During my presentation earlier today, while i was still sharing my slides a nude image poped up and it was not from my laptop, can i get assistance to investigate and determine the user that shared such.please let me know the steps i need to take

i purchased a zoom pro account two weeks ago.  Suddenly the 40 minute limit popped up today in my session.  Zoom does not have any live person to help since I own a one person business of psychotherapy practice.  I don't think it makes sense to buy a 10 license package which allows a live person support.  Very frustrating and disappointing. 

Hi Team, we are running Citrix DaaS environment with Citrix VDA version 2308 and Zoom VDI Application 5.17.12 (64 bit) version. On end user's endpoint it is running the same zoom vdi application with Citrix Workspace App 2403.1.  Zoom VDI is unable to detect the camera both built-in and external USB camera. In the device redirection if the camera redirected is generic then it works but in case if it is optimized camera then it does not work. The generic camera is not an optimum resolution. the camera works on teams call and google meet but does not work in Zoom VDI.  I have followed the installation process as per VDI releases and downloads (zoom.com) and also added zoom app on virtual allow list in Citrix DaaS policies.  no luck on this one. On May 8, I ran a webinar with just over 1,000 attendees. The Usage Report is important, because tracked attendance is a criteria for issuing a certificate of attendance. Immediately following the session's conclusion, I downloaded the Usage Report and it showed a user with less than 1 minute of attendance. I still have the version of that Usage Report and have not modified it. That user subsequently complained that he did not receive his attendance report. Today, I pulled the Usage Report for the same meeting, and it shows the user with 230 minutes of attendance for that same meeting. On both Usage Reports, the Start Time is identical. However, the End Time is substantially different. Has anybody run into this problem? Did I pull the Usage Report for that meeting too early? Did I need to wait for the Usage Report to fully update? 

I have scheduling privileges for my boss. I scheduled a meeting using the zoom desktop client, and it did not show up on his Google Calendar. The meeting does however showsup in his meetings on zoom desktop and web. If I add him as an attendee of a meeting I'm scheduling on his behalf, the issue is resolved and the meeting appears in this google calendar, but this seems unnecessary.  We have enabled bi-directional sync.    

Hi All , I use Zoom for a long time now and when I go to book a meeting, I used to enter the meeting details and Zoom would automatically send me to my Outlook calendar where I could just send the invite to everyone. But lately, it stopped doing it and instead, I need to manually type everyone's emails on Zoom which takes me some time. Can someone help me to go back on how it was please? Thanks,Gerusa

With a Meeting (via Zoom Events) is there a way to have registration questions stop someone from registering? Example: "I am 18 years or older" Yes (By selecting this the user can continue with registration)No (By selecting this the user is not allowed to continue with registration) To be clear i am not looking for sophisticated security that blocks someone. I just need something that warns them an stops them from moving to the next question. If they were to just change their answer to Yes they would be able to continue. The warning is to let the potential attendee know that this meeting might not be a good fit for them. Note: I am using the Custom Registration Questions/Custom Questions under Links & Event Access/Registration Form. Is there another/better way to do what i am describing? Thank you.

My zoom login is a gmail address but for some reason it is sending invites from a yahoo account I haven't accessed in years.  I have noticed some people are having this issue with Outlook but there is no solution for `an email address that is in no way linked to the account.  It is driving me crazy as it does not look professional on a business invite to have a random defunct email from the early noughties that I never use. Really confused as to how it has managed to even access this address. Please help!

Hi all,I have a licensed account and have always been able to create, launch, etc. polls within meetings / virtual training however I've gone in today to set up for training this coming week and there is no ability to do this. Have searched through the support info and it keeps referring to the tab for the poll but it's not there...anywhere. Screen grab is attached as reference.Please can someone provide some guideance here? When I use my credentials on the zoom website everything is fine. If I use the same credentials on zoom client (6.0.11 35001) installed on my mac, I get a login page on zoom workplace zoomgov.com and a login error (incorrect email or password). Could someone please help me with this?

Hello All, When I start the Live stream a window pops up: "This meeting is being livestreamed". Is there an option with the Android SDK to disable this popup window or handle it with some event? (Like Host Ask Unmute popup) Thanks,Istvan

I run a non-profit organization that provides internet connections for children's homes in Kenya, allowing them to receive free weekly yoga classes via Zoom, conducted by a team of volunteers. Currently, we use donated iPad devices, which, while small, have been quite impactful. I am now exploring long-term solutions to improve this setup. Here are some options I've considered:Google Chromecast: The issue here is the lack of a native app.Android TV Box: Similar issue with no native app.Raspberry Pi: Concerns about the quality and increasing costs.Cheaper Tablet: Plugging it into a larger screen could work, but the camera quality is poor, so we would need to purchase an additional webcam. Also worried how long will zoom work on a cheap tablet for?Logitech Rally Bar: Excellent quality but far too expensive.

 I would like to create a recording where only I can be seen and not my participants. To do this, I clicked on fix my video. But unfortunately I see all participants in the gallery on the recording. I have uninstall Zoom from my PC. I had a free version first and then a paid account. Even even when I quit zoom and signed into the paid account, the free account came up, instead of the paid account. So I uninstalled Zoom. Now I can't figure out how to reinstall it without opening a new account. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am using the Zoom web client and when I go to my video settings, I don't have a virtual background option. All I have are the masked backgrounds and an option to mirror my video. According to this link and this link the system requirement for virtual backgrounds is 4 real cores or 2 cores with 4 threads. My processor (i5-1135G7) has 4 cores and 8 threads. I have tried in Chrome and tried on the PWA. I have tried signing out and back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It. Is.

Hi!First time posting -I have forever always sent the Zoom invite I created via Outlook.  I just went to send an invite and clicked on ALWAYS send the invite via the NEW Outlook.  I do not want to do this, it was clicked in error.  How do I undo this?Thank you!

I keep getting an error message when trying to host a meeting or join a meeting that I need to update my Zoom account. I have a paid Pro account and it is suddenly giving me problems. I do not know how to "update" the Zoom app. It keeps telling me to contact my "Admin" ... but I have no Admin but myself. I cannot reach any kind of help via an agent and am ready to can cel my account. Help!

I have been successfully sharing my iphone6 screen for years. I just got an iphone 13 and now, when I'm on Zoom on my PC (Thinkpad), and I click share (sharing is enabled), there is no iphone/ipad option. The only option is the laptop. I tried rebooting the laptop. Any ideas?

I had recently a downgrade in may account. Is it possible to review my last records ?
