Hi, I use Zoom on my windows laptop and, seemingly randomly, one time when I went to click on a meeting link it showed this message that libcrypto-1_1 dll was not found. I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, and my windows OS is up to date, but it still shows this message. I can login to my account on the app but when clicking a "join" link it shows this error. I'm a complete layman when it comes to PCs etc so not sure how to figure this out?Thanks,Holly

I have the meeting set with reoccurring, no fixed time, no waiting room, participants can join any time. Complaints are ID or passcode not working, other complaints are it says host in another meeting?

We have integrated zoom with our mobile application. When we start the class(meeting) from our mobile application, it starts zoom. But we don't see any option to start the recording. If its recording automatically, where are the recordings saved.. We don't find it in cloud.

I administrate a 12 step zoom group in which there are various hosts for the 7 meetings a week we offer. The username and password to log in and chair the meeting are the same I use to get into the website where meeting settings, payment information, and contact info are stored...is there an option to use separate passwords to host a meeting vs accessing the website?

Hello, I participated in a zoom meeting today and was harrassed by a hate crime by a zoom bombing. Is there a way for me to report this incident to zoom so that there are consequences for the individual responsible?  

6.1.1 required me to uninstall and reinstall Zoom to allow the update. Now I have numerous problems. Does anyone else have these:1. Requires me to login whenever I start the app2. All prior meetings no longer appear, nor do recurring meetings3. If I schedule via calendly, the meeting no longer shows as upcoming meeting4. I can't start a meeting off the home page (desktop)5. I can't schedule a meeting off home page (desktop) - greyed outI've tried all the usual - restarting and uninstall/reinstall Maybe there's a 6.1.2 coming? 

When I go to Settings, it can take 3-5 minutes to load to GUI. The interface works fine on the main screen and I can start a meeting without a problem. It's ONLY when loading the Settings screen. Also, when poking around in Settings, it takes just as long to load Video or Background Effects. My assumption is that this has something to do with video related settings.I tried the same thing on my laptop and everything works just fine.  Laptop - Nvidia RTX 3060 driver ver 555.85Desktop - Nvidia RTX 3080ti driver ver 556.12 Things I've tried:• Uninstall/Reinstall (with HiBit Uninstaller that gets rid of everything)• Restarting the PC - even in Safe Mode• Rolled back NVidia driver to 555.85 on desktop because that was the version on my laptop• Uninstall/Reinstall NVidia all together• Removed any Logitech software (the webcam is a Logitech c920) I'm still having the same issue. I use Zoom for running Improv jams, including the occasional musical jam.  Recent updates have completely ruined this ability, since whenever anyone speaks or sings, the music cuts out until they stop again.  Is there a fix for this?

Hi all I am managing a large corporate meeting account. adding users is a daily task. I tried adding a new user, and she did not receive the confirmation email, so she couldn't register and get past the pending status. I tried sending to a different alias, it didn't work. I opened the account on her personal Gmail account, and it worked just fine! but tried changing the (now) active account to the user's corporate mail, and again the confirmation mail didn't come. all this time, other users have received and opened accounts just fine, but her mail just doesn't come. I checked the message trace on my mail provider (Office365), and no mails were received on this account from zoom.us domain.   what can be done? the user doesn't get her much needed (and paid for) zoom service.

Hi all. I recorded a meeting and then tried to save it Locally instead of the iCloud and I lost the recording after trying to allow my computer to communicate with Zoom...any ideas if I can still get my recording or is it lost forever?!?! UGH!"recordings and storage" 

 Hello, i have a premium zoom account and i made a zoom meeting. I didnt send calendar invites or emails. I only want to share the link to join the meeting with the participants. Given this, will they ever, at any point, be able to see my email if i am the host?

Hello, I would like to propose a new and necessary feature for Zoom. How do you do it?  Whom should I address When I teach and want to get the student's attention, I write to her/him in chat. But if he is busy with something else, he will not enter the chat. What I want to suggest is that the personal message in the chat will jump like a pop-up on the screen. prominently

I'm a certified music therapist that currently facilities 2-3 hours of virtual 1:1 and group sessions weekly, and am looking for recommendations on audio interfaces for Zoom that will give the individuals I work with virtually the best audio experience on the "other side" of the screen. Further, I'm looking at having a couple of different mics set-up (SM58 for speaking/singing; and SM57 for my guitar and Cello) so I can simultaneously capture the best audio quality for both my voice and instruments to eliminate any static, delay, feedback, etc. Any insight from musicians, music therapists, or folks with any experience in this topic would be greatly appreciated! To-date, I've only worked with Focusrite Scarlett brand.   

Hello.  I have recorded a Zoom meeting with the "save to cloud" option. Zoom version: 6.0.11 (35001) I used my laptop for the meeting. The duration was about 2 hours, 30 minutes.  The recording file was not shown on my Zoom Cloud, and even the "processing" message could not be found in any places.  I want to know what happened to my cloud. I have already searched the community, but I could not find any answers for that.

For my meeting that is a guitar course online I use my usb audio interface as audio source, because this way I can talk into the microphone and play the guitar as well. But sometimes I need to show a wav file to my students.  Is there a way to make it available for them to hear the playback from my computer? So when I play it on my computer in Media Player, they can hear it as well. Such a function is often called LOOPBACK in softwares,  that is not a physical loopback in reality, it is only imitated, so that when you play something on the computer, the editor catches that sound can can record it, etc, just like that. Is something like this available in zoom?

Does anyone know if it is possible to create more than two meetings where the administrator assigns a different host for each meeting? And if so, is there a limit regarding the number of meetings taking place at the same time? Thanks for your help.

For the past 3 days we have experienced the breakout rooms closing by itself even if we're using a premium account. All of a sudden a timer would prompt telling everyone that they're gonna get kicked out. Does anyone have a solution to this? thanks in advance 

Update: Fixed it with an update! Suddenly, I can't stream music from my desktop to my students. It was working fine yesterday. Something has changed, and it's definitely on Zoom's end. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have a Requirement where I have to create my Clients as host using create/meeting api ,and they will have further their Customers to whom they schedule meeting with.I was exploring the Api create/meeting api and see there is one option for custUser while creating a meeting where we have to create a user first and then we can make them meeting host.Is there any option other then above approach ? If there is no other option what is the plan with which the above custUser functionality is available ,currently I have business account Need urgent help.Thanks.

When I open Zoom through a link on my phone to watch a recorded class, for example, it opens the link in Safari. The issue is that when the iPhone goes into standby mode, Zoom stops. Is this a problem with the iPhone or Zoom's settings?

I am a paid subscriber to Zoom. When I go to broadcast my meeting the "record" button is not available. I use Google Chrome as my browser and looking to record to the cloud.Please help 

I have "automatic recording" disabled in the settings. I use my mac desktop to log into my account.  That's where I adjust settings. The actual zoom meetings are launched from my iPad.  They still automatically start to record.   I tried to use the settings function on the iPad zoom app - but there is no place to adjust recording settings. How do I stop meetings from automatically starting?

I recently joined a meeting where the screen where I selected my audio and video before pressing "Join now" had custom branding for the company who was hosting. How would I be able to enable this for my business account? I only see an option to customize the waiting room screen, but not this screen that appears pre-waiting room. 

Hello, I want to join Zoom meetings with MY camera always on. It used to work fine and I can access meetings directly with my camera on, however, it seems like the recent Zoom meetings I join will automatically turn off my video. Can you guide me through resolving this issue? Thanks
