I'm using zoom as my daily calling system. Sometimes i need to record the call but every time i press record it tells a notification. Can i start auto recording to the zoom calling?

Our system has suddenly stopped responding to customers attempting to navigate our auto attendant.   Their button presses are being ignored by the system.This appears to be widespread and we've received complaints from MANY customers across the country this morning.  They've been having to reach us on our personal cell phones instead of the phone system.Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?We've also found that if we place an outgoing call and have to navigate someone else's menu, we cannot.  It's as if DTMF for incoming AND outgoing are broken on zoom.

I cannot sign into my Zoom account as it says I am not connected to a network although it was working in the morning but I had repeated problems signing in and later on my account was blocked due to the repeated attempts. I changed my password successfully yet I cannot sign in again. What should I do?

H! I was looking at eh Zoom Phone country listing page, Zoom Phone Global Coverage. It is dated back to 6/1/21. I am curious if anyone has any updates on new countries since that date and if any new ones have been announced yet. I am particularly interested in China, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordam, Oman, and Qatar. The 45+ countries is incredibly impressive but there are still over 100 to go so I am just curious of the path and timing,. Thanks for any direction or insights!

We are setting up our first call queue. We want Managers to have the ability to see reports, see the queue they are assigned to only and be able to see who is logged into the queue and be able to log agents out of a the queue if they forgot to do so. By giving managers Call Queue Admin rights, the ability to log agents out of a queue is not an option. We also have a need for agents to see what other agents are logged into their respective queues.

Hi- I was just on the Zoom Phone pricing page Zoom Phone Plans & Pricing | Zoom - Zoom.I noticed that SMS and MMS is only available on US and Canada plans. Is that still true? It isn't available for Global Select plans or for the AUS/NZ license? Thanks for any help!

To be PCI compliant, a company cannot store call recordings of credit card numbers.  Since Zoom has the transcription functionality, I am wondering if it can be put on the roadmap to have AI automatically detect and delete any recordings that include credit card information.

Hi, I wanted to know if there is a possibility to use my office phone number for Zoom Phone and and whenever I called to someone in the caller ID that same phone number will appeared to them.Also, Will I still be able in using that phone number in my office or just with Zoom Phone? Thank you.

Employees at one of our sites find that their receptionist lines have been set to Do Not Disturb every morning when they arrive.  I can't find a setting that would cause this.  Any ideas? 

We are currently forwarding all calls coming to site A site to site B . But at this point in time, the receptionist cannot differentiate which call is for which site , as it is coming to the same line. We considered the possibility of adding a second line, however it is not possible to create a line unless we add a DID for that but the call will be a zoom to zoom one. Also we couldn’t figure out a way to target the forwarded calls from the other site to the second line. Is there any way to implement this requirement?

Having two places to assign packages, one under users and the other under Phone system users is confusing.  All user management should happen in one location.

Hello everyone new to zoom phone system. Working out some of the learning curves. Has anyone noticed while using the SMS function on your phone no keywords can be searched?  If you are struggling what work arounds have you found?  A little context around use. I send 100's of SMS messages out a week some with just a name in the body no contact saved. So when I have to follow up its easier to search for name or specific phrase.

Hi Folks,This issue appeared recently but not sure exactly when.While I am testing Zoom phone with BYOC, I am having this issue where sometime incoming call from PSTN is not arrived at zoom client on windows10, but is arrived at zoom client on iPhone even these devices are under the same wifi AP. I am using the same zoom account on these devices.I checked with our IT team if firewall software would block incoming call, but any firewall software is not running on the laptop. I also tried client on iphone where not under wifi but connects mobile network directly, the result is the same unfortunately.Incoming call arrives after zoom client made a call, however suddenly the issue is back again.Of course, I have already checked a syslog of SBC, there is no issue on the SBC.Has anyone seen similar issue?

The local numbers have changed and I don't see San Jose as an option anymore. Will the number still work on meetings previously scheduled? 

I would really like a feature so that our Account Managers who are all on a call queue can mark a missed call when they have called the customer back. We have been having some situations where multiple Account Managers will call a customer back because there isn't a central place to mark that the call has been returned. I have tried having the Account Managers delete the missed call from there view in the app but it only applies to their personal account and not the call queue, so this will not work as a solution to my problem. Does anyone else have ideas or share this issue? Best,  Amira

Hello How do i divert my number from existing provider to my zoom number while awaiting porting to be completed.

The auto-receptionist cannot be deleted on my setup for some reason. She picks up all the calls and doesn't let them ring to my phone. I've followed the setup directions on how to remove the auto-receptionist but the notes don't tie up to what is actually showing on my screen. Any ideas on how to get rid of her?

Is there any chance, that application for Apple Watch with basic call controls will be developed?  Bad usage scenario example (now): I am on call with headphones. My phone is in pocket. Each time when I need to mute or unmute I have to get phone out from pocket. Good usage scenario: I have mute/unmute button on Apple Watch.
