Hi does anyone have experience of using Zoom for VOIP calls in the UK with using a ATA so they can keep their old phones?  If so what ATA is the simplest to use with Zoom with minimal set up? Thank you

Is there a way to pre-screen incoming external calls to gather information like their name, company, or reason for the call? That way the person receiving the call has more information on how they'd like to handle the call (answer, decline, VM). I like the idea of sharing extension numbers and DID# to others BUT, I don't want our executives and upper level managment to be blindsided by someone that obtained their DID# through incorrect channels. I see there is a User Setting for Call Screening - "Incoming direct external callers will be prompted to respond to a button to reach users, callers who don't respond will be disconnected." This seems to be on the right track, but extremely limited functionality.

We are new users just trying to tweak our system to work the way we need it. Our current issue is when one of our people are on the line, it won't register an incoming phone call to that line, nor will it put the missed call in that line's history. There are times during the day when only one person is tending the phones (staggered shifts early and late in day). In this circumstance they don't know what they have missed a call, unless a voice message is left by the caller.

When we rolled out Zoom Phone, we gave everyone a desk phone.  However, some people like to use their mobile device or desktop application instead.  For those people, we want to reclaim the phone for new employees that would like a desk phone. Is there an easy way to generate a report that shows provisioned desk phones and the number of phone calls that desk phone has been involved in?

I am able to pull data out of our EHI program called Alayacare.  It's a straight CSV file.  I have to move these values into Zoom test import file to bulk upload external contacts.  The problem with this is that the CSV file format does not like +'s and I am having difficulty formatting the CSV file phone number to E.164 format (+15415555555).  Does anyone have any tips because I have to deal with this everytime that I import contacts. The Zoom external contact system won't accept the CSV import if the phone number is NOT in the E.164 format. ThanksJoe

When our users put their phones on DND it doesn't change their BLF on the rest of the phones to red so others in the company don't know they are not available.

Hello, We have our users set to display our main number through a call queue as the caller ID. However, the caller ID gets changed to the individual number associated with the user without anyone making the change in the settings. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Is there a way to increase font size of SMS messages in the Zoom app, I know how to increase the whole Team Chat font size but it doesn't work for the SMS messages, we have a client that is visually impaired and needs a bigger font size for SMS messages and everything I have tried does NOT increase the font size on SMS, please if anyone has an answer HELP.

Here is our situation:Our new small business has two employeesWe've purchased two Zoom Phone unlimited licensesEach employee needs to be able to make and receive internal (to/from each other) and external (to/from clients) phone callsPreferably, we'd have one "main company number" and when that number is called, both employees' would be notified and could answer via Zoom Phone (desktop or mobile). Additionally, when placing external calls, it's preferred that the "main company number" be displayed on caller ID.We do not need (for our purposes) our own direct phone numbers that are separate from the main company number. Whenever I make a Zoom call, a message comes up saying I have a poor connection. I never used to get this message and nothing has changed. The line cuts in and out. Ideas?thanks!

I am having difficulty getting my SMS campaign approved. We are using all the default responses and suggested text for messages. The problem is that the SMS Campaign Denial message gives no guidance as to what needs fixed and the Zoom One Pro account doesn't have any support for it. The company only has three employees so any plan that is bigger is overkill. Not sure where to go for answers.

Zoom team - do you have a full example of how to use SSML for text to speech.The help link goes directly to a AWS web page with table of tags. For a person not familiar with the tags it's confusing.can you provide an example how to use it in a typical text to speech like shown below ?  

I can ping google, opendns, cloudflare, from the web interface. I can not hit Zoom servers to provision. Half of my 62 phone provisioned, the other half can't. Any ideas on how resolve this

We use for our meeting, a polycom dial phone. It's very uselful for a big meeting room. Everybody can hear and speak whatever the distance of the phoneBy using dial phone solution, the automatic background noise suppression  is activated. Hi Community, Can anyone tell me whether anyone at Zoom is capable of consolidating my existing Workplace Pro and Phone Unlimited US & Canada subscriptions into a single Pro Plus subscription? It has taken the combined efforts of Zoom's Billing, Sales, and Technical Support teams eighteen days, three tickets, and 4 phone calls and counting to essentially tell me: "Well, you can do this yourself if you want. Since you can't subscribe to Pro Plus yourself while you have existing subscriptions, all you have to do is fully cancel all your plans, wait almost a month for them to fully expire, subscribe to Pro Plus at that point, and then immediately file a support case with Technical Support to see if they can maybe get your phone numbers back, since you will immediately lose them once your plans fully expire. Hi All - I have a small business we only 5 staff - 2 of which are remote. For the zoom phone system this is what we would like - 1 phone number for clients to call with extensions. This phone number will be primarily answered by one of our staff and then routed to the other used. Also we would like to be able to call out from this number and have multiple lines so more then one of our team can call out at once.  Is this possible? Do I need to get every user their phone number or am I ok with just having one Main line number to do this?  Thanks!Michael
