I am building a system to get all the Users and their Licenses from our Zoom account.I cannot seem to find anyway of accessing which license a user account has through the API. I know I can get the calling plan used on Zoom phone, but I cannot find any other license specific information within the API.

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch of digging I found conflicting threads about needing a "direct" number that is not the "main company" number and having to go through the horribly slow and convoluted process of 10DLC.  My number is assigned to just me and is not assigned to any other pool, main line, or group. The only thing I haven't done to troubleshoot is the 10DLC campaign setup process.  I would like Zoom to confirm that you can't receive SMS messages unless the 10DLC process has been completed and if true, explain why users must go through this process to receive SMSs. 10DLC makes sense for outbound messages but I'm really shocked and disappointed if this is true for inbound messages as well. P.S. Hi there, wondering if anyone has managed to setup this calling method. I have a peered an SBC using BYOC/PI can call inbound to a Zoom users phone number when routing from the SBC.I can not call inbound to a Zoom users extension number, I was hoping since the peering is configured on that account the calling to a Zoom users extension in the same account may also work. This would allow calling from another telephony platform connected to the same SBC without all Zoom users requiring a full number.Has anyone managed to get this call type working?

I have a Polycom vvx411 and a bunch of Polycom vvx250's that all provisioned just fine. The one issue I'm having is that on the vvx411, every 10 minutes or so (or less, just a guess) the phone will show a Line:Unregistered error for about a minute, and I won't have a dial tone or phone service during that time. When I click the info button, I get a "Line Information" screen that says "Line 1: BikeShopAdmin (Not Registered)" and below it a server ending in .zoom.us that also says "(not registered 0)" and below that, a really long AOR number ending in zoom.us. I'm actually having this issue with the vvx250's as well, where the dial tone/service is cutting out every ten minutes or so for a minute, but I don't think they're showing the "Line:Unregistered" error, but considering the symptoms are the same, I believe the root cause the be the same. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears!

I have been using an Android phone and trying to get a virtual background but every time I tried it comes up with a message saying "An error occurred".

I've added the contacts I am trying to send SMS to to my Zoom account. However, when I start a conversation with them the title of the group message displays their phone numbers, and not the contact name. 

We are using Zoom with a group of older Polycom desk phones. They work fine most of the time, but periodically all phones will report as Unregistered. I have check the firewall and Internet connection and there is no disruption in connectivity.I was wondering if there a way to allow keep-alives from Zoom through my firewall without opening to many ports or IPs through.

I have two zoom phone licenses and two phone numbers for two users. After leaving my office I have tried to make outbound calls but I can't even find a dial pad to dial the number. My contacts are saying I'm not answering inbound calls but here I didn't even received a single missed call. Can anyone help me in this regard ?

Two users at my firm have attempted to call a number from the Philippines but the call is still not initiating. Zoom is already updated to the latest version and we have followed all of the steps from the article below. The Philippines is also a permitted region within our settings. I filled out the brand requirements for the SMS campaign but did not receive confirmation from Zoom. The only email I got was one saying "You have activated the SMS...", but the brand does not appear in my Zoom profile to start creating the campaign.  Where can I check that out? Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks, 

I received an incoming text message from a known client but Zoom SMS is displaying the incorrect sender's name (showing the name of a different client). I checked that the phone number that the text came is setup as the correct contact name in Zoom/Salesforce/Outlook and did the same for the client name that Zoom is displaying as the sender and see no issues in the two contacts' setups. Anyone ever seen this before?

Hello,  my company recently obtained a phone to test on zoom for future office deployment. The phone model is a Yealink T46U. The problem is when we go into the device list and add device we can’t find this model number in the dropdown. We have tried both the zoom phone appliance as well as zoom rooms device. 

Below requests are in view of users heavily relying on Zoom SMS. Current set up with SMS just being a tab under the Phone tab lacks visibility for unread SMS messages. 1. Zoom iPhone/Android apps: ability to limit badge count to just unread SMS messages (versus new calls/VMs).2. Zoom Desktop apps: ability to limit badge count to just unread SMS messages (versus new calls/VMs).3. Standalone Desktop/iPhone/Android SMS apps. Similar to native (non-Zoom) phone and sms apps, separating SMS from Phone would increase visibility and usefulness of Zoom SMS. Currently, the user must open app, switch to Phone Tab, and switch to SMS tab to view new and historical SMS messages.

When I get a call most often I just get a notification instead of it ringing to my iPhone.  But sometimes it will ring and sometimes it will not and I'm not sure what is going on.  I don't have a physical phone since I am remote.  I'm set to available but I'm not sure what the problem is.  Just seeing if anyone has ever had this issue and what the possible causes me be and how to fix them.  Thanks.

I'm trying to install Zoom on my old PC, which is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Every time I attempt the installation, it either fails midway or the app won’t launch after installation is complete. Has anyone successfully installed Zoom on a similar setup? Are there specific Zoom versions or workarounds that are compatible with older systems like mine? Hello! I know that zoom can be set up so that a company can engage in texting with its clients. My company currently does this. However, we have not been able to figure out if there is a way to mass text them- to send 100-1000 texts out at once with notifications, alerts, etc. Is this possible? Or is a third party required?

Hello, We recently had an office order the Poly Edge E 100 desk phones. They are trying to add their coworkers to the directory. Its showing the directory to be blank. Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the phone or on the website? If so can someone please provide a step by step process for me.

Can I check if I'm missing an admin setting somewhere, please? I understand having a global block list but I'm not that happy about individual users blocking numbers on a whim.  Is there are way to remove individuals having a block list ability? 

Deploying Android for Work, Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. I have to copy paste phone numbers out of the body of emails and into my phone app to work around this. How do I remove this feature?Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

I have SMS working, is it possible to get the SMS conversations sent to email for archiving purposes?

I have a user who blocked a number under their user settings. As an admin, how can I view that number without accessing the specific user's account? Is there a report that shows all blocked numbers users have entered, separate from the global list in Account Settings? I already know how to see the global list in Account Settings; what I need is visibility into which numbers users are blocking individually and when they do so.  I’ve asked Zoom support this question, and I need to vent a bit. Every time I submit a ticket or chat with them, they seem to miss the point of my request. Instead of addressing what I’m actually asking for, they send instructions or links to articles that explain how to do something I already know how to do—something I explicitly mentioned in my initial request. Hi ,When I make a call from my Zoom phone, some SG local numbers I cannot reach but same numbers i tried with my mobile carrier it can able to reach. Can anyone give a solution for this? I have been facing this issue for so long. 

I turned on desk phone call control in the desktop client, but this appears to make it impossible to call flip between the desk phone and the desktop client. i.e., with phone control disabled in the desktop client, calls can be placed on Hold and switched between the physical phone and the desktop client.  With phone control enabled, there's no way to call flip between them. The use case is when using a laptop away from where the physical desk phone is located, and you realize that phone control is enabled and you accidentally answered a call on the desk phone instead of with the desktop app.  There's no way to switch the call to where you are unless you have a third Zoom device (like a mobile phone with the Zoom app).  And if you turn off phone control, you can't re-enable it until you're near the phone again (to respond to the prompt).
