Zoom phone for Salesforce

I have configured Zoom Phone for Salesforce and have it mostly working. The one issue I am having is the Related To objects being displayed in the softphone layout. There are a number of them I don't want users to select from and one that is not there that I do want them to use. How do I configure these?

I am also looking for a solution to this I know it has been a while but have you found a workaround?
