I appreciate a solid gif as much as the next individual.  Can we please go back to giving us the option to minimize them?  This pause is leaving me with a chain of pictures on my screen when my team decides to go nuts. Please bring back minimize as an option.

Hello!  I have a licensed account allowing me 100 participants.I will be hosting an event in which I will present the speaker, and the speaker will be giving a power point presentation.     MY QUESTION:  Can I give the speaker control of the power point?  She doesn't have a licensed account.  I'm wondering if that will work.    Thank you for your help. Marc in Ottawa

PLEASE HELP! We recently held a ZOOM Pro subscription with ZOOM that expired last month - and will not renewed. There were important clinical recordings on the 'old' ZOOM account which I need to retrieve URGENTLY. I cannot contact ZOOM support now because we are on a basic plan. Any help on how to retrieve these recordings is greatly appreciated!

I signed up Zoom via my gmail account. Now, I would like to log in to zoom with the same mail but using a password.  How can I make that change?

Hey,    we made the decision to use the Zoom chat as our main communication channel. Now i would like to know if i can tweak it the way we want it. Can anybody tell me if and how i can make theses thing possible:   - in our department we have 3 Teams. I want every Team to have it's own team-chat that i can name. i want to create the team chat for them and it needs to be shown from the begining in the conversations, kinda be "pinned". I want to add and delete users from that team chat. For newly assigned members of that chat, i want them to see the entire conversation. I want to make Settings for this team chat and be the only administrator   - i want every employee to have a conversation shown for every other employee, even though there are no messages, but they can still see the conversation and see if somebody is online or afk and can start a conversation easily without searching and if they open the chat it says someth

Mom's 104th birthday is today.  We are to celebrate her birthday with relatives across the country at 2pmEST.  That is 2.5 hours from now.  I will host the zoom meeting.  I will contact all intended participants via emessaging from my iphone; all information sent to them will be via this means.  I will be hosting via my laptop.  Once I start the meeting, what information do I need to convey to them and where do I find it; again, no emailing is possible.

I have been using zoom pro for three years now my pc and my iPad will not link to my zoom meetings.  Only my cell will link up.  Please advise 

I bought the Pro version last night and it shows in my account that I'm a Pro user.  Unfortunately, when I click on my picture it says I'm only a basic user.  How do I get this changed please? 

I am setting up some channels in teams chat for a couple of internal groups in my organization.  They have several shared documents that they work off.  In MS Teams when they start editing a document it is saved int he cloud and everyone collaborates at the same time.  does Zoom have this capability?

Good morning. I'm recording a powerpoint presentation. In my presentation is a video. I play the video and hear it but when I listen to my recording I hear myself talking and then nothing when I play the video. Does anyone know what I need to do?  Thank you!Beth

Hello,  Is it possible to completely disable Team Chat not by the management web portal, but via domain group policy or registry? We want to prohibit our users from using this function, but not all of them can be managed from the web portal. Thanks.

My video screen is black on my laptop's ZOOM app, showing only my name at the bottom left hand corner.  When using my latop as a telephone at my former work location, the ZOOM app was originally set-up for phone conversation only, via a static phone number, without video capability.  I think or I hope there's a 'preference default setting' in the ZOOM app that needs to be changed in order to switch-on (or, engage) my laptop's video cam ....  Can anyone help me with this in order to engage my cam?

I had a class on Zoom with my tablet.. The professor put the notes on screen which I downloaded..I don't know where do find and print these notes 

I am a paid "Pro" subscriber. I recorded a client call to the cloud. I got a message that it was up and ready and I go to the recordings page and not only is that particular recording not there, THE ENTIRE PAGE IS BLANK. What's up with that, Zoom? I've tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache and refreshing the page. And something very weird happens when I do that - The recordings list flash for about a nanosecond and then disappears. Can you take a look?Thanks,Debra
