I have a Zoom Phone - Sales user wishing to play a recording to active call when ever they reach a clients voicemail. Is this a option available for this, if so it work with soft phone or require hardphone for button bypass for speaker to microphone.

[Unfortunately, I haven't really found anything about it here or I'm blind in both eyes - ]I have an Android tablet (S6 Lite) with Android (13), which is fully managed via MS Intune. An App Protection Policy has been rolled out on this tablet to protect the company data.I have installed Zoom for Intune so that the app interacts with the Zoom app. So far so good.I was also able to make the desired settings via a configuration policy. When I want to log in from the app via SSO, the Edge opens as a managed browser. Until then, SSO also works. But when I press the button to start the Zoom for Intune app again, nothing happens.In the app, under "Data Protection" in "Select apps to exempt", us.zoom.videomeetings and us.zoom.videomeetings4intune are stored.Does anyone have experience with such a scenario?Thanks for your help!

We are in the process of transitioning to zoom phone.  I find it odd that we are able to upload custom hold music, etc, and not able to provide our own ringtones to our users.   Am I just missing this option somewhere else? or does Zoom support custom uploaded ringtones at all?

Hello:I am a new customer to Zoom Phone and plan to port numbers to Zoom. The Porting Form asks for a BTN. Our current phone bill doesn't show a BTN. I've asked my provider (Century Link/Lumen) how to obtain one if it isn't listed. Their reply is that I may just have to skip that step in the process. Not sure how to proceed. Thanks!

I haven't been able to find a voicemail retention policy configuration page.  Also, I haven't found any support pages describing the defaults of a policy.  Does Zoom Phone have a default retention policy for voicemail messages?  Is this a roadmap item already?  Thanks to anyone who might have something to share.

I have the zoom basic plan and the Zoom Phone US & Canada Unlimited Calling plan, and I am looking to set things up for a small team of up to 3 or 4 outbound callers. I would like to setup dispositions for the end of each call e.g. "Interested", "Meeting", "Not Interested", etc. Maybe this could be done through tags as well. It is hard to track the outcome of calls without this. As of right now the zoom phone resets to the dial pad when it a call is completed or dropped. Hello,  I'm having a problem with screen sharing for a while. I have Samsung galaxy s9 ultra tablet and I already installed Zoom. When I want to sign in with my university account, zoom opens it only in web site. The application won't open no matter how much I wait or press the launch meeting button. At last I have to press join from your browser option and when I do so, there is no share screen option in the bottom.  I already checked my in meeting settings and share screen is available and I tried Uninstalling the app and clearing the cache options a few times. I also tried singing out from my account completely and singing in from the beginning... Nothing worked. I have a Samsung phone and when I try to do the same with my phone, there is no problem. Hi, My contacts for Zoom phone do not sync between the phone I use for work and the desktop app. If I create a contact on the phone it will not appear on the desktop and vice versa. is there anyway to update the directory for either or turn this on to auto sync?

I'm a longtime Zoom user.  Last week added the $15/month phone service.  Talked about dropping the ball.  Even after spending 1 hr wading through the community fixes, I'm still not able to make a phone call.  And I'm not going to spend more time figuring it out.  So long Zoom.

Wondering if there is a way to minimize the Zoom Assistant while you are on a call.  We have it docked so that it collapses when off a call, but would like an option to get it out of the way while on a call too.

With our old phone carrier (ENA), the secretaries in our school buildings could transfer a call directly to a teacher's voicemail. That option no longer appears for them with Zoom. Is there something on our end we need to do in order for that to work?They do this when a teacher is actively teaching a class and they don't want to disturb them. We know there is a DND button on the phones, but the teachers have a habit of not turning that back off.Thanks in advance!

Every time I changed my greeting the system kept all the version and now when someone call the number assigned to me all the messages get deleted. There is no one to call for support. what should I do. 

How do you display the BLF status of desktop phones from the desktop application? I have a receptionist that will be using the desktop application for call transferring who will need to monitor the status of physical phones.  Right now all phones just show as "offline" under contacts. See photo attached. However, anyone using the desktop application shows the correct status.

Hello, let me briefly explain my concern. I am a Canadian citizen and have an active Canadian phone plan. Currently I live in Turkey and would like to port my Canadian number to Zoom. Additionally I would like to get a new US phone number. Can i just get the yearly subscription for these services and start using them from Turkey with just an internet connection or do I need something else like contacting Turkish telecommunication platform or getting a VPN that has a US IP number. I am so confused about what the VoIP infrastructure is so I need your help.. Regards,

Hi,We integrated Zoom phone in Dynamics a couple of years ago, seems to run ok most of the time. However last week a few of our users reported the app just crashed and closed when they were in the middle of a call, just wondering if anyone else noticed anything or if there is a fix available? ThanksTed

The zoom assistant panel is being reported as "stuck" for a few users and cannot be undocked from its original place. Anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

We're migrating from a Cisco phone system to Zoom.  We currently have a door access system with an external doorbell/speaker that connects to a Valcom door answering system.  Two wires come out of the Valcom into a Cisco router's FXS port.  The router detects an off-hook condition when the doorbell is pushed and dials a number on the Cisco system.  I'm trying to find a solution that replaces the Cisco system.  As I see it, we need to be able to land a two-wire connection on it, have it monitor for when the line goes off-hook, and then dial a pre-programmed number.   Any ideas on how to do this?

When I receive a call on my Android Phone, I try to answer it and a get the following message "Error - Failed to accept the call while system phone call is ongoing".  I have not had any issues with this until the last 2 day.  I believe there is nothing running on my phone at the time of the incoming calls and I am able to answer the call if I go through my laptop.  Yesterday, I uninstalled the Zoom App from my phone and reinstalled it and it seemed to work for 24 hours.  Any suggestions?

One user is getting a message when placing a call from PC Zoom Phone app or Zoom Phone app on cell phone. Service not available. Inbound calls go direct to vm. I don't see issues in the portal log.
