difficulty setting up phone

I am trying to set up my zoom phone account for my business. 

 

  • 1 user
  • When I call the number it goes directly to the greeting but does not allow me to answer or leave a voice mail. 
  • Is there anyone who can guide me through this process?  Happy to compensate for someone's time. 
  • I find the ticket system not effective.

It’s a common issue – and I’m a solo Event Producer, so I had the same issues a few years ago when I moved over to Zoom from RingCentral.
