How do I unlock and turn off passcode required option?

Hi @kennyingersoll 👋 To do this, please log in to your Zoom web portal and then navigate to Account Management > Account Settings > Meeting > Security > Review the meeting passcode settings.

Bri, thank you for the reply. I went to the settings as instructed but is is greyed out and does not allow me to change it.

On zoom setting page=-

Require that all meetings are secured with one of the following security options: a passcode, Waiting Room, or "Only authenticated users can join meetings". If no security option is enabled, Zoom will secure all meetings with Waiting Room.

Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact Zoom Support for more information.
