Zoom Room Exchange Outlook Question

Hello! 

Just installed a zoom room with Rally Bar and Tap IP. I'm struggling with the best way to schedule a Zoom Room meeting. I have Exchange Room resource setup and can reserve the room and it shows up in the Tap IP. But i have to invite the conference room to a meeting with my personal ID for it to show up as a joinable meeting on the TAP IP. 

Ideally i want to schedule a meeting and reserve the zoom room using the Zoom Room account/ID, not my personal Meeting ID and do it all through Outlook.  Is this possible? I'm trying to make it easier for all my users who don't all have zoom accounts. But i want them to be able to have a zoom room meeting.
