RECOVERING RECORDINGS

PLEASE HELP! We recently held a ZOOM Pro subscription with ZOOM that expired last month - and will not renewed. 

There were important clinical recordings on the 'old' ZOOM account which I need to retrieve URGENTLY. I cannot contact ZOOM support now because we are on a basic plan. Any help on how to retrieve these recordings is greatly appreciated!
