I have setup a Neat Bar Pro and a Neat Pad. Then I moved it to another site to set it up in a conference room. The Neat Bar Pro comes up find and I can control it through the web controller only.  When I tried to enter the activation code or pairing code on the Neat Pad I get an error, "Zoom Rooms can't verify the connection. You may have used the wrong account/site to sign in. Sign out or try again.  I signed out and tried multiple times with no luck.  Is this a firewall issue?

I'm working to set up closed captioning for use in rooms, and my understanding is the only way to accomplish this is through the use of an API. Has anyone used this functionality before, and if so, have any recommendations on vendors to use for this integration? Thank you in advance for your insight!

How can I leave a Zoom Room meeting without being forced to assign a host or co-host to the meeting?

Hello!For whatever reason I am unable to pair an Android tablet as a second room controller to an existing Zoom Room.Whenever I log into  this device (with the main Zoom Admin Account) it does NOT present me with a list of Zoom Rooms but just a single room "Firstname Lastname 1" which never existed. I also dont have any option to add a pairing code or anything else.The only thing available is to TEMPORARY add the tablet as a controller but this is in the context of the logged in USER but not the room. You know, where the admin users icon is shown on the big screen as a temp. controller.SO, how do I add this tablet permanently as a second controller?Could it be, that there are some leftovers from the fact, that there was Zoom Client installed on this very device?I uninstalled it weeks ago but maybe zoom room controller still finds something...Thanks for any gudidance.HST

Hello! I am with a company that is online only and uses many Zoom meetings for workshops every week.  I am struggling right now because I have 7 different facilitators who need to use the Zoom account, sometimes on the same day! Some questions I would love answer to would be:  -Is 2 the maximum number of people allowed to host on a business account? -Is there a way to reject someone trying to log into a specific Zoom account? (Sometimes we will host 2 meetings then     someone else will try to log onto that same account and it will kick someone off)- Do any other businesses use Zoom in this way? If so, how do they do it? - Are there any other "versions" of Zoom (webinar, training, etc.) that we should be looking into?  One of the new issues we're running into is facilitators needing a code to log in that is only sent to my email address. Hi, I start to set up a Zoom Room with an iPad and a Mac Mini.I wanted to enable Calendar integration with Office 365. I only need to Authorize as an admin (see picture) to enable it? (I will also Select Graph Api as my room is 5.90 or later) Thanks for your help,    

Every time you start Zoom, an error occurs (0x0000142) 3-4 times, while Zoom works fine, connects to conferences, etc. But as soon as you close it again and run it, the error repeats.  

Not sure if this is the right group...Ya'll just can't make it simple. Anyway, I use host Zoom sessions with my iPad. I noticed the latest "improvement" was to move the end meeting button right next to the place where I set up recording and mute/unmute participants. It isn't going to be too long until I accidently end a meeting when I am trying to do something else. Please tell the IT department that wasn't the most helpful idea.

During a meeting today I had set up to do breakout sessions. I clicked the button to send people to randomized breakout rooms. But most did not actually get pushed to breakout rooms and stayed in the main room. I was the host of this event. Has this ever happened before is it w weird glitch can anything be done to prevent it from happening again?

Is there a default recurrence limit on Zoom Rooms? And can it be changed?

Greetings!We have a SSO solution (similar to Okta) and it requires a user account to connect to Zoom as an application and for activities like creating new user accounts. The problem is that we don't want to use an existing actual user admin account, as people come and go, so I was wondering if Zoom allows for the creation of a non-host, administrative service account (preferably one we don't get charged for, as it won't host meetings). Does anyone know if this is something Zooom.us offers?Cheers

Hi,I tried to change our zoom room default image to Gif file and I'm getting black screen.(Zoom room with PC-win 10)When I tried to do that in another zoom room using Neatbar system- it works!Any idea? 

Has anyone tried the Logitech RoomMate yet?  I just got one in to test. At first I was under the impression that it would only work with Logi devices, but that doesn't seem to be true.  I got it to work with a Neat Tablet and also a VCGear tablet, and I also plugged in both a Jabra Speak 810 and a Logi Meetup.  Everything worked. I will first get one bad thing out of the way--the remote that comes with it kind of sucks.  It seems to have trouble connecting sometimes and the buttons are kinda mushy.  I wish the quality were comparable to the MeetUp's amazing remote.  Although it is impressive that this remote can be used to control cameras plugged into the RoomMate. Besides that, it seems pretty great.  It's only $1000, and then you also need to purchase a controller tablet and a camera/mic/speaker.  If you get the VCGear tablet and a Logi Meetup, that's only $2000 altogether, for a prett

We recently hosted a global event, some participants were in parts of the world where connections were a problem. Repeatedly we have participants in open break out rooms then lose connection and have to log back in. How can I send them back to the breakout room from the main room while rooms are open? I have been moving their name from one room to another and back to get the invite to pop up for them upon re-entry.... I have to believe there is a better way than bombarding them with invites? Help! I have googled endlessly and no one else has listed this issue or provided insight. TYIA!

Does anyone know if you can broadcast from the Main session into all breakout rooms at once?  During our healthcare simulation sessions we need to give timing updates to four breakout rooms.  Currently I have to join each separate room to impart info to participants.  Sure would like to just send an audio message that all paerticipants would receive.

I'm fairly sure it's not possible, but just to be sure - is there any way for the host to create breakout rooms, and continue broadcasting their own video into all of them?  The end result I need is for each participant to be able to see everyone in their own breakout room, plus the host - so that the host can continue presenting to the whole group, while each breakout room is able to talk just to one another. It seems like a setup that would be useful in many situations - but I've just never been able to find a way to do it! We would like to have a "room like" which will be active all day where employees can join and work together without the need to create a meeting that takes a single user account since if this user has another meeting in parallel to act as a host, it is impossible for him.What would be the best solution? Zoom room license? or Zoom event?

SettingsDefault Camera - CameraAllow Multi camera mode - onPresentation ticked (this represents whats coming in via the HDMI feed) When meeting starts, the presenter camera and presentation are visibile for zoom participants. But as the presentation has not been "shared" via the Share Content its not captured in the recordings or visible as a "pinned" view for participants. Is there anyway to set the hdmi feed as "shared content" automatically?  

we had a power outage over the weekend and my zoom room will not reconnect.  is searches and comes back "cannot connect to zoom rooms please contact IT for assistance". can anyone help?
