Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from my current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones. A few questions though.1) Can I set a button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours? We often stay late.2) does call park work well? this is important to us3) does the android app work well?4)We have 5 primary users buy 9 desks and extensions, can I buy the $15 unlimited plan for the 5 primary and use the $10 plan (I understand there will be a cost for outgoing) for the 4 extensions?5) What is the best large screen phone to use with zoom. I dont need a camera. Just a large display and a solid phone. Thank you very much for your time.

Ive been trying to replace our old Telstra phone system with zoom.i can do 99% of what i need re call routing etc,we have.Basically Our store landline numbers   forward into a "hunt group" number for each store. we can then choose where to forward top from there.usually into customer xperience, but occasionally to mobiles etc.This is setup so that the Hunt group number is forwarded, and allows the call que to identify it as a store call being forwarded as it always shows the forwarding number which is saved as that specific store in the contact list.Showing the originating number means the cant tell which store the call is originating from.ive tried user/que/shared lines. after research it makes sense that it cant show the forwarding number, if its set to auto forward as the number never "answers".is there a way to make the line auto pickup, then forward to another number  without pressing 1?and have this   completely transparent to th

Hello community,I do have for a few months an addon for international calls with my regular plan. I'd like to know if it is possible to manually deactivate (on my side) the add on for international calls, for example in the months of July and August, and manually reactivate this add on at the beginning of September? My question is whether it is possible to do this on my side (autonomously in my client area) or if I have to send support an email to deactivate and another one when I need to activate it. Thanks for your help.

We are seeing several instances of calls coming through our Inbound Queue where the Result when attempting to route to someone is "Answered by Other Member", despite the Waiting Time not hitting our 10 second max setting for the queue. It's happened to different members of the team and we've checked personal settings to make sure it's not an issue on that front. Our Call Distribution configuration is Rotating / 10 second ringing duration for each member / Handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously enabled / Skip offline devices and phone numbers when ringing enabled. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Hi there, Is there a way to stop the drop down that lists company employees when entering a phone number in zoom phone? Sometimes my colleagues type a number fast and hit enter and it calls whomever is highlighted at the top of the drop down. Is there a way or setting to disable this that can be done either by user or admin?

Does anyone know how to setup the phone system to receive a fax?  I had someone try but it seems to have failed.

I am a Zoom Phone Business Admin.  I recently set up three new users over the last week.  Two of the users are fine and set up did not look odd in any way.  One of the users has a problem: their display name in the Zoom Phone system is displaying as their email address rather than first and last name.     Does anyone know of a way to force the phone system to use their first and last name rather than email?  It is effecting things like outbound caller ID and searches for the user.  The only way I was able to fix this in the past was by removing the user and then adding them again, but this user is already using their account daily so I do not want to cause a loss of service if I can help it.

Hi,I have a recurring problem on my ASUS A15 WIN 11 laptop and Logitec USB headset that I would like help resolving. Zoom Meetings: headset audio works fine, I hear others and can speak and be heard with no issue.Zoom Phone dialer: headset *does not work.* When using Zoom Phone I cannot hear anyone and they cannot hear me on my Laptop. I have the Zoom app on my mobile phone (Android), and it works fine.This is a recent issue that started happening within the last few weeks -- and I have updated Zoom to the most recent version. Zoom and laptop audio Troubleshooter indicates all is well, but I still have this problem where I cannot hear or be heard via the PC Zoom Phone call app. How do I fix this??

Hi everyone, we have (Global Select Calling Plan, International Calling Add-On) and we are using a Dutch number, we are working from Dubai and whenever we call someone in Dubai, everything seems fine, but when we call internationally sometimes the call Drops after a while or the other party can't hear us, its happening for all of our users who are working in UAE, but outside UAE it seems to be working fine, could you please help me with that issue.Thanks,

can anyone help me understand how to integrate zoom phone with Salesforce? I have tried to find an app and logged into both zoom and salesforce and cant figure out how to perform the integration. I know its possible though.

I am a single user with one phone number, using Zoom Phone as a phone line for my part time side business that I rely on primarily via word of mouth. I'm a super infrequent user of SMS/MMS messages.  I don't send out sms blasts or do campaigns. I don't have a web site which is prohibiting me from completing the brand registration form. What are my options to keep 1x1 and 1x2 or 1x3 messages from being blocked from sending?  or am I going to be blocked from sending messages? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Getting an 'Invalid Token' error when trying to upload .csv file to Add Contacts/import external contacts. I made sure to downloaded the 'CSV Sample'  which I used to prepare the .CSV file that I'm trying to upload I'm on a time crunch to complete the Zoom Phone setup for my organization by the end of the day and need help resolving.  Could someone please help me at your earliest convenience?

I moved my phone system over to zoom last year and have not had any issues for the most part until here recently. I literally cannot function my business with how God awful terrible the phone reception is.  I have two different Internet providers just for this purpose and I am encountering the same terrible phone issues with both Internet providers as the phone constantly cuts out. I thought at first it was my wireless headphones, which were Apple pro headphones with my brand new MacBook Pro and I purchased a brand new wired headset, but I am still encountering call quality that makes me repeat myself 1000 times before the other person can understand what I'm saying.  I literally cannot function my business with your phone system, and I am beside myself upset and downright pissed off as moving phone carriers is not an easy task.  I don't know what to do I have tried everything and what's worse is I can't even call you to discuss this. I am sick and beyond belief.

I'm seeking advice for a large room audio setup where a conference table is serviced with a (Bluetooth) omnidirectional speakerphone-puck, and a handheld wireless/BT mic can be passed around up to 30'/10m . Ideally, the speakerphone and handheld mics are daisychained, reduces noise, and eliminates feedback - just works. Thanks.

My Zoom app works with and without my VPN being active.  I can join meetings, do internal calls as a meeting, and if my VPN is off make phone calls using the zoom app.  Once I turn on my VPN to connect to my work  computer I no longer can dial or receive calls using my zoom number.

Hi all! I have an inquiry that is very similar to this post here.  My organization is moving from Avaya IP Office and over to the Zoom phone system. They are very rigid on their usage of desk phones and they all want to continue to use them as the primary means of making and managing calls; very few were interested in using the desktop app.  With our Avaya system, all of the 45 staff members have one phone number and one extension. The phones allow us to have 3 lines for calls (and our front desk employee has up to 6 available). Is it possible to replicate this behavior in Zoom? We are using Yealink T46U phones and I know that within the phone itself we can define the line keys, but Zoom will overwrite it each night when it re-provisions. I thought that maybe we could use the provisioning te

Zoom ported my business number today but system is down. Cannot receive or send calls. A support ticket was submitted but still down 2 hrs later. Have had to cancel the rest of my business day as a result. Why is no one contacting me to resolve this issue? All articles in support do not address what happens when the system goes down.

Does anyone know how to block incoming zoom phone calls that originate from the same source but they use multiple different phone numbers?  Can I block them by identifying the place they come from? thanks zoomers.  

   

I would like to define a lunch time in the business hours e.g. 8h30 AM -> 12h30 PM and from 1h30 PM -> 5h30 PM. Closed hours  12h30 PM -> 1u30 PM-> route to the voicemail. How can I do this ?

How long the porting period will be, and in the process is there any downtime of the Number causing the number to be unreachable/disabled by any chance?I couldn't ask zoom support on this, as it seems their system is having some hard times. The support portal asks for attachment(even its said optional) but when we do, it still throws error. 

I'm guessing this is an easy one, but I can't find the answer.  When using IVR, a common default message that comes up says that no one is available to take the call, please leave a voicemail for the operator.  Who is getting those messages? Where do they live in the system?  thanks!

I saw a post saying that there was a spam filter in beta about two years ago, but what is Zoom doing to stop spam calls right now, in 2023? We just switched over from RingCentral about a month ago with 200+ numbers and the amount of spam calls we are getting now are absolutely over-the-top.
