WHERE DID THEY MOVE SCHEDULE MEETINGS????

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed. I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting.... Sigh..... Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there. Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen.

And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent? I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots.

I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

I used to have discrete meeting rooms for each of my clients. They were not date-based meetings. Clients could be confident that no one outside their company would join these meetings. Clients would save the link to that meeting room that was created just for them. Now I need to schedule a meeting in a new space each time I want to meet with a client. ugh! I no longer offer that sense of Brand Security for clients. I want my “Client X Meeting Room” back.

this new update is very hard to navigate. Shouldn’t have to search for help to find out how to schedule a meeting. Making it too complicated and not user friendly. Maybe using another video app is the best future direction.

ZOOM HAS ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED THEIR USER INTERFACE (zoom.us | zoom.com). We are paying USERS and want to USE the services yet their website is now just MARKETING MATERIAL for all the new services we don’t want. We came here to schedule a Zoom meeting and that function is HIDDEN. What are you people thinking at Zoom??? This is horrible user experience. YOUR USERS CAN’T FIND THE MAIN SERVICE. C’mon guys! Fix this!!! Beyond ridiculous for a company of this size. I’d be firing people over this.
