FYI - I see the current directions are not word for word accurate. I am working on updated directions to add a Aver CAM520 and Huddly L1. I am finding the cameras basically work. The CAM520 does not AutoFrame and the L1 always AutoFrames even after selecting manual mode.

It would be nice if you could make the layout of the small meeting rooms in the Zoom meeting room different.This is because it is difficult to know whether the room you are entering is a small conference room or a conference room.

I bought Amazon Echo Frame 15,  does ZOOM support this device?I found that ZOOM support Echo Show, but did not find on Echo Frame 15. thanks.

Hello,It would be nice to have for a Zoom Room, the option to add NDI cameras directly from room setting.We would just need to enter the camera IP address or whatever & the Zoom Room will add this input as a new camera that can be used for the Zoom Room.

We have a Poly X30 video bar for the conference room.  It has a TC8 controller.  It is in ZOOM ROOM mode.  The X30 logs in to ZOOM ROOMS just find and offers a pairing CODE on the TOP right corner.  The controller connects (pairs) to the TC8 controller and asks for a ZOOM PAIRING code and fails to connect.  We try over and over.   We reboot devices, both are available on the network.

We run zoom rooms on Polycom Studio X30 and TC8, recent zoom updates have taken both systems down and do not allow updates per the screenshot. We have tried resetting, updating and upgrading...anyone else run into this issue?

Lately our Zoom Rooms are appearing in meetings twice.  Is this a known issue or is there some configuration that could have changed to have caused this?

Hi, I have three Zoom Rooms with issues when updating to show new meetings or deleted meetings. It seems like the Zoom Rooms does not update but it will update if I come off the application and go back in which is weird.   The calendar seems fine but the problem is that any changes made to the Zoom Room Calendar is not making changes at all to the Zoom Rooms UI and also the Tablet.   We also investigated that the issues with the Zoom Rooms have had their resources renamed and in the Calendar integration section this shows up with the old resource name    This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service.   We would like to remove this old resource but it always keeps popping back up.   Please can anyone assist? We have 11 zoom rooms with our business that are currently working, but unfortunately, only 5 of the 11 zoom rooms are showing for our users on the desktop app under the "Contacts" tab.I have checked the admin portal and have not found an option to unhide or add the zoom rooms to the directory. Where would I handle managing which zoom rooms show in the "Contacts" tab of the Zoom desktop application?I have added a picture for reference about the Contacts tab and directory category.

My work is using Zoom Rooms and dialing into a MS Teams call via CVI license from a third party. From the MS Teams user's view, the zoom room name appears to be the SIP address of the zoom room calling in. Does anyone know how to change the name to the room name?

Hello,We currently setup a couple new zoom rooms for our business. When on the Zoom desktop App, I only see a few of the Zoom rooms present under the contacts tab under a group names "(Business name) Zoom Rooms". The issue is that I can't find where the setting is in the admin portal to display those rooms under that contacts tab in my Zoom Desktop App. The option to "hide this contact" is not enabled, so I'm not sure why these zoom rooms are not showing up in my contacts. Does anyone have any insight on what I should check or do to make these show up?We need to make sure this shows up for all users and not just me, is there a certain tab in the admin portal I should be looking at?

I have a conf rm that has two wall mounted displays. How do you content share via zoom to the 2nd display? I have tried all sorts of setting changes & no luck. Thank You!

Hi,  I am joining meeting using Polycom X50 which is control using the TC8 panel, I can join meeting but the share content button is grey. My PC is connecting the X50 using HDMI cable. The other participants can share there content at the same meeting. Need help here, thanks Dave 

We have an M1 Mac Mini. Video capture device is BlackMagic ATEM Constellation HD connected via USB C. Works fine with regular desktop zoom and Microsoft Teams but Zoom rooms says no video device. Zoom Rooms has camera permission in System preferences. There is no Device Profile in Zoom admin console. Does this capture device work with Zoom Rooms?

Hi guys!I work at IT and we have a ticket regarding the zoom bar.Recently when sharing with HDMI in one of our meeting rooms the bar does not auto hide and blocks content from the slide. Is there a setting to turn it off or make it auto hide?Thanks!! 

Hello!I want to add a ZoomRooms license user to a group, but it fails.I can add regular license users to a group, but only ZoomRooms license users cannot. How can I add users with ZoomRooms license to a group? (PS: Why would I want to do the above?)This is because I want to create a new role that can edit user settings only for groups that include ZoomRooms license users for security management within my company.If there is any other solution, could you please let me know? thank you.

Hi I am facing an issue in Zoom Room mode when connect to Poly Studio E70 or Yealink UVC86. Both Cameras stops working on auto speaker tracking feature mode and work in manual tracking or auto group framing mode only.  Please suggest the possible solution.

I was looking at the Intelligent Director documentations and it states that it is not supported in Texas, Illinois and Washington (from https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/16688057186061-Getting-started-with-Intelligent-Director#:%7E:text=Intelligent%20Director%20uses%20Zoom%27s%20software,streams%20displayed%20in%20the%20meeting) Zoom features are not available in all locations. Due to a variety of factors and considerations, Zoom Rooms located in Illinois, Texas, and Washington are unable to use Intelligent Director. Zoom Rooms from these states can still participate in meetings that are using the feature. Seems odd to me and was wondering if anyone knew why?  Thanks

I am enrolled in Zoom One.I created a virtual background for my room.  The virtual background is green checked as my default on the Settings page HOWEVER, it does not load onto my screen when I try to apply it. I can only apply the canned backgrounds from the App on the screen. As well, the Blur function elicits an error message when I hit the blur  button as well. Please assist.  Thanks.Dan
