Hi, My Zoom Phone shows a wrong strange number for some incoming calls from contacts which are even saved in contacts with the correct number). It's a German "network-independent" number (+4932 (...)). Thanks for your help!

I am having issues and it seems impossible to find a resolution.  Something that is required by a company that you pay for a service from should not be so difficult to do.   I have created, deleted, created again, deleted, checked to make sure my companies information was correct as it is with State and Federal offices, created, deleted again and then created again.  This is getting ridiculous.  I have so many different error codes and cant seem to get any assistance.  Hopefully someone here may know something.   Here is what I get now.  {"description":"Brand cannot be created/updated due to unique constraint","code":503,"fields":["referenceId"]}

i have an issue with the mobile Android zoom app, and hoping someone might have an idea how to fix.  My work recently switched us all to zoom phone numbers.  I have Zoom installed on my phone, logged in with my work account, as sometimes I take calls on the road.  I have all notifications for zoom turned off on my phone, however whenever I get a zoom call on my work number, my phone still buzzes. It was happening all during my holiday PTO, and driving me nuts trying to figure it out, and I finally realized what was happening today when I was on a zoom mtg and got a notification of a call just as my phone started buzzing.  Any idea how to REALLY turn notifications off from zoom on my phone??  

We have a user that uses both the desktop app and a desk phone. Whenever he try's to answer an incoming call on his desktop app, it moves the call under his Lines tab but doesn't pickup the call. On the other end of the call it will continue to ring until you get their voicemail message. everything works as it should on the desk phone, and even after disabling the desk phone in the Call Handling menu the same issue persists. 

I would like to know how I can setup a separate line appearance on phones that could ring if this number is called, even if the phone has business hours setup.  The scenario is as follows:  We have times when employees might need to get ahold of someone that is still in office outside of normal office hours.  The phones are setup for business hours of 8am-5pm, and if you call the number of that phone after hours, it does not ring and goes to VM.  We would like to have a priority line that would ring on certain phones no matter the time of day and if business hours are setup on that line.  Is this possible and if so, how could I do this? If not, is there a work around solution that could be used as an emergency line that would ring on several phones so it could be heard after hours?

I've set up my new business phone number and voicemail. I called the number using another phone and heard the greeting and left a voicemail. Went to check it on both the phone app and the desktop app, but no phone call was listed nor was there any voicemail recorded. I repeated this from another phone and got the same results. It's just me so there are no other places that they could go. I've been assigned an extension so I thought I should try forwarding to user (me), but as it's just me it wouldn't let me. I'm not sure where else to problem-solve.

Hello, A couple of our users a experiencing issues when messaging clients in group chats. I got first reports of this on 12/13/23 Scenario:- Employee 1 creates a chat with employee 2 and 1 client.- Employee 1 can see responses from the client in the group chat.- Employee 2 responds, employee 1 gets the response as if #2 were sending a txt directly to them. This happens with all group chats they are in. Replicating the scenario:- I create a group chat with employee 1, 2, and my personal cell.- I send the initial txt I send out from my personal, employee 1 gets the group txt like they should- I have employee 1 respond to the group. It comes through normally.- Employee 2 responds and it comes through as a separate txt on my personal, same for employee 1.  One thing I noticed recently is that there are only 3 users assigned to the SMS Campaign I had created 6

Does anyone have a timeline of when SMS Short Codes will be supported. We ported our numbers in and all two factor authentication texts aren't being delivered. This is an integral part of authentication on the web and if you advertise SMS on your platform, you should be able to do Short Codes.

Hello I have a Yealink T41P which is listed as certified hardware, however there is a caveat in the Yealink notes section which states that ZTP is allowed only once on this model post it's EOL date in June 2020. The assisted provising guide appears to indicate a way to provision the phone should ZTP not work. Based on this can I assume that the Yealink T41P should work bar any other unrelated issues? If this is the case, is there a way to test the phone to ensure it works and can be provisioned prior to signing up?  Thanks

I'm trying to get our company set up with the Zoom PWA on Chromebooks to use with Zoom Phone. The Zoom Phone icon is showing up correctly on the PWA, and I can receive inbound calls no problem.  The issue is when I try to make outbound phone calls - the call drops immediately. This is true for both outbound calls to a 10 digit phone number and internal extension to extension calls. From the PWA front end, it says "Call Ended". On the admin console when looking my account's call history, it says the "Result" is "Call failed". One last observation is that the receiving number gets a very brief incoming call notification before it disappears (when the call drops). When I make outbound calls on the same Zoom account using a mobile app or PC desktop client, it does not have any issues.  Anyone else seeing this issue?  

Should my desktop and mobile app not both ring simultaneously?  If I walk away from my desk, I would like to still receive phone calls on my mobile app.  I heard my computer ringing in the distance, opened the mobile app, and couldn't see any incoming phone call.  This has been happening frequently.  Sometimes it rings, and sometimes it doesn't (on mobile).   I have set my timezone on the web portal.  

We have a few Deaf employees using Sorenson VRS computer-based apps to communicate with hearing customers. Sign Language interpreters are provided by Sorenson VRS to our Deaf employees in order for them to provide support to these hearing customers. Each employee are assigned a phone number by Sorenson.We want to add them to our call queues so they can provide support. How do we add these external numbers to some of our call queues?

All of a sudden today I am not able to make outgoing calls or receive in coming calls.  Any ideas? 

I recently ported a number from Google Voice.   I can make and receive calls from the mobile app -- but not the Windows Desktop client.   It gives me a 'click to call' button - but, when I click it, nothing happens.  I can see 'contacts' -- but, when I click the button that is labeled 'call' -- nothing happens.   This is on the desktop client side of things.  On the 'web-app', it doesn't even show that I have paid phone service through zoom. 

We have call pickup groups defined, so that a colleague's ringing desk phone can be picked up by someone else. This shows up as a BLF line key on the phones. After a phone rings for X secs and is not answered, it will ring on that line key for others in the same call pickup group. Multiple call pickup groups. About a month ago this feature stopped working consistently (sometimes it does work); an unanswered call will not ring to that line key on the other phones in the call group. A reboot of the affected phones solves the problem temporarily, but the problem reappears within a day or less. We had not made any changes within Zoom phone or on the desk phones. Unfortunately Zoom engineering has looked at this for a month and has not solved it. Poly VVX250 and VVX450 phones - we've tried different firmware versions, reset to factory defaults, removed all Zoom provisioning templates, nothing helps. I am not sure why this changed, but the pop-up notification that shows an inbound call is coming in shrank and now I am unable to see the full name and number of incoming calls. I can see the 'Accept' button and only half of the 'Decline' button. How do I get this little window restored to what it used to be?

Hello!  I am trying to update my shared line voicemail. I did not create the shared line, but have been added as an extension with permission to access, download, and delete. I am able to change and update my direct line voicemail, but cannot find where or how to update the one for the shared line. How do I do this?

Hello We have a Zoom One Pro account which has been used for the odd conference call only using a mobile device. We now need to move over from ISDN to VOIP with our landline and was wondering if this is possible with Zoom One Pro or do we need to upgade to Zoom Phone. We will of course still want to make the odd conference call as before. Thanks

Hi.  Working in a call center, is there a way to call a co-worker without changing our status from Ready to Not Ready-Forced?  Ex: when I call a fellow employee, we both go from being available to take a call to Not Ready-Forced, and we need to be able to stay Ready for incoming calls.  I've tried calling from the address book in Contact Center, under contacts, and manually dialing the extension, but all options force us into Not Ready.  Thank you in advance.

Has anyone else had their parking lot functionality stop working? We've been on Zoom Phones for 2-3 years now using the parking lot feature with no issue. Starting this week, however, we are unable to retrieve parked calls. After we park a call it wills say it's parked on *701, for example, but when we try to pick it up it says, "Sorry, there is no call parked at this location". We haven't made any changes to our set up. The calls are being parked and retrieved from the same site and it's affecting both physical desk phones (Yealink T58A) as well as the Zoom mobile and desktop apps. Support has not been helpful and this is having a big impact on our business. I did noticed that Zoom rolled out private call park and aim call park on the same day this broke for us so I'm thinking that this new functionality broke our setup.

Hello, I have an issue with the Mobile app that I am hoping someone else has experienced / fixed. When I receive a call the mobile app just shows "Zoom Notification" it does not ring or show who is calling or allow for answering. If I manually open Zoom I DO get the call coming through and can answer it but after I close the app after a few minutes it reverts back to the "Zoom Notification" with no call data. It seems like the app is going to "sleep" or a services is stopping and therefore not showing the call. I have.....Given unrestricted battery access to the zoom app.Removed Zoom from the "sleep" app on the phone and set to "Never Sleep"Disabled "Remove permissions if app is unused"and none of this seems to make a difference. If the app is open calls come through if I close the app I get a simple notification. Any experience or help would be appreciated. Thanks. 

We need help! Incoming calls are being routed to one person and then after four rings rolling to all other staff. What feature do we need to enable or disable so incoming calls go to all staff?
