Hi, I am currently running the latest version of Zoom for Android, downloaded from Play Store, on 2 devices, a Samsung A10 and a Samsung A11, however I cannot set up any virtual background on them. Do these devices have any limitations?

We have a couple of new users in the system that appear as their email address instead of their names in the Zoom app. (i.e. when calling and in phone history.) They appear to have been setup exactly like the other new users who don't have that issue. Is there someplace I'm missing that makes them appear that way

I'm in Australia and want a member of my team to be able to make international calls on her Zoom phone. I can buy an international phone pack add-on, but do I also need to have a local unlimited plan? This isn't needed as she already has a personal mobile phone.I can't find the answer anywhere else!Thanks

The Zoom app on Android may freeze or become unresponsive when FM WhatsApp runs concurrently due to resource contention. Both apps compete for system resources, causing performance issues. To mitigate, users should close background apps or prioritize one for uninterrupted use during critical tasks like meetings.

The zoom app on my phone does not work well with call queues. When a call comes into the company's main line and is trasferred to the line I answer, if I have the zoom app enabled on my cell phone instead of answering via the Zoom workplace desktop, there are many issues, including call failure. I enabled Zoom app in my phone settings,and installed the app on my phone and update accordingly. Has anyone else had issues?  

I am trying to set up my zoom phone account for my business.  1 userWhen I call the number it goes directly to the greeting but does not allow me to answer or leave a voice mail. Is there anyone who can guide me through this process?  Happy to compensate for someone's time. I find the ticket system not effective. Thank you.

Hello, I have a few users that save a contact from a previous call or text as a personal contact.  The personal contact is showing under the contacts tab, but if we navigate back to the previous call log or sms thread it still just shows the 10 digit number.  I tried closing and reopening the app, confirmed it's updaed.  

I have Yealinks desk phones assigned to all my users in HQ.We set up Sequential Call Park buttons because we get a lot of calls into the operator who parks the caller on one of 6 buttons, then pages the department to pick up the call on Park 1, Park 2.... Park 6.I have similar setups in seven or eight small stores with 6-8 phones and three Park buttons and have not had problems with this. In HQ, however, we come in to office in the morning and the park buttons are normally lit green if available or red if someone is parked there, the lights will be out. If we see the lights out, we know the buttons will not work to park a call. I have to send a reboot comm and to the phone, and then it comes back on and the lights are lit and all is well. I have not seen a pattern, such as every night or every 4 days or anything. It's random and not all phones, and not consistently the same phone. In HQ I have a mix of T43U and T54W.It ha

The ability to show the original caller's number would solve all sorts of problems. As it stands, we lost functionality when moving to Zoom phone. From what I can tell, this is a gap in internet phone offerings. Zoom be the technology leader!

Hello. I am trying to bulk add speed dials for all my phones. I located Phone System Mgmt > Users & Rooms > Import > Add Key & Positions and successfully uploaded a CSV with the desired speed dial assignments. But they are not transferring to the phones and I am not sure what steps to take next. The instructions seem to imply they should just appear, but they are not. The phones are Yealink T46S with updated firmware. Thank you!

Hello, Are Zoom SMS messages stored in the cloud or locally (on mobile / desktop) devices?  Are Zoom SMS messages accessible centrally (via admin credentials) or do you need account credentials for each user? As a bonus question, if any SMS messages are deleted, are there any options for recovery of those messages?   I appreciate any feedback and/or links to resources that help with the answers. (I suspect I know these answers but am verifying) Thank you.

SMS Campaign only allows "Corporate" entities to apply for DLC Brand. How does an "individual" create a DLC Brand/Campaign. so as to allow an SMS to be sent?

I have an active brand and SMS campaign.  I have assigned my phone number to the campaign, but it is showing "Unverified" for the messaging status.  Would appreciate any assistance to get this resolved.

Is there a 24-hour restriction on making edits to campaigns? I was modifying a rejected campaign when I switched to another tab in the Zoom help forum. Upon returning, I found that I couldn't make further edits or even click on "create a new SMS campaign." Currently, my only option appears to be deleting the pending campaign, but I haven't completed the necessary edits, and I'm concerned it will be rejected again. Should I delete the pending campaign now, or is it better to wait 24 hours before trying to edit it again?

When I am trying to register a campaign, zoom wont let me select a Campaign type. We are zoom phone users. 

The discussion trail related to options for individual (non companies) compliance with 10DLC campaign has been neglected by Zoom. Your stopped monitoring and failed to offer official solutions. SMS for individuals (10DLC) - Zoom Community  If Zoom and communication regulators came up with a compliance process, customers do not have to come up with a work around such as incoporating, getting an EIN or similar to comply with this mess. You created a process and you must create the exception scenarios and solutions. You continue to threat with a deadline, but are not offering solutions for accounts of families or individuals who do not run a business in Zoom.  Please prioritize this issue so we can comply.

We're new to Zoom phones, but I still feel this is going to be a stupid question. I am trying to find out how to do a warm transfer of a call rather than a cold transfer (that is, I want to be able to talk to the person I am transferring the call to before it's actually transferred). Everything I have read indicates you just hit transfer, the soft key for the party to transfer to, talk to them, then press transfer again to complete the transfer. My issue is as soon as I hit transfer and the party, it just transfers the call. There's no opportunity to talk to the transferred party first. What am I missing? BTW, our phones are Yealink T46S. Thank you!

I have zoom health business account. For few months now every now and then I would get "message could not be sent" error when I try to send SMS to my clients.  Any idea how to fix this? Thanks. 

How long does it takes to approve my Zoom Phone Sms Campaign,I already fill out all details needed

Is it correct that any sms / texts with Canada are exempt from this new campaign that needs to be created and approved?

Hello! I have been tasked with figuring out how to toggle recordings on our company desktop phones. We recently transitioned to using the zoom phone service. We cannot have on the setting where recording is always on (with the type of work we do). However, we would like the option of recording some calls so they can be transcribed when needed. We know how to do this on the desktop app, but I need to figure out how to start and stop a recording on our physical desktop phones. For example, is there a code like *4 we can press to make it start recording? Does anyone have any experience in doing this?

I received a notification that "one of your 10DLC Campaigns is in a Rejected status. Please see the details below:Your privacy policy mentions that you share consumer personal data or consent with third parties / affiliates" My question is what do need to change about the privacy policy to satisfy the requirements for approval? The email says to refer to  this document but it contains no information regarding the particular rejection reason i received. 

Hello. We're setting up a new Zoom Phone system, so I'm a big newbie here. We have mostly Yealink T46S phones, but I have a couple of T48S as well. I've had no trouble provisioning the T46S phones, but I can not get the T48S phones to provision. I am following the steps as instructed (added the phone, downloaded and installed firmware, did a factory reset, added in the provision URL). But when I test it, it says the provisioning failed and it shows the phone offline. It also says that a factory reset is needed to provision, but I have done that multiple times now. All three of the T48S I have tried have failed. I can access the phones via the Yealink web interface, so I think they are working correctly. I am just not sure why I can't get them to provision. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
