Creating 4 meeting options for each user to choose from

Hey there!

 

Does Zoom scheduler allow for you to create 4+ meetings for a singular company in which each user chooses a time that works for them?

 

My use case is as follows: Company XYZ will have 4 training sessions booked for their team. I set up the 4 meeting times, but I need the 100 users to select a time that works best for them without the need to forward invites. Can this be accomplished with Zoom Scheduler?

This can be accomplished using APIs. You would build an interface where everyone with the link would be able to sign up for one of the four available training slots and receive the link for the training session they signed up for. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you create a sign up scheduling page where users can select one of a specified number Zoom meeting slots to receive the invite for.
