when calling some numbers with zoom phone, they returned as not in service. when calling with other phone, these numbers are  in fact  working numbers.   Anyone had the same issue?  how to address this?

Hello there, I recently Installed Zoom App in my laptop which has windows 11 OS. I'm using Zoom Phone feature but people cannot really hear me. I thought it was my mike issue but my mike is working absolutely  fine with other applications. Can someone suggest me a way to resolve this mike and audio issue? TIA.

Zoom has the option to modify the listening port range.  Is anyone using this feature? What is the best practice? Do you allow for one port or ten ports? How many ports should I open for p2p?

I have downloaded my previous skype personal contacts list as an Excel .csv file to a pendrive;I have not yet uploaded this to my Zoom account; and will not until this question is answered.Does Zoom presume the "right"/"permisson" to use this list to "Invite" my personal contacts to zoom? Doing so would make me... and others... furious.

Hi! As the subject line portrays.  I have an existing Zoom Phone number but I was informed it was showing up as a potential spam when I call people.  I plan to change the Zoom Phone number to a new one.  My question is if people leave voice messages for that old number will the messages roll to the new number I assign in Zoom Phone? 

Hello everyone, I am hopeful to receive feedback from the general community here in addition to Zoom employees as well.  I'll break down my questions into two parts: 1.  Within an IVR, we are wanting customers to be able to press option 1, hear some text to speech general information about one of our locations, then give the customer the chance to press star for replay the message or press one to return to the main menu of the IVR.  In testing this, I have Auto Receptionist 1 (AR1) with an IVR (IVR1.)  Option 1 of IVR1 being the option for general information.  I ended up creating a second auto receptionist (AR2) with it's own IVR (IVR2) and when a customer presses option 1 in IVR1 it sends the call to AR2 IVR2.  Within IVR 2, I have a text to speech IVR main menu audio file play the general information message with customers being able to press star to replay the message or press 1 to return to the main menu of IVR

We have had several reports of inbound calls dropping after 5-10 seconds. This has happened in different parts of the US and for employees in the Philippines. Employees have updated their apps, restarted their devices, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. They have switched between Wifi and Data, and since these are happening in all areas of the globe, we do not believe it is a service issue.  The Dashboard data reports good quality MOS >4, but there is no data for sending/receiving. I have sent tickets to Zoom support, and they took days to get back to me. I have emailed our sales rep and am waiting to hear back. Our customers are starting to think we are hanging up on them. This is ridiculous that it hasn't been resolved yet. This is what we are paying for. I'm completely flabbergasted that this isn't being treated as a priority.  This has been going on/off for the last 7 days. We need Zoom to look into this asa

Click-to-dial is enabled in my Salesforce setup.2. When I click on a phone number in a contact, it triggers the utility phone icon, indicating that it recognizes the phone number.3. Hello - Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I would like to request an enhancement to the android app. Currently there is no way (that I could find) to copy the transcript of a voicemail. I know I can receive those transcripts in email, but a method for copying them straight out of the Android App would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you 

I have encountered an issue related to the notification behavior in the Zoom Android and Windows apps, specifically when receiving calls from my team. I have set the notification preference to "Always, even if I am active on desktop," but the behavior is inconsistent.The problem is as follows: When someone calls me in Zoom from my team, the Windows app rings, as expected. However, on my Android device, instead of ringing, I receive a notification. Ideally, in this scenario, both my phone and PC apps should ring simultaneously to ensure I don't miss important calls.This inconsistency can be frustrating and may lead to missed calls, which is especially problematic for those who rely on Zoom for work. I need help to fix this issue. 

IS THERE ANYWAY TO SET UP THE PHONE TO RING ONE WAY FOR OUTSIDE CALLS COMING IN AND ANOTHER RING TONE FOR CALLS COMING FROM INSIDE THE OFFICE?

I canceled my pro subscription back in May when I closed my business for Maternity leave. I am not planning on reopening my account when I go back to work. I still have the app on my phone but my account is now basic so there are no icons to call or text people. However, people are still able to call me as my phone will ring on the app but I can't answer it. They are able to leave voicemails, I don't get a notification but I get the transcript via email. They are still calling to book my services so I assume my voicemail is still active. I have taken down my number everywhere I had it advertised before. How can I cancel this number? Now that my account is basic I have no access to phone settings on my account (as they shouldn't exist but clearly it still does) and I have no access to support to solve the issue. Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?

I'm using Zoom 5.16.2 (23409) and macOS 13.6 (22G120).  Most of my Zoom use is for video meetings, launched by links from Google Calendar.  So most of the time I keep the main Zoom window minimized and the whole app hidden.  I like to keep it that way to reduce clutter on my screen. My employer added phone service to our Zoom accounts a few months ago.  In the past 2–3 weeks, I've started receiving more calls.  Again, to reduce screen clutter, if I will not use any Zoom functions during the calls, I minimize the window and hide the app.  That gives me screen space to use other things while I'm on the call. It all seems fine until…  the remote party disconnects.  When that happens, Zoom plays its "call ended" sound, and then… ZOOM CRASHES! The next time I start Zoom, it prompts me to report the crash, which I do,

We are having major issues with our Poly vvx 250's rebooting after internal and external calls. It is not all the time and not all of the phones. Is anyone else experiencing this? We are working with Poly and Zoom.

My bluetooth headset isn't working with zoom. It works with Microsoft Teams and Google meets, just not zoom. This is since the latest update. My settings all seem to be correct. Please advise

Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following.  Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen.  The functions all work, and it can be closed.  The window, however is unmovable.  If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works.  But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening.  We've tried logging off, and reinstalling.  Anyone see this?  Any suggestions?  We have just opened a case too. 

I am getting a specific error saying "Failed to get response from pbx country api: null". I am getting this error while i want to add emergency address for activation of Zoom Phone. What should i do?

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?
