Hello, we are implementing BYOC to leverage our existing SIP provider for calling.  In our CUCM environment dialing a 7 first is required to get an "outside line".  Zoom phone does not require this so rather than instruct Zoom phone users to begin using a 7 to dial an outside line, I would like to amend the routing rules to add the 7 to the beginning of a dialed number.  I'm assuming this is accomplished through the translation but I'm not familiar with how to write that.  Any help is much appreciated!

When I am on a Zoom phone call using my Android device, and I minimize the app or have it open in the background, the call goes silent like it's put on hold.  I cannot speak with the other party or hear them speaking to me until I maximize the app again.  This makes it difficult to look for information while speaking on the Zoom phone.  How do I keep the phone call active while the app is running in the background?

Does anyone know of a solution for a loud warehouse where 16 or so people are spread out but there's one phone for the group.........a bell or flashing device that can be mounted high up that is compatible with Poly VVX models or Zoom phone in general?   With the popularity of Zoom phone, I'm guessing this has been a scenario they've come across and hopefully have some sort of solution. Thanks in advance!

Hello, new zoom admin here, I have succesfully transferred one of my users (out of 30ish) as a test, and after provisioning the phone and porting the number over, everything is working just fine, except that she now has to press "send" after entering the number she wants to call.  She is not happy about the one more click, as you can imagine!! 🙂 I did some looking and found that if I create someting called a dial plan/ digit map, i can turn that feature off.  After digging even further, I don't think I understand exactly  what I need to do.  Has anyone done this before, and if so, might you be able to provide some advice about how to get this done? I've followed these links, but I just got more confused the further I went...https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360035817952

I'm having trouble figuring out how to configure the voicemail greeting.    The situation is that a User account has two direct lines assigned to it.   Each line works fine and can easily switch between them on the Zoom App.   However, I'm having issues trying to set up a new voicemail greeting for the 2nd number.  Ultimately, I need to configure it so that if a call comes in on line 1, they get greeting 1, and if a call comes in on line 2, they get greeting 2.    Is this possible? Thanks!

I know you can register generic SIP devices that support TLS 1.2 to Zoom, like the Spectralink Versity series phones.  I've also registered the Linphone app to Zoom as a generic device. I would like to utilize a SIP based broadcast phone system with Zoom Phone - this one: https://www.telosalliance.com/broadcast-phone-systems/voip-broadcast-phone-systems/telos-vx/telos-vx-enterprise-voip-phone-system  The issue is the broadcast phone system only supports SIP over UDP or TCP. I'm essentially looking to do the reverse of what you'd do with an SBC to bring an outside VoIP provider into the Zoom platform.  I've reached out to a few of the bigger players in that space - AudioCodes and Ribbon - with minimal success.Just curious to know if anyone has had

I am trying to get Spectralink 8440 phones working with my Zoom account.The phones I have only have 5.6 firmware on them.The documentation says they need 7.5Where can I get the 7.5 software from?

When setting up my settings in Zoom Phone for a call queue, in the Music for hold setting, I am using text to speech.  Is there a way to add a "pause" in my text to speech message before it immediately repeats the message?  I would like to add a 5-10 second pause before the message repeats again.  Any tips?

I have configured Zoom Phone for Salesforce and have it mostly working.  The one issue I am having is the Related To objects being displayed in the softphone layout.  There are a number of them I don't want users to select from and one that is not there that I do want them to use.  How do I configure these?

Is there a way to prevent the desktop dial pad from popping up when there is an incoming call and interrupting me when I'm working on other computer items? I've checked settings and cannot find one. 

Is there a maximum number of calls that can be merged? Our team works with people who don't speak English, so we often need to merge in translators as well as other staff members. As we're building out those workflows, we wanted to understand if there is a limit to the number of calls that we can merge together.

Hello, We have a few common area locations that have active mailboxes.  They also need to change the greeting quite often.  Right now, the only way I know of changing the greeting is by me uploading a new file.  I would like the end user to be able to change the greeting on the phone that is sitting there. 

We have a small, flexible workforce with a few specialist call queues. We would like to be able to forward all calls to another person in another department (queue) during lunch. There is no set lunch time, it varies from day to day depending how busy we are, so we need to be able to turn it on and off on the fly. We are using the Zoom app on PC with headsets. For example: Enquiries queue:Person 1 (on lunch)Person 2 (not working - day off, PC/app turned off) Events queue:Person 3 We want to be able to forward calls from person 1 to person 3, only for the lunch duration. We don't want to add person 3 to the enquiries queue or any sort of overflow on a permanent basis. On person 1's PC app, when forwarding is turned on and directed to person 3, calls are not forwarded - I'm assuming it is still trying to call person 2. I had a meeting today, so we used Zoom app for it. However, the audio and video were breaking so badly that we couldn't continue our meeting. We had no other option but to wrap it up earlier. My boss gave me a mission to fix it. Would you please give me any advice to make the audio and video back to normal?

I evaluated Zoom Phone (with a paid seat for a few months) for my company previously. During this time I provisioned some Polycom phones to Zoom Phone for testing. Even though the devices were deleted and the Zoom Phone service was cancelled, Zoom still has the mac addresses registered to Zoom in Poly's ZTP service preventing registration with another provider. This is unacceptable considering this was a BYOD case, not zoom purchased devices. Zoom support hotline and sales do not answer the phone, after 2 days of attempting to reach anyone at your company. Can anyone help or have you given up on supporting SMB customers completely? The ridiculously poor support (circular chatbots, IVRs that lead to nowhere when calling zoom's toll free #, and unanswered emails) only reinforces that our decision to go with Dialpad was the right one.

Hello,   We are converting over to Zoom phone.  We have a call box at our loading dock.  I have an analog line from an ATA going to that device.  That extension has a phone number assigned to it also.  I have 3 members in a call queue that the call box dials.  The queue is set for sequential order. It is set to ring the following way:ext 100- receiving person's extension- User with unlimited packageext 200- Common area extension - unlimited package, set to not ring and fwd to an Auto Reception that in turn is set to call forward to a cell phone.ext 300- Common area extension - unlimited package, set to ring a poly desk phone for 15 sec then fwd to a call queue that will ring 2 other extensions, then fwd to an ext that is fwd to a cell phone. When I press the button ext 100 rings for the set time (35 sec) then skips over ext 200 and rings ext 300.  I am not able to get th

I've assigned a US/CA Unlimited Calling Plan / Pro Features · Unlimited Domestic license to a user, but the user is still getting a message sorry you cannot place this call, your calling plan does not support calling to this destination. They are placing an external call via a desk phone (Yealink T54W) I've already tried to remove the license and readd it, I've also tried deleting the user and recreating it. Still getting the same results. It's been around 12 hours since I setup the new user and am still getting the same results, so I dont believe it's because the system hasn't synced or anything. I've also tried resyncing the phone.  

Good day zoomers Will i kind a problem in zoom i cant find option for video quality adjust im using zoom app in my mobile..and i cant connect it to a device like Bluetooth speaker ..if its connected but there is no sound my phone is android ...i see the icon Bluetooth connected but there is no sound on my Bluetooth speaker....so i click the loudspeakers but the sound only on my phone...then about the quality video i would like us the lowest quality because my data draining fast if the video is hd ...i spent more load ...i spend 5 to 6 hours its our gathering in our church..im ok for lower quality video so its eats less mbs..the important i listen it clearly ..hope it work in my Bluetooth speaker thank you ..

Can someone help me figure the issue with my one tap mobile? For some reason when scheduling this meeting the one tap mobile isn't linked. How can I make it linked so people can just tap on it in their emails? Thank you so much for any help y'all. BTW I already tried copying the invite, and still nothing!
