I would like to define a lunch time in the business hours e.g. 8h30 AM -> 12h30 PM and from 1h30 PM -> 5h30 PM. Closed hours  12h30 PM -> 1u30 PM-> route to the voicemail. How can I do this ?

    Hi Peppie,

That's a great question! There presently isn't a way to split up the Business Hours into multiple segments per day. It would be a great enhancement!!! You should suggest it on the Zoom Support site!

What you can do, however during the lunch hour, is:

     A) Quit or log out of the Zoom apps

    or

    B) Set your Zoom status in the apps and/or desk phone to Away or Do Not Disturb for an hour.

In either case, calls will go directly to your voicemail if your user Call Handling for Business Hours is set that way on the Zoom Web Portal (see attachment). You may want to consider including something in your Business Hours voicemail greeting that says you are closed for lunch between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.

    I hope that helps!

    Craig

If this answers your question, please mark it as the solution. Thank you!

I haven't seen anything about. Did you ever hear back from your Enhancement Request?

Thx Craig, I will ask Zoom for this enhancement. Grtz

I agree this would be a great enhancement, somewhat frustrating zoom doesn’t already have this.

I like Craig's workaround solution.  Our lunches are not at the same time here each day so for us it would be a handy feature to set a toggle on/off on the account setting or somewhere to go into "lunch" mode.  Or, Craig's idea could be used as well.
