?I was just forced to switch from GTW, which provided all webinar session data consolidated into one report.

Hi!I will not be needing to use webinars for several months so I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription (for a while at least). Could you tell me if I will loose all the info on the platform from my previous webinars (registered participants, their answer to surveys/questionnaires...)? I guess if that is the case, I just have to make sure I download everything first.I'm keeping my Meeting subscription, by the way. Hey All, I'm going to be an admin/facilitator as a Co-Host for many Webinars and am interested in showing lower thirds and various pop-ups pertaining to the subject matter. I would plan on accomplishing this via O.B.S.,  but am unsure whether I could do this in real-time as a Co-Host rather than the Main Host. Can a Co-host overlay video and switch screen views etc... (I'd be using the Elgato Stream Deck to accomplish this)- or do those functions need to be executed by the Main Host? 

Hello, I'm holding a book launch and hoping to have 300 plus people there. There'll be one host, 5 people doing very short readings and an interview with me as the author by my editor. I thought I should do this by webinar (which haven't used before) but I'd like to see familiar faces and gauge people's reactions. Am I right in thinking it won't be possible to see attendees on the webinar? Would a meeting, using the mute function therefore be better?  Thanks very much!

Is anyone else experiencing this? I hosted a Zoom Event webinar, with tickets paid via a Paypal integration. For some reason, no iPhone users were able to complete their billing address form on their phones - the state dropdown menu wouldn't work, clicking on their state didn't fill out the field or do anything at all. It's difficult to get tech support to help, because no one received an error message or anything like that. It worked for Apple tablets, Macs, and PCs/androids, but not iPhones. Additionally, on the iPhone it wouldn't work in Chrome OR Safari. It's possible the problem lies with PayPal, but they had no answer for me either.

I would like to know about the webinars - 1. Can I host the multiple webinars from one account with different alternative host (main host will be same)?2. Is it mandatory to have alternative host associated with same(main) host account  or under same group ?3. I have bought two plans in my zoom account. webinar with 500 attendees and another with 1000 attendees. when i schedule a webinar it schedules with the 500 attendees plan. How will i use the 1000 attendees plan?

Hi, I run a monthly webinars with some of our employees - we have 700+ registered this year and about 350 attended each month. I want to now add new dates for 2021 - could I just add new dates to my existing webinar schedule and then somehow keep the 700+ registered AND notify them of new dates? ThanksRo

Please Help! I have written three times to SUPPORT about this, but all I get back are article suggestions. I have a PRO account, which has been verified by Billing/Accounting.  But when I try to create an event card, there is a message saying that I only have the Basic plan and I have to upgrade to a higher plan (like PRO).  The event card will not enable to bypass "the mistake" and set a time, etc., for an event. I've asked for a real person to look at my problem, but no response.  (I submitted a ticket).  I've attached a copy of the message I get.  Below is the message I get on the event card when I try to start an event.  Thanks very much - IleneSennuwy

Hello! I have seen other companies that are able to customize the name of the "From" field  in their email confirmations to show their company name. In the below example while the email is still coming from Zoom's noreply email address, the name appears as  "Villa Home" as opposed to "Zoom" which I have been seeing in my tests. Any advice on how to update the name in the "from" field for reminder and confirmation emails would be greatly appreciated!

Hello We use Zoom webinars and allow access to a recording of the live webinar for 30 days after the live event. We set the settings to automatically approve, as manual approval would prove to difficult.  Is there a way of limiting the approval only to those registering with an email on a list - eg like a guest list, so people not imputting an email on the list would not be approved to view the recording? Any thoughts or work arounds outside Zoom would be appreciated. Thnx Joe

We have Group HD enabled but the webcam resolution is only 640 x 460.There are around 10 Panelists with only 1 participant turning on the Webcam. What is the current resolution available for such a setup? Thanks!
