We have an employee who had to take leave abruptly, and her supervisor would like us to set her Zoom status to Out of Office.  I can't find a way to do this via the admin portal.  Any ideas?

Can the host of zoom meeting can see the Direct message ( private messag)E ? It's a question to me

My new Acer laptop receives Zoom audio and presenter’s shared audio in speech clearly but not the music shared by the Zoom presenter.  Is there a music audio compatibility between Zoom and Acer? How to fix this?

I am using Zoom on mobile app, have connected bluetooth headset for audio but it is not working properly. I can't hear any participant in the meeting, when I click on the speaker with bluetooth icon in upper left side, it goes to speaker mode of mobile and when I click on the same icon again after few seconds, I start hearing other participants but in few minutes again the voice doesn't work and I can't hear any participants again. I tried different bluetooth headset but the problem is same. Any solution?

Zoom and chat on my MacBook Air are working well, but I want to add "invisible" personal notes in the chat during the meeting.  This way, when I print out the chat at the end of the meeting, my additional explanations will be noted and in the right spot.  I currently have the choices of "instructor" or "everybody'.  How about an invisible choice?

My login on my desktop has been saved for years.  I wanted to log in to my Macbook Air tomorrow and it is telling me the password is incorrect - So I reset it....when I use the new password it is giving me an error message again.No clue where to go from here...thank you

In the normal chat from my zoom contacts. I have cleared chat history as well but when I open all files option I still able to view files. But no option to delete those files if they are received.

I have no button for Message Attendee only "Chat with Everyone"  My settings are set the way the video Chat in and Out of Meetings instructs, but no Message Attendee only. I have not started the meeting, is that why it doesn't show for this new continuous meeting  chat feature?   I did update the three attendees and added to the meeting invitation and they have accepted. I should be able to choose one of them for a continuous meeting chat?? Can anyone help? @JKP 

When I send an invitation zoom puts “you are being rate limited, try again later”  Someone knows what is it about?   Thanks!

Hi, I have the latest version of zoom running on MacOs. Could someone tell me please how to not only hide but delete a contact's chat? Even though I delete the chat, the contact is still there. I can delete the chat history but then only the chat is hidden. All in all: How can I delete and remove a chat incl. the related contact? Thanks in advance

If I set "Notify when available" for one of my contacts, will they get a notification to let them know that I'm waiting for them?

Our whole staff has recently started having issues with the phone app signing us out - we are a mix of iPhone and Android users and all have this issue.  An example of a common occurrence is that I'll get a notification that I have a new message in Zoom and need to sign in to see it.  When I try to sign in, I then get a message that I need to input a code from my desktop device to validate my phone.  The problem is that if I am usually not at my desk when this happens, and now I can't access Zoom.  How do we get our phone accounts to stay signed in at all times?

The Team Chat option in PWA Zoom (https://pwa.zoom.us/wc/team-chat) does not work - the "new chat" button has a loading icon, but it never actually loads.  The "starred" and "recent" list of contacts never load.Tried on Chrome and Safari - both have the same issue - see screenshot.
