I want to verify links were sent to a large number of panelists, the webinar summary only shows 10 at a time.I have the csv that i used to upload, but I would like to review to ensure all links were sent. Large event with 1000 panelists and 3000 capacity license. Any suggestions?
Hi,We are a small organization who is trying to put on a Candidate Forum for a local political race and need some help.We have Zoom Webinar and works well during our practice sessions, however, when we go to the hall where we will be having a live audience it goes wrong. Our speaker has the microphone to address the live audience, and what happens is those who are on the computer hear his echoing voice. We tried to mute and adjust our settings, but nothing works. We also moved computers so were not close by and nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions to remove the echo when doing a live performance and a Zoom Webinar together? Appreciate the help, we are on a shoestring budget.
Is there a way to hide the entry list from the participants ?I am using the zoom meetings pro version.
Mi cuenta webinar no está funcionando y está pagada hasta febrero.Por favor reanuden funcionamiento.
Is this functionality going to be available any time soon?
I am hosting a webinar. It's a play reading. I have asked the co-host to run the sound effects, which are streaming off sound effects websites. When we rehearsed, the sound effects sounded fine to her, but they were coming across hideously distorted on my computer. I am assuming that all the attendees will also hear them distorted. Why is this happening and how can I fix this? Thanks!
How can I generate reports for webinars taken place more than one month ago?
We hosted a webinar in early January. About half of those that pre-registered actually attended. We'd like to make it available on demand. We assumed that the original registration link would work based on some research on the web, but it doesn't seem to work that way. Can someone explain how that works? Must they re-register again for the on-demand part? I can't test it as I was panelist and not a participant. Thanks for any help.
Hello:Is there a way to prevent people from registering for a webinar within 24 hours of the webinar start time? Thanks!
When I launch a poll during a webinar, it appears directly in the middle of the screen. This covers the face of the presenter. I know the end user can move the poll from this location, but is there a way for me, as the presenter, to move the poll so it is not directly in the middle for the end user? If I move it now as the presenter, I've confirmed that it still stays in the middle of the screen for the end user. Thanks for any insight.
We are using zoom for the first time as a webinar solution. We will have several panelists and are wondering if the panelists actually have a view to the questions submitted by the audience or is it up to the host to field and ask live?
Hi All- I have someone assigned to be an alternative host for a webinar. If he has his settings set to Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately" (with "Active speaker, Gallery view, and Shared screen"), although he wasn't the creator of the webinar- will it default to those settings or does the creator need to set those settings up?
Hey Zoom Community!I am desperately trying to achieve higher quality on my webinars. But it says in the "Group HD information" that the support is temporarily unavailable. Is this really the case? Is there any chance I will be able to host my webinars in HD?Thanks,Alice
I'm scheduled to host an informational session Tuesday. There are 4 panelists and a host. I think there may be 50 attendees. I scheduled this as a Zoom meeting. But today, I realized that maybe this should have been scheduled as a Webinar. The invites have already been sent out (as a meeting). And, even if I was able to change the meeting to a webinar, I don't know how to run a webinar. Help. What should I do? Can I successfully run this as a meeting format? Is it possible to change this to a webinar format without updating the meeting invite? And if so, how hard would it be to learn how to do a webinar? I have less than 48 hours to get this together.
Hello, I would like to ask for advice that I have a scheduled webinar with registration, and I've already had around 1,000 attendees (with 1,000 specific links to join). So, what would happen if I edit my scheduled webinar and turn off the registration function. Would my 1,000 registered attendees use those links to join? A problem here is after having 1,000 attendees signed up, I see it would better if I turn off the registration so every one could join my webinar. Thank you in advance for any advices. Regards
Is there any way to save multiple versions of customized templates used for various webinar emails? I am thinking in particular about Panelist invitations and post webinar follow-ups and such like. I know that I can customize these emails (and do so) at the *account* level, but is there a way to do so at the individual *webinar* level? For example, if I use the left navigation to go to “Account Management > Webinar Settings” I can see the ‘universal’ email template for inviting a Panelist. I can edit that. But as soon as I edit it and save it, the edited version becomes the ‘new’ universal template that will be used for every single panelist invitation until I either revert/restore it back to the default or edit it again. I set up multiple webinars, many in recurring series. I invite different panelists to each webinar and/or webinar occurrence and I want to make the invitations more personal than the universal email template. But as soon as I personalize any email fo
I host all day CE zoom webinars for dentists. How do I pause the webinar during meals and breaks so the attendees can not hear the panelists' discussions during the breaks; as in the practice session that can be done before the webinar starts?
I scheduled a Webinar, but neglected to include the Q&A option. When I try to edit the settings, that option doesn't show up, even though the other options under the "Webinar Options" section (Practice Session, enable recording, etc.) do and can be modified. Is there any way to add Q&A short of deleting the meeting and starting over?
I need to organize a webinar for 3,000 clients for January 11th, 2022. To ensure we set this up correctly we bought the monthly license on December 14th, 2021 (even thought there were no other webinar and the license was essentially unused for the month. Today (January 10th, 2022) I went to check that everything was set up for tomorrow and was shocked to find my monthly 3,000 webinar license was cancelled without my authority and the records removed. In a panic I spoke to Jean (sales) Zeus (technical support), called and send multiple emails. Ultimately I was forced to purchase another license. This is not the first issue I have encountered with ZOOM. In 2020 I had to cancel another webinar for 900 CPA which caused us embarrassment when ZOOM did not activate a license. Webex and Teams are looking real good, right now. I am also considering dumping my stock and taking the loss. I am so frustrated and feel completed let down by Z
Hi! It seems that the webinar function is no longer included free in business account but has to be added on at cost? Can someone confirm? Best K
Hi, Grateful if you can help. I have scheduled for a webinar and created multiple links for registration, including on for LinkedIn. On LinkedIn I am seeing people attending the webinar but the Report is only showing one. All linked are working. Any idea what happened and how to fix this, please? Tnx
We have used Webinars/practice sessions for a while and first had this issue Jan 4. The practice session worked as expected. When "Start Webinar" was clicked waiting attendees got a loading graphic (based on reports) and were not admitted. There were over 150 attendees waiting to get in and the Participants counters never rose above 0. We were finally able to launch the webinar by ending the event for all, restarting it, connecting presenters, then going live. Any idea what happened or potential solutions shy of ending the event entirely?
I know how to toggle from attendees/panelists viewing the headcount during a webinar to just PANELISTS, but is there a way to turn off the headcount entirely so that no one can see it or just the host can see how many people are on? Thanks.
is there a tool in zoom or outside of Zoom (will work with Zoom) that can be used and shared to upload questions so the audience can upvote which ones they feel are the best.
I am the account host for a recurring zoom meeting, although another person is the real hostess while I attend. This meeting is recurring and attendees can join at any time - though they expect to meet others at a designated time monthly. This seems to work by itself - no conflicts as below - even if I am late to sign in. Then I occasionally have a class (zoom webinar) to take, which is hosted by completely different host. That class starts before "my" meeting, and it seems to prevent my regular recurring meeting from happening during that time, even if I didn't sign in. What's the key to keep both active? What doesn't work: When I join a class webinar, it seems to block out the meeting, and I get a lot of emails from zoom about people joining the webinar (without their email addresses), and their multiple attempts so presumably they are attempting and failing. And it doesn't provide me any return email a
