Capture HDMI signal from Zoom Room

We are trying to use Zoom Room as a sort of recording studio, but the recording quality is not good enough even though we enabled HD and support for 3rd party editing. 

Is there any way you could capture the signal between the monitors and the PC and record it to a hardrive or even better a NAS or something similar?

     Are you on a business or enterprise plan? 

    Full high-definition 1080p video is limited to Business and Enterprise plans, but we might be able to  get this enabled for your account with the use case that you are implying.
