I created a scheduler calendar - but it's not recognizing my existing meetings in Zoom to block off those times in my schedule. What is the issue?I create the meetings right in Zoom.

I want to set up a Zoom Scheduler for a series of 1:1 meetings that will happen over a two-week timeframe. My availability to meet on Monday of the first week is not the same as my availability to meet on Monday of the second week. Ditto for Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. Is there a way to set this up without having to send meeting guests a separate link for my first-week availability and my second-week availability?  I've already looked everywhere I can find in Zoom and even outside Zoom for help with this problem, but it seems like something EVERYONE would want to do, so I suspect there's just something I don't understand about how Scheduler works. (I'm brand new to it!)Thanks for any help you can offer!

Since I've been on Zoom, over 7 years, I've had my own forever link (not to be confused with Personal ID link) at the bottom of scheduled meetings. I use this with all regular clients in my calendar, and when it's time to start the meeting, I go into zoom and tap start.  This week I had an unavoidable zoom by phone, not laptop. I ensured it was fully set up and had the meeting. When I was back on laptop, I noticed my forever link was gone. I uninstalled zoom from my phone. I uninstalled zoom from my laptop and reinstalled. No improvement, link is still missing. I need this link because if I try to borrow it from an already scheduled meeting despite it being my forever link and not an original link, it brings with it the client who's schedule I pulled it from. All I want is my forever zoom link that sat at the bottom of all scheduled meetings on the MEETINGS tab, back. 

Hi community. Please help. I schedule meetings for my account reps and they are not seeing any bookings come through to them when we are testing it. I have tried them as the "owner" and with the "edit" option turned on. Both have failed. I need my account rep that I have added the schedule and myself to get the notification when a meeting is booked. How do I do that?

Hi everyone, I am just about to launch an online course with zoom support. People can have a free trial or sign up.I am wondering about having different zoom links for them?For example, after a week free trial, and they don't sign up to the course, they will still have the zoom link that the paying members use. Wondering if there's any workaround here?Thanks so much in advance!Rachel

NEED SOLVED TO USE ZOOM SCHEDULER VS CALENDLY  Issue: I have a team with multiple hosts and each have different meeting types. With that said, we need 1 link to send clients to so they can book with different hosts on our team. When sending a booking confirmation email, how do I remove the "One tap mobile" and "dial by location" in the email that will be sent to the person who booked? TIA

Customer support is disgusting.  I have Zoom but cannot find icon or speak to a representative. I need to initiage conferences and so on.  This is a new computer.     Time is of the essence.   What does this have to do with microsoft?   Why am I unable to speak to a human?   The AI menu is circular and unhelpful. ***********

I have been trying to find this answer for several days and I'm losing patience.  How can I set up a meeting schedule for only a month? Right now, the weekly schedule appears to be permanent and I do not want it set up that way. Is there a way to eliminate months or specific dates within a month that I do not want to have meetings scheduled (I want to meet on that day of the week, but not on certain dates within the month due to other commitments)? 

hi everyone, are we not able to create an availability with x:15 time? for example, 9:15AM, 10:15AM, etc? TIA

Is it possible that our Zoom Scheduler routing form could crash from too much simultaneous activity? We had a Scheduler link at an event this evening and our form says that we have captured 74 responses, however only a handful of events were actually scheduled and appear on our calendars. In the moment, folks were not able to click and schedule an option from the calendar.  The calendar view would show up and then the dates would disappear from the available options. Anyone experience similar issues or have a solution to provide?

I do remember could invite someone by email, they could use my ZOOM to schedule a ZOOM meeting  

First off - Zoom support sucks. "WHY???" Just why, guys. I have had the paid subscription to the zoom scheduler for a couple of years now, loved it (notice the past tense here?). I have a link to my public page in my email signature and most recently, more specifically in early May, the link has stopped working. My clients have reportedly clicked the link to schedule time with me and my public page just spins and spins. I thought it was nice for a while, because my clients had to figure out their own problems and my calendar was a bit slow. But now it's just irritating. I went and tried the link myself and sure enough, they were right (dammit), the link just brings me to a page that spins. I've tried everything: Updated my browser, tried from different browsers, deleted my history and cache, deleted the link in my email and pasted a new one... EVERYTHING.  To top it off, I've tried chatting with the stupid auto-fed zoom V

I cannot pin point exactly when this changed but I believe it was around the same time the interface change, which is not efficient for my application.   I have 4 meeting options that my customers can choose from and schedule.  1 hr, 1.5 hour, 2hour, and 3hour sessions.  Previously, depending on the session length they choose, it would show my calendar availability for that length of meeting.  Now it appears that it will not show any availability for approximately 1 week out.  I need my customers to be able to schedule the next day, if I am available.   I am having to go back to manual scheduling for last minute meetings, which is very time consuming. I love the scheduler because it saves me so much time in back and forth emails.  I have removed all limitations to time line but it does not change my availability that shows.   Please help!

I would like to add Zoom Scheduler to my website for prospects to book meetings. How can I find the link to just add this?

The option to send a quick survey email is available for one-on-one meetings but not available for team schedules, which is really inconvenient. When will this feature be available ? 

Hey there! Does Zoom scheduler allow for you to create 4+ meetings for a singular company in which each user chooses a time that works for them? My use case is as follows: Company XYZ will have 4 training sessions booked for their team. I set up the 4 meeting times, but I need the 100 users to select a time that works best for them without the need to forward invites. Can this be accomplished with Zoom Scheduler? 

Hi there, I just started using Zoom Scheduler (it's been awesome so far). I have a question; I have created 6-7 one-off meeting links to share with people and there is some crossover with the slots I selected on my calendar. If Person A books one of these slots, when Person B clicks on their link, will the slot I selected still be one of the available options even though it's been booked over? Or will Zoom automatically remove that slot. Thanks!

Hi, how do I change the default meeting duration time when setting up a meeting? Currently it's set at 30 minutes and I would like to change it to 1 hour. Many thanks.

Apologies if this is answered somewhere and my searches didn't bubble it up.  I'm trying to use scheduler to allow contacts to choose between multiple time slots.  However, one to many appears to cap at 200 maximum attendees despite this being a hybrid in-person (500 can attend) and Zoom (we have large meetings with 1000 attendees).  Has anyone figured a way around this?  Thanks!

I spent quite a while setting up my availability for one meeting type (hour-long podcast recording).When I added a second meeting type, the availability did not migrate over.  How do I sync my availability across all meeting types?

Is there a way to limit how soon someone can schedule a meeting? For example, I sent someone my Zoom scheduler link at 4:37p and they scheduled a meeting with me at 5p. I'd like to be able to give myself an hour leeway to prepare.

My Scheduler Public Page is not working. I tried changing the URL in settings to see if that would help. I've tried it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and on multiple computers. Please help!
