I run a couple of recurring meetings. Is there a way to set up a recurring meeting so that the invitees can join it before I arrive--for example, if I have to be late? The way I have it set up now, if I haven't st

unable to select new dates or schedule appointments via Zoom app. IT dept's staff has already unistalled and reinstalled the Zoom app.  Clear Cache from the system. Zoom is installed on a Windows 10 (Enterprise...version) laptop.

If I add an attendee to an existing meeting and hit "save", will all attendees receive the invite again? I don't see an option to send or send only to added or deleted attendees.

My latest meeting did not fully record/convert. I confirm that throughout the duration of the meeting the “Recording…” notification was on and there was an alert at the start of the meeting to inform participants. However, once the meeting ended and the file was converted there is less than 1 second recorded 🚨😞 I have successfully recorded a lot of meetings in the past and all the necessary steps were followed.  @bstrelko  @Bort @jeremyjustin @Humashankar I am honestly begging for help to try and recover this. Please let me know if this is possible!

When I try to set the timer I end up getting Meeting Timer disabled by the host. When I go to settings, it is enabled and I can see the timer just unable to set the time duration

I need insight into use of my Logitech Brio software, called Capture.  It has clear compatibility issues with a Zoom session, and might be the cause of Zoom locking up altogether.  The two used to play nice, but apparently not any longer.  I really need to use Capture, for Zoom lacks several of its important capabilities. 1. Delayed video.  When Capture is used (it must be run before starting a Zoom session), the video is delayed as much as several seconds.  The delay varies from session to session, but is always present.  When not running Capture (choosing the Brio camera rather than Capture), there is a slight delay, but less than a second and grudgingly acceptable. 2. Zoom video freezes.  This behavior varies.  Sometimes the video freezes almost immediately, sometimes not for several minutes.  Ending participation and restarting the session restores video, but the problem reoccurs. hi,   I recorded a meeting on Monday evening and even did a short test to make sure it would work. The test recording showed up in my local files and under the zoom desktop "local recordings" page. But the actual meeting is still not anywhere to be found.    Any ideas what is going on? I know that processing times can be long....But it is Wed. now and I am nervous it is lost.   Thanks!

Hi there, wondering if anyone can help. I recorded a meeting the other day, a folder with the correct meeting name and timestamp was created locally on my computer where it should've but the folder is empty! I can't find the recording anywhere, everything just keep pointing me back to my empty folder. Thanks in advance

Hi,  I cam out of a Zoom meeting with multiple attendees in the same room using the same device. It would be nice to have the names of the attendees on screen for the shared video I receive from one device. Worst case I would like to write a note to the video with the names but ideally Zoom could track the people in the room in front of one device and the main user adds the names when joining the meeting or later during the meeting in case updates are required. 

Not sure why multicolored party balloons are appearing in my background all of the sudden around half way through meetings (not my birthday or any special occasion I am aware of).  I have not changed my settings in Zoom, though did just update my iPad operating system to latest version).  I’ve had worse problems but it’s a little annoying during professional meetings.  Any thoughts?

Even after I deleted past recordings to free up space, my account still does not allow automatic cloud recording-- am I missing anything? Storage is freed up, account settings have been set again to enable the recording.

usually recorded files download with no problem. this week's recording only the chat.txt file downloads. I see the recording in the zoom cloud, it plays from the zoom cloud, but will not download.......please advise. mac Air, Sonoma 14.3.1

I regularly schedule meetings with registration enabled as my organisation collects registration data to analyse engagement. Up until a month ago or so, I was able to also invite co-facilitators and team members to the event (by email), without them having to register. Now it seems like the invite link directs them to register anyways.  Is there a way to work around it?

In my Zoom dashboard the 'Meetings' tab has disappeared when it upgraded to the new Workspace and I can't find it anywhere! Any advice? I use my scheduled meetings that are reoccurring ones my clients have links for and normally start the meeting through the list of them in my Zoom dashboard but now it's gone!

I can't find a previous meeting I had on my list. It just disappear, this is the fourth time I notice that. How can I find my recent previous meeting back or Can create a meeting with a specific ID number, similar to the one I had in previous meeting, here is the meeting ID : 89880487280 

I am running the licensed version of Zoom in the classroom.  I have a dual monitor set up.  My primary use to is to record the lectures and the computer screen so students can review the class later.  There may be some class periods where there are no students connected to Zoom because they made it to class.  I am using one screen as my primary screen where I am presenting my material (e.g., PowerPoints) to the student.  My second monitor is so I can monitor what Zoom is doing as well as any students who may be connected via Zoom.   Start my class, have Zoom set to record and save to my computer when I end the meeting. First class, forget to share the screen so I didn’t record my shared screen and didn’t realize it until I looked at the recording later.  😯  I do realize that the status bar will show if I am sharing but it is easy for me to miss that as I get into my lecture and not paying attention to the status

Hello everyone! We're currently in a struggle of being able to setup zoom so that anyone in our team (With the same email domain) can enter a scheduled zoom meeting room without the host. I think what made it difficult is that the scheduling starts in calendly and then it gets scheduled in zoom. Sometimes the zoom host is not available and we want to make it so that anyone in the team can hop in and start the zoom meeting room without the host. Is this possible? or if there are any workarounds you guys have I would love to hear them. Thank you! 

I use iphone and macbook for my zoom meetings. Before the update, I was able to view the presentation on my MacBook and on my iPhone. After the latest update, I wasn't able to view the presentation on both my mobile phone and laptop. It had a new function - switch.
