When I click on my personal space, zoom goes into non responding mode and I have to close and restart zoom.I have the latest version 5.11.3. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. Windows is completely up to date. 

When I as the host share a document (pdf) with attendees in a meeting, if they are using an ipad the pdf doesn't show up in the chat box....nothing shows up.Is there a way to fix this?Thanks

Zoom chat allows one to format text using the "T/pencil" button.How can I configure Zoom so that my chat windows default to this mode (i.e., so that my chat sessions are normally in "format" mode)?

zoom keeps telling me to make sure that my camera is on and connected to my computer, it is on for sure but apparently not connected, this is a new problem over the past week, I've gone into my settings and the camera is definitely on...

Hello everyone.  I do not know why but since 2 days when i want to record a meeting on my computer, it is not possible anymore. On the cloud it is possible, but not on my computer anymore. So i went on settings and i saw that this option of recording is grayed, meaning blocked. So i went on my zoom account trying to unblock this, but nothing there seems blocked. So i do not understand and have no idea what to do. Thank you for your help. 

Hey guys, good morning. i want ask, how to fix account disabled. My account got disabled without reason. I was sign in my account and let it open, and i open my zoom settings on google. When i sign in on google my account on zoom aplication sign out and it said that My account got disabled. I hope anyone can help me, Thanks

In Chrome, I cannot access any Zoom recordings-it works fine in another browser though but I am stuck having to use Chrome.  any ideas?

How to change our so that our status will be invisible?

I've been having an issue where my screen will flicker and then go black whenever I'm sharing a PowerPoint. The laptop stays on and so does the Zoom meeting. Those in the meeting room can still see me but I can't see them or anything that's happening on my screen. When I try locking my screen, it appears to go back to normal but that I notice that the visuals on my screen flicker and get grainy. The problem continues until I somehow manage to stop screen sharing. It's happened a few times already and somehow only whenever I'm about 1 hour into a meeting. I've searched online and everyone seems to point towards the nvidia graphics card, but I only have the Intel graphics on my laptop. I don't have an additional nvidia card. Totally clueless as to what's causing this and completely annoyed too. Hope someone can help me out =(   

I have disabled the waiting room. However, on recently scheduled meetings, the waiting room is still activated. I have also disabled it in my personal room. I don’t know what else to do. It’s frustrating, especially since I have the Pro and not Premium plan, which would allow me phone support. I need help, please! 

Dear all, I organised a meeting 2 weeks ago and I'm trying to access the chat messages received during that meeting. We were several hosts and co hosts  - I thought I had activated the options to save chats for all hosts and co hosts (see screen shot 1) - but I realise now that I should have activated another option (which seems a bit confusing to me - see  screen shot 2). Is there a way from an administrator perspective to be able to retrieve all messages received by the different co-hosts and hosts of that meeting? Many thanks, Pauline 

Good afternoon, we just switched from GoToWebinar to wonderful Zoom. In GoTo, the host/panelists could chat solely with each other.  The attendees could not chat directly with the panelists. Can I lock chat down to host/panelists only (and host able to chat with attendees). And turn on the Q&A only for the attendees? Basically, private chat between host/panelist and have the attendees only go through Q&A. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for your help!

I need to add a user who is still in pending status AND be able to enable my admins to access and MANAGE the same meeting that I manage 

We are new Zoom Phone users.  Things are generally OK but users are complaining that contacts that they enter into the phones are randomly lost.  Have tried researching the issue and saw a possibly cause could be a blocked port on our firewall  preventing the contacts from syncing with Zoom - but no details on what port to look for.Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hey my niece has a crappy old Windows laptop, and I was considering converting it to a Chrome Book using ChromeOS Flex. but she's weary of using ChromeOS because of Zoom.The default (old) Zoom app for ChromeOS, as well as the new Zoom - For Chrome (PWA) are both great for video calls, but both lack 1 critical feature.During Zoom meetings there's an "in meeting chat" that works great. but her and all her friends use the "Zoom Chat" (or external chat -not in meeting) to communicate all the time with her friends about everything, but both the default (old) Zoom & the new Zoom PWA don't contain this chat feature.1. Is there anyway to add external Zoom chat (not in meeting) to the Zoom PWA app?2. How do I download the Android Zoom app (Zoom Cloud Meeting), in which the external Zoom chat works great, on my Chromebook?As when I go to the app store it says my device is not compatible, even though ChromeOS can run android apps which is what Zoom Clou

In a meeting, can the host block a specific user from sending any chat messages, while allowing all other users to send chat messages?  If so, how? TIA

I have a new employee who is able to log into Zoom via SSO successfully on both his Mac and iPad. We've done a video call successfully, as well as being able to send him a direct chat message. However, he is completely unable to start a new chat with anyone who hasn't sent him a message first. When he selects Chat > More Options > New Chat, and then attempts to enter another employee's name in the "To:" field, only people he has received chats from already show up. None of our other employees show up for him to reach out to.This is also the case when he navigates to the "Contacts" tab in the main Zoom window, as well as attempting a Search in the master search field. This behavior is happening on BOTH his Mac and iPad, so it's not specific to a device. This is causing a major disruption in his workflow, as we use Zoom as our primary method of internal communication. Does anyone have any ideas? What am I missing?
