We have a large training that we are running (~110-115 people). During these meetings, I make all facilitators and notetakers co-host so that they can mute people and troubleshoot issues in their breakout rooms, including moving people into the tech room. In our training this week we had to keep one team in the main room since the interpretation does not move into breakout rooms. When we set up breakout rooms, we set it to automatically move people to their room when we open the breakouts. However, we had a problem with several people not moving to their room and staying in the main room. The other problem we had is when people lost their connection and returned to the meeting, neither my tech team nor the co-host in the main room was able to move those people into either the tech room or their specific breakout. Using latest version of free Zoom with latest version of Firefox, on a Windows 10 PC I cannot join meetings. When I input the meeting ID, or the ID associated with my account, Zoom either takes me to the Firefox homepage on the tab I am using, closes that tab, or shuts down the entire browser. In addition to accessing from a regular tab, I have attempted to access from a private tab, a private window, and even through TOR, without success. 

hi...I would like to share my screen and to share download-pics.... but nothing is happening...if I press the button "share"... only a window pops up and says I should check "system-settings"... and nothing is happening, when I press the button.... also I can't find any system settings anywhere....what do I need to do?On my iPhone it works fine.... but not on my laptop (MacBook Air).... any help? much love

I recorded a meeting on my computer. When I try to open the recording, I receive an error message, "The document double_click_to_covert_01.zoom.us cannot open files of this type." How can I open the recording?

Can the same paid Zoom account host multiple meetings simultaneously?

I use zoom both for private use and for work at a corporate account at a major University.  I am writing this question through my private account.  As the subject says, I currently use zoom-6.0.12.5501, but this problem has persisted at many earlier versions.  When I first start zoom to do a test join (or a real meeting doesn't matter), most of the time (probably 90%) zoom will not be able to connect to my microphone in my USB Logitech HD Webcam C615.  If I reboot my entire system, then it works perfectly.  I suspect a conflict occurs if another part of the system that uses the microphone connects prior to zoom, it will not let go and causes zoom to fail.  The conflict is so bad, zoom will not work at all without the complete reboot.  This has existed so long, I have decide to seek help here; especially after the upgrade to v6.  Thanks if you respond.

Why others could hear my video sounds while I didn't share my screen but open the speakers?

Hi I have a recurring Zoom meeting series (bi-weekly). Frequently I need to shift one of these meetings to another time or day (only one occurrence, not the whole series). However, when I reschedule in the calendar app or in Outlook, the meeting URL no longer works for that meeting. Any suggestions on how to keep a functioning link in the invite would be great! ThanksPeter

Hi, I have a Zoom meeting series and upon deleting one occurrence (made sure to select "delete occurrence"), the entire series has disappeared from my Meetings list. I can join without a problem if I am logged into the account and click into the link on my calendar invite, but can't manage to have the series come back on my Meetings list. Is it possible to recover it?

Hi I am a Zoom admin for a nonprofit organization. We are hosting a Zoom call with up to 1000 participants and have had 2000 people register for the call. How can I easily resend the confirmation email to all registrants about 15 minutes before the call begins? The only way I've found to do is manually check each page that lists the registrants and click resend confirmation email (150 pages)

If the host ends the webinar when there are still attendees on the call will that group also get the zoom survey option automatically appearing?  Thanks

Does anyone else get pop up text box that say something like: "Looks Like You're Done Talking"?  I did not get the rest because I loose my thought and the moderator can not see a pop up on their end. Don't know if I am being hacked or the host is messing with me? I think it happens when I pause in my comment. Thanks

I have a recent Dell laptop (Windows 11) and when getting on a zoom call I freeze up a few minutes into the call and the zoom app quits. Additionally, after zoom quits my internet connection is frequently not available.  I use a wired connection primarily but I have to switch to wifi when this happens.  Most often I have to reboot to get my wired connection to work again. I tried to install the 64bit version of zoom and this did not resolve the issue.  Everything else seems to be working fine on the computer, so it seems to be a zoom issue. Has anyone encountered this and what could be some further solutions or troubleshooting steps? Thanks!

Hi, I am building a workflow in Make that downloads the recordings of meetings, audio, transcrips videos etc and then process it further.The flow works fine but Sometime it works fine. But many times this flow stops with an error saying :401 Forbidden error. I have no idea why this happens sometime. Previously when this happened, i simply created a new webhook and it worked fine. but why should I do it everytime? because of this I am losing a lot of imp meetings data… Need to know the reason behind. And its not workine even with creating a new webhook  connection. I have reached out to Make team and this is there response on this: "I have tested and discussed the issue with the team. We don’t have much visibility on the error since it is originating directly from Zoom’s side. I recommend reaching out to Zoom support using the raw body of the request and response provided below. HI. When I'm truinng to contact to support using Zoom robot in the right hand cornner, after some automatic messages from him, I get "Your account can't contact support. Contact you administator". But my account is an "Owner" role. Also the same problem using another account with "Administrator" role. How to resolve the problem ?
