I am on an Asus Lap Top with a Green Screen.  On my Zoom background my hair is green and the image projection is often intermittent. Please help asap

I am using the Zoom meeting integration on Mac and have it set to automatically add a zoom meeting for every invite. Recently, any time I open up an Outlook calendar invite to check a colleague's availability, Zoom creates a meeting inside of the Zoom app despite me discarding the invite in Outlook. This meeting appears in both mine and my colleague's Zoom app. I have had several calls from people asking if I was trying to schedule with them since they saw a random meeting show up in Zoom that did not appear in their Outlook calendar.  I had to explain to them that Zoom creates meetings in the app before the invite is actually sent, so it creates extra meetings based on discarded invites. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?

I am trying to get people to register with their email for my masterclass.  I have tried to follow this article:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065026But the "registration" tab it talks about does not show anywhere on my screen.  I have a Pro account so how do I do this?  Thanks

I had a keyboard shortcut for sharing and unsparing the screen.  It was the same shortcut for either sharing, or to stop sharing.  It stopped working so I set it back to the default, (where it says "stop/start screen sharing") but that only works for sharing the screen and not for stopping the share.  I tried setting a new shortcut but again it only works for sharing and not for unsharing.  I'd like to be able to stop the share with keyboard shortcut.  thoughts?

Is there a way to set Self View to be turn on by default when joining a meeting, even if I have set it to be off during the previous meeting.  I would like to make sure that I look okay and the background is fine at the start of the call and then turn my Self View off to maximise screen space during the call.  But then when I join the next call, my Self View will be switched off and I may not notice my camera is off or using the wrong background etc.

HII worked with WebEx and during the remote session, taking control, I was able to copy and paste directly onto the client's machine.how to do this on Zoom?

Hi all! I am conducting an interview as a host. I would like to record only the participant, as I don't need to be in the interview. Can someone walk me through my settings for that kind of set-up?  I did it once by mistake but would prefer to know how to do it again.  My goal is to record the participant the whole time, even when I am talking.  I am fine to turn off my camera if that helps the process.Thx in advance.

Hello all,I set up a recurring meeting 3 years ago. It is a meeting that daily draws around 90 people recovering from addiction. It is very important and has saved many people from returning to use illegal drugs. The problem is that it just keeps working long after the expired date and I'm afraid to mess with the settings but am even more afraid of losing the particular meeting code.Any suggestions?

I have used zoom with no problem for several years. I recently got a Macbook Air using Sonoma 14.5. I get to the launch screen and nothing happens. If I click on open link, nothing happens. Don't now why or what to do.

I have been experiencing a glitch in my zoom meetings. The window, not the camera output, and not during screensharing but generally. This involves glitched-out black 'tears' through the window during a call or waiting for the meeting to start. I noticed a similar error with Chrome on this ThinkPad. I solved that problem by turning off hardware acceleration, but can't find a similar option for the Linux version of Zoom! Wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and if they were able to solve it! You can see some examples of the problem here: https://imgur.com/a/hvwA0Dt

I noticed that after one of the latest updates, that the meeting control icons are smaller - making it harder for me to see and host meetings easliy.  Any fixes for this?

Helloi purchased a new samsung tablet running OneUi 6.1 OS Androidinstalled zoom app thru the google store and am trying to login with my google account, which i already have and is working on windows laptop.after logging with gmail account, it bring me to the page where it says Launch Zoom but then it stays like that and nothing happensi tried to enable the zoom chrome extension but the enable button is greyed out, deactivated.can someone please assist as to why this is happening - is Android OneUI OS not supported 😞?  many  thanks in advance

We use the Zoom API to create and manage hundreds of meetings a week. We have a use case where we have a participant already waiting in the waiting room, and then the host is either not able to join or is running late and will join much later. Rather than having this participant wait in the waiting room indefinitely, we would like to send a message to this participant that the host is running late or that he/she can no longer join and the meeting will be rescheduled. How can we accomplish this? Can we display a custom message to that participant in that particular waiting room?  Thanks, -Alex

Hi, everyone!This started happening last week.  When sharing a document to monitor 2, my Gallery from monitor is somehow going along with it and ending up underneath the shared document.  What remains on monitor 1 could be anything from my desktop view, to e-mail, to Windows doc files, etc.  Not sure what to do.  I've checked settings, reinstalled Zoom.  Please help.Thank you.Joyce

Recently purchased a new Surface Pro and tried to use Zoom. Zoom loads fine and can get to the point of communicating with invited attendees but when I try to share my screen it will not work. Either indicates that I am screen sharing but just shows a blank screen that Attendees cannot see or momentarily shows my shared screen (with Powerpoint Presentation) then goes blank.A few times it maintained the shared screen but then I lost voice communications or got kicked out of Zoom altogether. Anyone else having this issue. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Zoom but no change.

Good day, I scheduled a meeting and posted a message to the participants in the meeting chat however I got this notice: that x email address is an external user and cannot be added and to Change my privacy settings to add the user, but I am not seeing anything is privacy to adjust.

Hoping someone can help me. I was invited to a Zoom meeting, which I recorded on my local device, but I cannot find the recording. Is there any way of retrieving it or is it gone forever? This was nearly 2 hours of info I really need, so I'm sick to my stomach at this.

Waiting Room enabled and participants in waiting room but Host cannot see waiting room.

I have a user that schedules meetings for their manager.   Meetings are scheduled in Outlook and in some meetings appointments they use the Zoom Outlook plug-in to add a Zoom call.   In Outlook, the user has "Read and Manage" and "Send As" permissions.  In Zoom this user has been assigned Schedule Privilege in Zoom by their manager.    When this user creates a Outlook meeting without a zoom link, they can reschedule the meeting  as normal.  When the user creates an Outlook meeting and adds a Zoom meeting they can save the meeting, but when trying to reschedule a meeting that also contains a Zoom call link, the meeting will always revert back to it's original time.   Has anyone ever seen this happen and know of a fix?    TIA, Eric

Recently, about 2 weeks ago, I've had issues with seeing my clients in the waiting room when they enter using a laptop, as soon as they switch to their mobile phone, they pop up in the waiting room. Probably 25% of clients that use a laptop I can see them in the waiting room and the rest have to switch to their mobile phone. Is this a user error or some kind of glitch with Zoom? 

My vision is not great.  How can I make the names of the meeting attendees bigger?

I had recorded some zoom meetings to a computer that was lost.  Is it possible to recover these recorded meetings somehow?
