We have a regular passcode our students have been using to join meetings. Starting last week, which seemed to coincide this latest Zoom update, our students are struggling with the passcode.They are entering it correctly, but it is not allowing SOME of them into the meeting. They are using the correct case. A few of them WERE able to get it after trying the passcode multiple times, while others missed the meeting entirely because it would not work for them. Any clues about what could be going on here, and how to alleviate this? It's a quite problematic to have students unable to join a regular call. 

On my old laptop (hp, Windows 10), I used to be able to use the filter & avatar option with a pro account. I ended my subscription for about a year and then re-signed up for it recently. Now I'm running it on my Ryzen 5, and I do not have the filter & avatar effects anymore.Customer support keeps saying that it's because of my region (Texas) but the thing is, my husband's account on his computer had it (same region, same internet provider). My work account also has it (same region). It's only my new computer that doesn't have it. It doesn't make sense. 

Does a business account with 2 users allow both users to access, start, and record all meetings? My biz partner and I are booking through a calendar software that will generate the Zoom meeting but we aren't necessarily on all of the calls together so we would both need to access all meetings and sometimes the other partner will be in a different meeting at the same time. Is this possible sharing an account?

I'm trying to assign an alternative host to my personal meeting room. When I try to do so, I get the error message "Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time".  Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

 Issue: When the user attempts to a Zoom Meeting to her Google Calendar invite she gets the follow error: Failed to create conference. However, when she attempts to create meeting invite on her executives Google Calendar, she is able to without error.  OS: Windows 7Steps taken:Removed Zoom Calendar and Contact Integration,Removed Google Workspace from Zoom Marketplace for user,Signed user out of Zoom for G-SuiteRemoved Zoom Third Party permissions from Google Account. We then went through the process of integrating Zoom and Google Workspace.Issue still remains. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a resolution?

Hi - I want to complain about my Zoom experience last week, July 2. I scheduled a meeting but I was having problems getting on my laptop and I have been locked out of my work iPhone. So I logged into my Zoom account via my personal Samsung phone. The problem is that Zoom wanted to send a confirmation email to Lotus Notes which I could not access as I am locked out of my iPhone and I could not get onto my laptop. So I missed an international Zoom meeting scheduled by me as Zoom is not flexible enough to send a confirmation text message to my Samsung phone allowing me access to my Zoom account! This ridgidness by Zoom is enfuriating. I consulted your support personnel and they were unable to grasp what I was trying to do. One help desk person wanted to connect me to Apple but before doing that I had to pay a fee!! This is not what I requested. I requested to access my Zoom account via my Samsung which should've sufficed and/or a text message should've been sent to my Samsung phone gua

Just curious, is there a way to only share computer audio to a breakout room, or do I have to share screen and audio if there's something I want participants to hear?Don't really have a use case scenario, more for documentation purposes?Thanks!

When trying to launch a zoom meeting, I am getting the error "Unable to launch video meeting. When possible, please restart your computer and try again."  This started happening within the last week. I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with Windows 11 and the latest version of zoom.  I've tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling with clean zoom, downgrading to a previous version, and made sure all the permissions are correct, but the error has persisted. Any advice is welcome.   

After a recent software update, I noticed the Record button on the bottom of the meeting window was no longer present, and was instead relocated into the "..." portion of the control bar. It (and others) were replaced by several buttons for features I never use. Having the record button in plain sight is very helpful to remind me to record the session. I spent over an hour trying to find a way to rectify this, but to no avail. Is there a way to reconfigure the layout of these buttons? It's a little clunky to have controls for unused functions prominently visible while common controls are hidden in a submenu.

I'm an Admin of a Pro account.I have tried following the instructions in the Designate an Alternative Host page https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067027 but there is no option for adding an alternative host at the bottom of the (old version) Advanced Options or (new version) More Options > Advanced, it just ends with the option for specific country restrictions. In typing this up I've found it does work in Win/Chrome browser view, so I do have the appropriate permissions/account settings, but I'm not able to use the Windows app to do this.

I am in a remote environment with a laptop docked at home office. To use my local webcam i log in to zoom on my personal PC. Then connect to RA. Zoom follows me to my RA screens unless it gets minimized then it stays on my local screen and i have to minimize my RA screen to see the zoom screen. What am i missing? How can i get the zoom screen to stop being minimized to my local desktop and stay on my RA screen?

I have confirmed that I have a team member set up as an Admin Zoom Account and her calls are recording in her account, but it's not uploading to the cloud account for admin to be able to review for QA purposes. I have confirmed the Account settings are set to "Record to Cloud", she has confirmed that she sees the "Record" icon when meetings are starting, and I have confirmed her Calendly meetings are scheduling to her Zoom account. What am I missing that could be the reason for her meetings not recording to the cloud? I am able to see everyone else's cloud recordings on our team, but hers.

I have a user who is delegate for 3 people.  They have full Outlook calendar delegate status for all 3 and Zoom delegate status as well.  The user is running on a Mac with the latest OS (14.5)  and latest Outlook (16.86.3) installed as well as the latest Zoom client (6.1.1).  Two of the people they are a delegate for also use Macs.  The third person is using a Windows 11 computer.   When the delegate creates a Zoom meeting on the calendar of either of the Mac users the meeting is created in the calendar owner's zoom account and shows up in their list of meetings.    For example "Mac user is inviting you to a meeting", not "Delegate is inviting you..." When the delegate creates a Zoom meeting on the calendar of the Windows user it shows up as being created by the delegate, not the calendar owner.  If they click on Settings before they create the meeting and choose the PC user it works the same way as t

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but when the prompt came "where do you want to save the converted file?" I clicked on the wrong location. The file could not be saved there. But I couldn't get a chance to pick something else. As far as I can tell, the recording vanished. Is it really gone? Is there any way I can get it back? To be clear, I did not delete the file, and it is not in my recycle bin. I simply did not say where I wanted it saved.

I used to receive desktop notices, but recently they stopped showing up.  I've tried all the recommendations in the help and the feature is turned on in the settings. Any suggestions?

I missed a meeting because I could not locate one of my many unscheduled recurring meeting.  I don't work well with calendars, I prefer my paper planner.  Anything that contributes to my anxiety must go.  I have been with Zoom for many years and now that I am being forced to have to see a stupid giant page that says add to calendar, and no longer see my big meeting names, I am forced to move on to a better platform.  I can't see a tiny link that says recurring meetings and it should be big because it's the most important.  The calendar feature should just be a clickable option.  This should not be a main userface, the meetings list should.  The calendar could have been a simple opt in clickable option for those who use calendars.  Please get rid of this and put the old friendly user face desktop back.  I don't like it.

I am trying to fix my user who has been using zoom for years.  Her machine was upgraded to Windows 11.  Since then when she joins a zoom meeting she can see all participants and herself but no participants can see her. I verified camera working fine in Teams meeting - we see each other.I verified Win 11 privacy settings. I uninstalled zoom, ran cleanzoom.exe, reinstalled.  Same issueI installed an earlier version of zoom - same issueII have checked all privacy settingsI tried another cameraI tried the web version Any ideas - again the camera works fine in Teams meetings.

I am a student and I am using zoom on a Android pad. When I try to share both powerpoint presentation and my video at the same time, my video turns off and I end up with only powerpoint presentation. How can i share video+sound and powerpoint presentation simultaneously on Android?? Regards 

Hello! My zoom app stopped working on Ubuntu 20.04 2-3 weeks ago. It was version 5.something. Installed 2 years ago. I've updated to 6.0.10.5325, cleared all caches and rebooted PC. I can ping zoom.us and can not ping zoom.com. But it gets resolved in ip address. I get response for curl https://zoom.us. So it does not look like my firewall blocks something. Also tried from mobile internet to exclude ISP issue. I've corporate credentials, so it is paid subscription and has to work on linux.  Browser version is not a workaround for me. Hello, does anybody know why the remote control doesn't work on Ubuntu and also the blur background?

I have an iPad with iOS 16 installed. OS and app are both updated. Every time I try to join a meeting i get "Unknown Error" and the error code is 104107. I have no antivirus or firewall installed on the ipad and I have tried it while connected to completely different networks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a recurring meeting invitation that appears on my iPhone every Wednesday. This meeting was created by a host who has since passed away. This meeting isn't on my web version of Zoom and also isn't on my desktop outlook calendar. If I decline the meeting on my phone, it disappears and re-appears after a few seconds. Is there some way to delete this invitation?

Is it possible to install ZoomInstallerFull.msi without installing ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe? I got error: Info 1321.The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\bin\ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe. System Error 5. because my antivirus blocks ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe and installation process stops in domain environment. And yes, i do need msiexex installation keys for .bat script msiexec /i \\server\scripts\ZoomInstallerFull.msi /quiet /qn /norestart ZConfig="nogoogle=1;nofacebook=1;disableloginwithemail=1;nosso=1;IntegrateZoomWithOutlook=0" does not worked for me, ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe is trying to install anyway. Is it possible to disable it by installation key?

Hello,  I deleted recordings two days ago that should be appearing in the trash bin but the bin remains empty and I cannot downlaod the recordings back as I cannot find them.  Could you please help me? Many thanks in advance. Best. 

I need to make a zoom meeting with 8 simulations interpretation languages, but i can only add 7.Is there another setting that i need to do, so i can be able to add the extra language?Or what is the limit?
