Hi Sure this is an easy one but i cant seem to find an answer and support isnt either? I need to stop our phones from ringing when an agent is on a call and instead bounce to the next agent in the call queue or jump straight to VM. Currently the phones are rinining when agents are on a call.

All our phones are VVX 501 phones, which are estimated to be EOL in Q1 2026 On the admin portal at https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/phonesDevices, all these are listed as End of life (they're not, for another 3+ years):  

We have a group of individuals assigned to answer incoming calls. They are currently all added to a Call Queue to ring sequentially. I would like to set up a schedule where each person takes a set of hours each day. Any recommendations to set this up automatically instead of having the people not answering phones decline calls from the queue? Thanks! 

Hi guys,So it's already good that it is possible to call people from Hubspot with Zoom phone. What would make it really great:Being able to see who is calling you (inbound) by looking up the number in HubspotBeing able to search for a contact by his number directly in Zoom/syncing the Hubspot contacts with Zoom PhoneAutomatically log calls made from the Zoom Phone App to Hubspot, when the number is knownThat are all features that are possible with Aircall for example so would be nice if Zoom would match it.Is it maybe on the roadmap?

Hi there, I am wanting to find out if anyone is able to add more than 2x people to a call?  At present, I can only add 2x others, however in my line of work I am often required to add a third person so it would be great if this is an option.  I have looked in the account settings to see if there is anything I can amend, however cannot see anything.

Hello! Our team uses zoom phone to make outbound calls in Salesforce. As of today, I haven't been able to figure out a way to make the 'disposition' field required. Has anyone figured out a way to do that?

Our service and porting was completed today and all our phones are installed and working.  Our call queue was setup by Zoom support a couple weeks ago so that 4 desk phones would ring when we received a call to our main number. This is good, however, even the mobile app associated with users at those 4 desk phones will ring which is not good.  We only want the mobile app to notify a user if we transfer a call to them. Is this possible?  I also remember reading that the Zoom mobile app has a "DND" feature that would only affect the mobile app.  We cannot find "DND" on the mobile app, but in SETTINGS -> PHONE there is a toggle for Receive Queue Calls and MAIN LINE (our queue).  If they switch that off on the mobile app, it also keeps their desk phone from ringing. Summary (I hope) of what we want/expect:1.  Inbound call to our main number to ring desk phones in our office - users that we s

I have an Android Galaxy S10.  Zoom opens in portrait mode when Phone is in landscape so call cannot be answered. It would be nice if Zoom would open in whatever mode the phone is in, or at least have the Answer option visible when in landscape mode.

Hi, We have a Zoom Business account with both Meetings and Phone. We want to sync contacts with Office 365 for our entire team, not just individually.  Is this possible?  I have synced contacts in the Zoom App for myself, and this works for me now, but not for everybody else. Thanks, Chris.

In our current setup, when you dial 0 in the auto-receptionist. it will ring our front desk receptionist. However, we are fully teleworking again and when the front desk person is out of the office the assistants go on a rotation by day to answer the mainline.  So each morning for a week, I have to go into the auto-receptionist and change the person listed for that option in the auto-receptionist.  Is there an option to preprogram a day-based rotation that I can add to the auto-receptionist when pressing 0?

Hi, I'm trying to disable the user from using 'dial-by-name directory' now.There are 3 users on the main site now.Assuming A, B, and C, I want to prevent A from calling B or C by name.'dial-by-name directory' is disabled for the main site setting now.However, users can now make calls by name.How can I prevent users from calling by name? Adding users to the blocklist is the same. Thank you.Yulim

We have the message warning customers that the call is being recorded at the beginning of all our calls. Is it possible to remove the message at the beginning of outgoing calls only, but keep it for incoming calls?

Hi all,is it possible to add an external address book (60000+ contacts) automatically to a global company addressbook ?LDAP Sync is preferred, but not Active Directory, O365, Exchange, Google , etc. Currently we have a separate LDAP Directory (Estos Meta Directory) which works perfect with our current phone system. Thanks in advanceMatthias 

I've have gotten this complaint from a lot of users.  Majority of users listen to their voicemails either from email or through the Zoom app, but the phone indicator keeps going off. It's usually fixed by clearing the voicemail on the phone itself, but I guess it's finally getting annoying for everyone. Is there anyway to not have voicemails go to the phone itself? 

What is the best way to have your company name display to the receiver when placing a call? is it recommended to port your original company 's phone number to accomplish this?Problem when using the Main number outbound caller ID, the Zoom assigned number display on the receiving end but no company name; even though the in the company info Caller ID Name was set.? Any help is appreciated, thanks. 

Hi, everybody!I started getting a zoom login verification code from different strange sites as OneTwoTrip and YOMCode is it the verification operator had been changed or I got my account hacked?Doe anybody else has this problem?I started receiving the code with a huge delay and after the third attempt only.Is it the account compromised?

Very small business implementing the Zoom Phone solution. Years ago I used another vendor and found no need for a physical device/Desk phone. Is that practical with Zoom as well? If I get a Desk phone/Device, is there a wifi option instead of being hardwired to the network? What device have other really small businesses found most useful?

Hello All, We just got some Cisco 8861 and 8851 IP Phones. The first phone I setup is now provisioned and can make and receive calls with the assigned extension/user. However, there seems to  be no Company/Corporate Directory on the phone to search. Any idea how to get this working on these Phones? The company directory search feature works on our Poly VVX 250 desk phones. But, not the Cisco phone. Any ideas on how to get this to work? Thanks in Advance,Matt

Hi There - I am having significant audio problems with my Zoom audio phone system.  I typically use a decent quality sennheiser over the ear headset with a mic but have also had the same problem with blue tooth sets.  I can hear the party on the other end quite well and the quality sounds good, however I get complaints all day long from various different partis that they have trouble hearing me - cuts in and out or sounds distorted, blurry, echoey,  - A lot of different descriptions, but same problem ...they cant understand everything I am saying.  

Hello all,Does anyone know if I can set up a Fax Mailbox in Zoom Voice and forward that to an email address?  I set up an Auto Attendant with my fax number and set it to forward to an email address.  Just looking to see if that is all I need?  

Hi! I just signed up for Zoom Phone, and wanted to port my number. All the documents indicate that there should be a Porting option under the Phone System menu, but the only thing there for me is Setup.If I go into setup, there is no option to port my number, only an option to set up a new number. I don't want a number, and I don't need one, so how can I just move my current number over here?Thanks!Don

Hello,We're having a problem calling into Zoom meetings from cloud registered endpoints. We are not having the problem with on-prem registered end points. Call Flows Cloud registered end point -> HybridCalling-ExpE --> HybridCalling-ExpC -> CUCM -> MRA-ExpC -> MRA-ExpE -> internet On-prem registered end point -> CUCM -> MRA-ExpC -> MRA-ExpE -> internet  -As you can see from the call flow examples above the cloud based end points use two additional Expressways.-When I dial the zoomcrc address from the on-prem registered endpoint I get prompted for the meeting passcode and am admitted to the meeting-When I dial the zoomcrc address from the cloud registered endpoint it initially seems to connect but I never get prompted for the meeting passcode and it drops after about 2 minutes.

Hello all. I am in desperate need of someone's help. I have missed both of my zoom training calls as they were at ungoddly times of the morning, i.e. 1:00 AM!!! Anyway, I'm sure one of you master users could help me. I have an unlimited single line plan. When I try to assign the plan the option is not available, nothing is. But I keep getting emails that I haven't assigned my plan so I know I have it. Plus I have other questions on how this all works. PLEASE can someone help. I'm happy to do a zoom meeting and we can share screens or just a call. PLEASE and THANK YOU!!

 Invitations that I make to individuals are not being received, so I cannot add anyone to my contact list.  I am the owner of the account and I have no admin, and I am running zoom on Mac IOS.  Can anyone tell why I cannot send  invites?
